It was affordable and the management family has very good manners and very homely.nice place to stay.

Worst CO-Living space in Bangalore, Bedbugs, Water problems, Electricity Problems, Food problems, you name it and at last, when you ask for the deposit they will scam you in that no proper road in front of PG, no proper security it's like Shelter home anybody can go in and out. If you want a peaceful life don't opt for this stay.

Its a pathetic property to stay in. First of all its too expensive for nothing. If you need something there wouldn’t be anyone to can contact. Its really filthy with insects and rats everywhere. And majority of the time there would be no water in the property. Incase anything goes wrong like plumbing, you have to bear your own charges as these people wouldn’t help at all. The worst thing is they don’t return your deposit. They will scam you there as well. Its not worth a single penny.

I stayed in one of the locations of hello world. The stay was fine, they take an advance payment that they claim they will refund when you leave, but they failed to do so without explanation as well. An amount of rupees 5000 had to be refunded to me when I asked about it, they said that amount was deducted from something and wouldn't disclose what that was. I am not the only person who has experienced this issue, I know several people whose money wasn't refunded. Hello world is a scam, and I would not recommend going to any of its locations.

Value for money stays, with rental cost covering wifi, alternate day cleaning, basic furnishings plus a balcony.

This is a nice property with a lot of privacy. Ashish, the property manager, is very helpful as well.

But they have to provide water connection directly in the room

And should provide AC in room for that rent

It's a fine place
Room is nice, fine.
2 to 3 people can easily live in that room.
Terrace was very bad
It was so small,
Most of the space was covered with drying clothes and some useless dirty metallic structure.
I believe terrace could have been better
Otherwise it's an okay-okay experience.

Rooms are pretty good but minor issues like broken balcony door latch, leaking tap aren’t taken care of. Also the ceiling fan is extremely low. I am ~6ft and have accidentally hit the fan twice with my hands.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. I went there to visit the property after seeing the property in helloworld app and the reality is totally opposite.

Good place with good facilities. Need a little more attention in cleanliness around the premises especially near the entrance.

Please read the agreement carefully. Don't trust the manager. He will try and win your trust and not let you read the agreement properly. Electricity is not free, there are caps on internet and water that are so harsh that you will have to pay for that also. They increase the rent so no point of bargaining. The app takes no request for problems. The customer care is basically a bot who can say pls check the agreement in which you were tricked into.

Go to some other place. It will all look good but it's just a trap with no refund for atleast a month after you leave.

All these 5 star reviews are alcohol buddies of the scamming property manager. Every word they say is nonsense

Nice place to stay and it is premium stay. Best part of this property is the ambience, calm and serenity at her best. Most importantly, here property manager Mr. Ashis Singh, is very supportive and active and friendly. As a whole I would suggest other can stay over here for sure.

Pathetic property manager.all 5 star reviews are fake. Tricking into signing agreement. New bills of water and electricity. Don't trust the manager and sign the contract.

Waiting for my refund for two months. Haven't received it yet. Trust me, I sent million mails. They won't reply your mails and they don't care about it too.
Think before you choose this place. Or if you're fine with losing your deposit.

Pathetic Experience.

It's been 5 months and I haven't gotten my security depositrefund back. Don't go for it.

An amazing place to stay. All the necessities are available from like hot water, refrigerator (per room), washing machines (for whole pg), and basic necessities. Rooms are cleaned on daily basis and power backup is also available.

This place is so costly and looks wise ok but once you get in nothing is available as promised and Whatever concerns you mail to [email protected] and those people never even reply you. Also you never know when they steal your money apart from your rent, they will suddenly charge for water, electricity bla bla bla.

Also i have shifted from the property on February till now they have not returned my advance and half month rent back, though i have stayed for half a month and they asked me to pay the full money.

And due to covid they were not able to pay my advance amount by March which is acceptable. But they are stalling the process until today. All the banks are working fine and I don't see any difficulty for them to do one online transaction. They are misusing the current situation which is not fair. My Ex roomie is telling they are collecting rent so properly from them on date. They are cheaters

They never replied to my mails also. Guys please be aware of this "Hello world". Don't ever go for it.

Till now I am fighting to get my money back and the customer support is telling maybe by June I get my money back. Guys be aware of this cheaters

Compared to the other pg's out here in hsr. Hello world is one of the good ones available.safe, clean and fun

It's a very decent place and if I have to weigh out the pros and cons, the only cons are that the room is a bit small but that's not a problem as the furniture is well utilized.
The cleanliness factor is well maintained and the property manager is very helpful in whatever help you might need. Even the cleaner is very compliant to demands and gets things done. I'm in love with the common area! If only the rent was a tad bit low. But fair enough!

Ignorant maintainor with devil may care attitude.
All utensils etc.are locked up in his office and you have to request him for induction and all.
The common area is inaccessible and looks like a dirty garage. To access the common area you would again have to ask the keys from the maintainer.
