Caretaker is good
Rooms are not that good

It's a no smoking place but ironically people had ash tray and hookah pots and the management is okay with it

The condition of the property is really bad and they charge extra money for various other things
Even they dont have the property amenities

It’s best place to stay, the cleanliness and the staff out there made the experience much better

This is a very u hygienic place, they will clean your room with extremely dirty water (not changes even in weeks), your bathroom with communal toilet brush and the build quality is filthy. Area is extremely noisy especially in night so cannot sleep properly and they have policies that favour them too much and they will deduct extravagant amounts from your deposit. They ask people to rate them good which is the reason you see 5 star reviews but in reality, it is a scam place with no ventilation and hygiene.

Avoid, even if inconvenient

It's a very and clean space to stay here. Both the property manager and Area manager are very polite and kind in nature.

Great PG to stay. Electricity, Water and Cleaning of the rooms are properly taken care by the HelloWorld team.

Worst place to live. They are frauds no refund for deposit & charges extra money on name of electricity bill or utilities. I moved out on August but it's December already no refund. No customer care no property manager nobody responds. Even they ask you to rate 5 star when you move in but you get to know the actual reality when you live there & when you move out.

The property is very much cost.homely to live.similar to hotel.the staff and manager is very cooperating and serve you 24*7 service.and very reasonable to stay

Tho ive nt stayed there for long.the management team is really good.and especially mausam bro the property manager hes too friendly and i really loved the place too.

This place is boon for students to stay and also for job holders! Very healthy clean, entertaining services, kitchen, CCTV security, a sound environment feels like home away from home

Nice place to stay in budget however the place is quite small and they won't have necessary things to provide. No parking will be given and the place is very narrow.
The caretaker is nice but the way it is situated is not great
