This is worst co-living service provider accross Bangalore, they are hiding their policy and once you checkout or apply for Move out request they will refund your deposit after a month and will deduct some of unspecified charges from your deposit.

Scammers, and fraud people running this.

I stayed in one of the locations of hello world. The stay was fine, they take an advance payment that they claim they will refund when you leave, but they failed to do so without explanation as well. An amount of rupees 5000 had to be refunded to me when I asked about it, they said that amount was deducted from something and wouldn't disclose what that was. I am not the only person who has experienced this issue, I know several people whose money wasn't refunded. Hello world is a scam, and I would not recommend going to any of its locations.

They don't have half the amenities they mentioned.
Neighborhood is family kinda environment so u won't be able to party!
Sometimes police will be called on you.
You won't even get complaints directly they come and fine u.

Residents already complained to police which warned them, of beer bottles and other dirty immoral things thrown around, and on top of the cars parked around.nobody bothers to clean nor warn the people who Come to stay

These things not been informed to owner or none bothers.
Knowi g the roads are not able to hold heavy 10, litters of tanker and every time it comes and get into road potholes and destroy the roads.

Ashish who is the incharge never bother for any complaints many times police complaints have been made now all inmates of layout
already talked to Bbmp and other officials. The

No proper road cannot even walk, no proper management and owners also don't bother

always the water tanker goes in to pot in front of the gate

Iron rods standing outside since 2 years which caused many problems to all who stay in this PG

fights with public roads and inmate.

Sewages flowing out in front for 4 days smell and it flows down the road causing nuisance to all.

And this is what you all say very good.

People are planning to stop all these nonsense soon such mi's managed staying place

Guys please don't choose here to live. There is no power backup, the care taker is rude whenever asked for cleaning there is no response. The property manager also least bothered and doesnot take any action.

HelloWorld stays (a sub.of NestAway) as an organization is irresponsible. Deposit refunds are largely delayed, if at all provided.you cannot get things resolved on the App as they have little to none online support, and automated response is mostly what you hear.

The HelloWorld stays at Sarjapur, offers a decent accommodation. There are sometimes severe power outages in the area (usually generator gives up within a few hours), limited parking space, and a single water dispenser in the entire building.

I am shocked how they disguise people in the name of rent. First they say rent is only Rs. 7000 for twin sharing. Soon you realize they will ask more money in utilities like close to Rs 3000 for a month which is based on fake numbers; that is insane for a fan and a bulb in a room. Not only that they will not pick your call up for any complaints. Lift is not working for last 2 months now. In their app complaint option is never working but payment option will always work so that they get money. It is their part of plan.
They make rules every week and send email like you can only vacate the room between 1st to 5th of every month. If you try to vacate room on 6th or later date, they will have your whole refund.

Very very bad experience.

I believe there are paid reviews here. Please don't go with that. I used to live here for 5 months. Left this month.

Very good PG, with friendly and helpful staff. The Property manager Ashish is always there to help you out and solve any issues you have.

I have left their services from more that 3 months now. As my contract I would have got the refund as soon as I left but they have been staling it every month, I am not even sure they will ever refund it or not. The customer care is also not supportive. It would be advisable not choose their service again.

Nice property with good facilities.located very close to main road. Property Manager Ashish is very good and immediate to work.

Worst PG ever. They don't refund your security amount at all even after following up so many times. Worst Service. Pls don't ever opt for them

Nice place to live.have all the basic amenities like.hot water, washing machine, utensils for cooking. The only problem is not much spacious. Other than that it's perfect

I live in HelloWorld Sarjapur CoLiving near Wipro Circle. I would like to mention it is an awesome place to live in with fully furnished (electricity, wifi, drinking water etc.inclusive), neat and tidy rooms having all the facilities like daily cleaning, safety and security etc. All the important places are nearby only like bus-stop, Wipro circle, superstores, my office location etc. Needless to mention, our property manager Ashish is very helpful and nice person who work on things very quickly if we face any problem anytime so I would definitely recommend this place.

Currently staying in Helloworld Sarjapur, it is a good property close to Sarjapur Main Road. Nice and clean property with good housekeeping services. Property have all the necessary amenities and very professional staff. Recommended for working professionals.

I am having a great stay at Helloworld Sarjapur. The room gets cleaned everyday, the wifi works perfectly, and the property manager Ashish is really very helpful. The location of the building is also very good as it's just 100 meters from main Sarjapur road so you get everything you want within 5 kms of area.

Nice and clean accommodation with a professional staff. Daily housekeeping service and fully furnished rooms with all amenities. Nice place to stay.

The best place to stay if you have office in Ecospace, Bellandur. Awesome location, Awesome rooms, Awesome view from both rooms and terrace. Awesome people. Property Manager Madhan is very nice and helpful person. He will address to problems properly and nicely. Doddakannalli bus stop is the nearest bus stop from where office buses to whitefield and ecospace ply. Also there is a direct bus to KBS Majestic and Airport. Variety of restaurants nearby. Overall it is a good place to stay and value for money.

We had a great stay at 'Hello World' Sarjapur, perfectly located near Wipro Campus. Rooms are extremely good with well facilities available. The reception & hospitality of the property owner Madan is appreciable. The rooftop is perfect for relaxing, reading, yoga and meditation or simply enjoying views of Bangalore City. There wasn't anything to dislike. Its a home from home.

A great Property Manager who is jovial and immediate to work and if any issues getting on it ASAP.
