Heritage Resort Hampi

Resort away from the main road. Large gated property. Open parking. Could be covered and hard top. Has variety of rooms. Good sized with separate dressers. Generally very good but Duvets could be improved. Mixers of taps also need a change. Swimming pool is quite popular but we noticed shortage of towels at peak hour. Excellent organic farm. The evening cultural program was Excellent. Tour arrangements to tourist spots was very well coordinated with guides and vehicle. Stayed for 3 days. Very pleasant experience. Staff was very helpful.

A very nice well maintained property. Best for visit to Hampi.the food is the best you can get. The master chef Rajesh from Himachal is class apart.the staff is courteous and accommodating.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very well maintained resort. Value for money. Very clean rooms.
Their breakfast and dinner buffet is good, they change menu everyday. They also bake their own bread, cookies and pastries fresh.
Kids friendly, have a kids play area and lots of open area to play.
They had cultural programs every evening like Bharatanatyam or Dollu Kunitha followed by video about Hampi, enjoyed all of them.

Few minor issues like the AC in room blows directly to our faces that also heavy duty AC with strong force. The food is not spicy that’s because they prepare it keeping the foreigners in mind. These can’t be any problems.

Good place. When we bisited the main entrance was under renovation. Wonderful property. Well maintained and good location. Great staff and rooms are also good. We 3 stayed in a room and they changed our room also on request to provide one king size bed rather twin beds.

Perfect place for your Hampi holiday.
The resort is secluded but yet not too far from all the main attractions of Hampi (10-20 min.max ride with a Tuk Tuk).
The hotel area is wonderfully designed with an amazing pool right in the middle of it.
Our room had a private pool and everything was just perfect.
The restaurant serves breakfast lunch and dinner - mostly indian food but they'll do what ever they can to meet your needs (as they did mine).
The best part of the hotel is the service of the staff. Truly professionals - from the reception staff all the way to the hous keeping staff but the best service was given by the waiters in the restaurant. Truly wondeful staff. They went out of their way to please us and it made us feel so good and tasty of course. I'd like to point out especially Maresh the head steward who was always there to look after us in the most professional way and even if he wasn't he made sure the others took good care of us. Truly wonderful.
The hotel also offers cultural evenings which were very interesting and entertaining.
We also took an offer by the hotel to a safari excursion to the near nature reserve to see the bears. Chandaresh guided us in the reserve and it was an amazing experience, he was very informative and gave us a thorough tour of the reserve and we saw bears of course, and birds and peacocks and many more.

All in all I highly recommend this hotel from all aspects. Very well done.

I visited this Hotel as I have to attend one workshop during 1st July to 9th July 2023. I didn't stay over there but availed the facility of the restaurant. The Restaurant staff took total care of my all allergies. I handed over my nickel free pans, vessels, spatullas.to them to cook low nickel food for me. They followed the food list given by me.

Stayed here for one night in a Deluxe Room! The location is close to Hampi, that is the main reason I chose to stay here. The Service staff is pretty young and seems untrained and don't really know how to attend to the guests, don't expect the 5 star trained staff. Room was clean but there were Naphthalene balls everywhere may be because of pest problems. The food is fairly good and surrounded by Trees. The low rating is mainly due to low standards in Service. You can certainly chose this location if you want to stay close to Hampi.

Beautiful location in the middle of plantations and agricultural fields. Very comfortable rooms and excellent food. You can also purchase organic fruits and vegetables from the property.

Hampi itself is a surprise package. Historical treat. And this resort is the place to explore. Nice rooms nice services pleasant staff. The food is great in variety and taste. Sourdough bread and South Indian dishes were excellent

Beautiful nature resort with a nice pool. You have the choice between poolside and garden side rooms. Rooms are very nice, nice food as well. Good room service, staff are friendly and attentive. Had a nice experience staying here.

We had a fantastic time staying at Heritage Resorts Hampi. The staff have been extremely courteous and helpful. The buffet had delicious food, well organised. Shout out to Nikhil at the front desk who guided us well through our trip.

We stayed in this resort while visiting Hampi and were thrilled to have chosen this place. The service is great, quite near to Hampi and the resort is very tranquil and peaceful. A very beautiful pool and garden just add to the beauty of the stay.

Great hospitality, good food and awesome ambience. Would have loved more if it would have had a bigger area.

A nice and healthy setup for family outing. Foods and services are very good and the staffs are really very mannered. The restaurant staffs are really professional and the Chef are experienced too. The budget is really costly but worth spending for once a while. I had a nice time with my family.

A superb resort option when visiting Hampi. It's located about 4 kms from Hampi Entry point. Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed.
Their buffet options were really great for all three meals for a day during the stay with a variety of multicuisine spread each day. I found buffet is reasonably priced and an efficient option over a-la-carte.
They have a pool on the premises as well. We saw a lot of power fluctuations during our stay, mostly owing to heavy rains in Hospete, and Tumkur.
Rooms have a mini-bar with basic beverages and small wine bottles which are chargeable on consumption. Water bottles are refilled as needed and are included in the stay price.
Electronic kettle is also in the room, while we didn't use it.
Overall, a great option to choose for a comfortable stay at Hampi.

This resort is located near to all sightseeing places of hampi. This place is accessible and near to main road and we'll maintained. Resort offers neat villas with suitable options and facilities. We stayed here for 2 days and services n response from staff was satisfying. Food is good and delicious.

Nice place. We got a good deal on the pool villa which has a small private pool. It was well maintained. Staff was very courteous and attentive. The guide that they arranged was well informed and obviously proud of the history associated with Hampi. Food was very good. All in all, we had a nice experience.

Its a beautiful place for relaxation. Everything we was organic there.friendly staff and great hospitality.

Good resort for a short holiday. Nice location. Resort was neat and clean. Food was tasty and menu had good options. Staff was humble and efficient.

Pictures are deceptive. The quality of the rooms and food is very bad for the price we are giving. The staff is super lazy and just do not care. Had one of the worst experiences when I travelled there recently.

Excellent place to stay when visiting the historical site of Hampi. Excellent food here as well.

Also, after reading other reviews, I can assure that the wifi has improved.
The room service in terms of water refills is a little slow, but understandably so. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

From booking to arrival to departure, it was so smooth, lovely stay, humble staff, bf buffet had a super spread, lunch & dinner too were equally yummm, staff is alwz their with a big broad smile, loads of greenery around, lovely rooms, spic & span with all the required amenities!

Everything. I showed up and checked in they made wait for more then a hour. Even after I have told I’ll be coming around 2PM. The floors were sticky, the walls paper thin, the sheets stained, and the walls paper thin. I could hear EVERYTHING! The bed was uncomfortable.

Beautiful resort with plenty of trees and flowers. A pleasing environment that instantly makes you feel at home. Good food and polite and friendly staff.

Had a bad experience here. Management didn't inform us about Hampi being closed during weekends and still took the booking advance. Further, as we were evaluating whether to stay for 2nd night as the places were closed, the management started behaving very rudely and forced us to decide within minutes of check-in if we wanted to extend our stay.
Very surprising for such a high rated hotel. Mr. Arvind was specially rude and seems to seriously need some training. We were almost sure of staying for 2nd night (despite their selfishness) but thanks to behaviour of Mr. Arvind, we decided to check out the next day.
Rooms were nice (5/5) and food was good (4/5). Most of the facilities were closed though.

Very nice resort, we had a comfortable stay with good food. This resort is located near the heritage sites in Hampi. And they have very good staff members. Totally a great place to stay.

Stayed here for two days! The pool and spa was closed due to Covid! Nothing much for children to enjoy except walking in their resort! Indoor games were not maintained, the stick of the pool was broken, the bats of Table tennis were broken, any other indoor games were also messed nothing maintained properly!

Also, the kitchen is not properly maintained for veg and non veg! It's kind of mixed! So the people who are pure veg, have no option other than to try food outside!

Very nice property with spacious cottage and good hospitality. Food was delicious but only buffet option.

Everything about this place is very beautiful. It's in a serene and calm location. Food is very good. Bhim Patel (Baker) 's cakes are extremely good. Situated at a centralised location. Full on Paisa Vasool!

Well if you are someone who likes s catered stereotypical holiday experience this resort is very good for you. The service staff is very well behaved and attentive. The reception service needs improvement. Rooms are very nice (if you opt for the room with the hot tub, you are in for disappointment). The poolside bar has a grand view, food is mediocre (plenty of choices though). Overall a decent stay. If you have a big family and do not want to take the hassle of finding the perfect vacation spot for everyone, this one might do the trick. Cost inclusive of food was around 10,000 rs per night for the hot tub room, less for the other ones.

The guy and lady in the reception literally act like they're doing us a favor by checking us in! The housekeeping is Horrible! Took them 90+ mins to get us an umbrella cuz we were stuck in the room with heavy rains and I had to run out in the rain to go pick up umbrellas lying there and come back. They took 12+ hours to give us a comb requested! The only tolerable thing was the food, just decent! Honestly, the place is good but if you're expecting any sort of hospitality, please go to literally any other place!

Beautiful place, awesome people, good food beautiful ambience specially Bheem at the bakery and Sathya at the reception and Maresh in the dinning hall.it was home like environment and my kids loved the stay.

The hotel was Excellent! There cottages were spread across the beautifully done landscaping, there was greenery all over. The staff were friendly, especially the restaurant staff. The food was very good and my family was very appreciative of the same. The hotel has taken some green initiatives, they are growing their own vegetables and fruits in the premises, it was lovely to take a stroll through the in-house farm/garden. The glass bottles from the hotel are being re-cyled as glasses and used to make a compound wall. We spent two days in the hotel and the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend the hotel to people visiting Hampi.

We stayed at this place for four nights and absolutely loved it. People are warm and very helpful, food is good and there is so much to do here for relaxation. You could relax by the pool or walk around the property or just chill in your room. It is upto you. Everybody makes you feel at home. There were a couple of excellent programs promoting local talent. I definitely recommend this place for somebody who is looking to visit Hampi.

Great place, it's right it the center of all the historic places. I'm rating this 4 star as I was not happy with housekeeping. There was a spider in the room, which I asked the HK staff to remove, they came, but did a shoddy job of dropping the spider on the bed and then spending the the 15 mins trying to find it. It was never found, had a disturbed sleep expecting the spider to climb on your face at night. Otherwise, no issues.

The rooms are bad. The rooms are old shabby and the staff not helpful. The ac doesn't cool. This is a genuine review. Not value for money too costly. The food is also not good. The resort is dull and boring.

Ambience is fantastic, feels very relaxed. The location is really good, 5 to 6 kms to all the major hampi sites. Rooms are well maintained (can be improved) and very spacious.

They don't provide complimentary mineral water in room. Really not sure why they can't do this.
Food tastes very average. Needs a lot of improvement.
No A la Carte in restaurant for dinner. They do provide room service for A la Carte orders. But would be good to have A la Carte option in the restaurant.

Overall a good place to stay in Hampi. If they improve few of these things, they will be the best place to stay in Hampi.

Its clean.the service is good.but it is very 3 star.lacks the oomph factor of a hotel.little mom pop like.but.if you want a clean room bed and no frills this is your place

Nice place, we enjoyed our weekend stay very much. Very relaxing atmosphere with plenty of greenery surrounding all the villas/cottages. They had cultural programs in the evenings when we visited. Food was good - a very decent spread. Also, the ayurvedic spa inside is worth checking out.

Right from the booking process to the final billing at check out there was absolute confusion. Some person from coorg heritage books for the hampi resort, he doesn't communicate with the parent resort, and in the bargain we had to wait at the reception for almost an hour both during check in and check out.and landed up paying extra. We booked superior rooms but were made to stay in delux rooms.the bathroom was blocked with one use. The cycles for jolly ride, had no breaks and peddals. My daughter almost fell before she realized that the cycle had no break. Their plantation trecking was only name sake. No activities in the resort except the pool and broken cycles.
There were some goodthings ofcourse, ambience was superb and food was good (not excellent)
But with the bitter experience l had with the staff, I wouldn't definitely recommend this resort.
We visited the resort to have a stress free happy time but had to return with memories that are really embarrassing.

Wonderful place and great hosts.
Delicious food and nice property.
The place is perfectly placed to reach nearby locations and still secluded.
The rooms might require a bit of upkeep especially the bathrooms.

Just got home from the holidays in Heritage Hampi. It was a wonderful stay at the resort. Kids enjoyed the facilities and the staff were very courteous.
