Hire and Fire type Organization, No Future and No Scope
-Bangalore Leadership is waste they are just a puppet
-Bangalore Manager, HR and Leadership are completely unaware of the corporate culture, unprofessional and incompetent
-Bangalore office have lot of politics and even not even a good site, team operates from a 8-BHK villa which is turned into office.
-The HR is always absent mind, she is even not aware of lot of HR Activity and process.
- People like Harish (Manager) with zero skills are a big liability to the company who only spy and reports to Onsite manager
-No Safety culture, it just for name sake. The Bangalore Safety instructor do lot of acting of safety just for show off to the US leadership.
-There are a lot of negative, but the space will be not enough
