Hidesign

Had a Very bad experience! We bought a bag worth 4000 rs, but it had some damages so within 2 days we went in this store and asked for exchange, their customer service was really pathetic and the store person contacted the store manager (yousuf ahmed not sure about the name), and he immediately told us we can’t exchange this if you want go to some other store and exchange, we went to Bangalore Nexus mall Hidesign, we are actually from Kerala, but the behaviour of that person was unacceptable! And they showed how a person should not behave like! We send a mail to head office including the pictures of the bag and bill! Immediately we got a mail that you can exchange it from anywhere! We came back to kerala, lulu mall Hidesign and it was really a great service they provided and we exchanged it too, the way they spoke with us and they even didn’t look the mail which we received! I think these people should come and see how to deal with customers! Will not visit or Recommend Nexus mall Hidesign!

They have sent sms saying flat 50% discount
