Hill View Resort / Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel

I would like to call out the outstanding experience I recently had during my stay at your hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby to the day of my departure, every aspect of my visit exceeded our expectations.

The check-in process was seamless, and the duty manager Swarnava Bhadra provided us with an exceptional welcoming. His warm demeanor set the tone for the entire stay and made us feel at home. He was very attentive and reached out to us throughout the stay to make it comfortable.

We got an upgrade and the room was a haven of comfort and style. Impeccably clean and equipped with all the amenities. The attention to detail in the room's design did not go unnoticed.
Despite being centrally located, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The tranquility of the surroundings made the stay even more enjoyable.

The hospitality truly stood out. We on our business trips have stayed in multiple Marriott facilities, internationally and I must say Renaissance service and hospitality outreached many of the other stays. We felt valued.

We had few places in mind to try out the local cuisines, but to our surprise we got all of it at one place in the Lush. The chef Prasad was just exceptional. Back home and I still miss the breakfast.

Like the cherry on the cake, the goodies in the end overjoyed all of us. While having already suggested the place to many of our friends, I would still love to choose Renaissance for my every trip to Bangalore.

I have been there for breakfast meeting, the ambience is very good and got wide range of breakfast options however the south Indian vegetarian breakfast like idli, dosa and medu vada taste was not upto the mark And can be improved, hence 4 star otherwise overall experience was very good.

Bed incredibly comfy. Very big, deep bath with wonderful views.

Im a Marriott member. Service here is awful. Parking is dirty and smelly. No valet parking offered. No one smiles or welcomes. Was asked by the security lady at the entrance "where do you want to go" so i jokingly said "to play golf". It was heavily raining in the evening and the hotel staff did not even get an umbrella to help us get into our vehicle.

Fantastic stay.
Dheeraj, the duty manager, was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff there as well were very helpful.
Had the best massage so far from Kathrin at the Shea spa. Wife was very happy with the facial service as well.

This hotel have located in city center and it's very near to UB city VERY GOOD Atmasfiear and good staffs very tasty food they prepared and serve, tastes are asome I realy enjoy the tastes Expacaly that ROTI and chiken tastes are mind blowing and them service are very good and nice natchee view in city center rooms

One of the best destination for staying and business meet and conferences in Bangalore. Centrally located. Good food and service.

Had been here to Lush restaurant as part of Pind da Swaad hosted by chef sweety singh.
A big luxurious hotel which is right beside race course. Easy to locate and has valet parking.
Had a great experience overall.

3 friends with our spouses stayed there this weekend. Property has huge potential with great infrastructure and eco system in place. Scope for lot of improvements in all the areas! Seems like ‘let it run the way it can’ is the approach adopted by the top management. Entire staff lacks professionalism and they hardly try to understand the requirements of the customers. They lack motivation and miss a good Manager.

Awesome Setup with very good collection. Tasting section is a very nice concept. You can taste before you buy. Very courteous staff. Wine Collection is fabulous. Global collection. Saurabh was brilliant about explaining on wines. A Great experience

Good Ambience.price is reasonable, display is good, as we go inside it looks like abroad shop, location is at perfect place and parking is available, thanks to hostess Kaur and Rimi

Good stitching, no alteration required.masterji is very patient and stitched my clothes exactly as i needed.my search for a good tailor in Bangalore ends here.must say very reasonable pricing.i highly recommend him.

On time delivery and best part is he delivers by courier before delivery date.

Amazing variety of liquor brands. I am a big fan of beers and i have tried lot of new brands thanks to this shop. Mr Saurav was very helpful in guiding me. Buying liquor from this store is a unique experience. Thank you.

This is a wonderful experience center for MRP alcohol. Don't miss the tasting experience. You won't regret it! They're gonna give Tonique a run for their money.

Jaylex is simply one of the best tailors I have come across. He is patient enough to hear your ideas and exactly brings that out in design. He also has his own designs and ideas which are pretty great and in the end you really have the product you imagined:) thanks Santosh!

Mansionz has a good collection of liquor. If only for the collection, I'd probably rate them 4 stars with 5 being reserved for Tonique due to the sheer variety. The 2 stars are for a different reason though. Read below for details.

The ladies and gents inside the store are amazing and I've had a great experience in my previous visits. Today I had a very different experience though - I met their new head of security, pompously showing off his intimidation skills to customers at entry. Which door do you choose to enter a store having 2 doors and no entry/exit signage? I'd think either of them are okay. The head of security disagreed though and made me aware of his acute disagreement in a not so polite way.

I don't blame him. I was probably wearing too plain clothes for his taste. He must have been sold this job for an upmarket crowd - the standard my jockey pyjamas surely don't meet.

So. I'd give this place a pass for my next visit. I'll rather be at a store that doesn't treat me on the basis my choice of clothing and has more friendly faces at the store entrance.

It is a heaven for BEER Lovers wish erdinger beer was available in the store.

However you can find all the single malt brands and even whine also

Living Liquidz is renowned retail outlet. They are having a huge wine collection. Must visit if you have palate for a wine

Rimi, it was extremely helpful for someone who is a novice like me to get the support and advice to come to the store and get the expert advice which is required for me to make the absolute final decision thank you so much for being amazing

HillView is very less Maintaniances they put Tax of 18% as its bar and Restaurant but in Bar only street dogs will be roaming and its dirty. Please don't go.

We went for new year celebrations of 2020, it's a nice place to visit for outing and good maintained rooms, but when it comes to food its very bad, they said starters will starts from 6.30pm but we got it at 8pm, for around 80 people first they will serve for 40 to 50 people and remaining people has to get the food ready and then eat and even morning breakfast was very bad,

My suggestion to management is that, kindly serve good and healthy food for the people on time and increase the entertainment activity more. (Give the value for the money paid)

Our school took us here for picnic. It's horrible. Completely pathetic food! No hygiene at all! Washrooms are disgusting! Staff is very rude!

Beautiful view of race course.spacious rooms.nice restaurant.badly maintained.undergoing some renovations.no ac rooms.no tv in rooms.bedsheets r with holes.if maintained properly it would b one of the best hotels at that range.

We stayed here for a night as group of 20 people. This a litle remote place. Resort needs much better maintenance. Outside area can be maintained with more greenery. Place looked dry. Rooms are very spacious. Bath rooms too. Maintenance here too, poor. Some of the fittings are rusted and broken. This place does not have much facility for additional activities. You have resonably large ground. Pool maintenance is also not that great. Food was quite good. If you are spending time outside the resort doing trecking etc, this place is ok to just have rest and food. If you want spend all the time in the resort, this is not recommended. You will be disappointed.

Nice place but management is really bad. Workers aren't responsive at all. If they manage workers and ans customer problems it would be nice place to visit

The food they sent to room especially kabab was very bad quality and the price was too high for that quality food. Not worth the food.

It's a very good place. Value for money. They have a good eating joint next door. Good views from room.on higher floors. Location is the high point of this place. Walking distance from most private bus services operators. Close to large market place and prominent area gandhinagar. Easy to locate autos and public transport.
The hotel is an old one but well kept.

Resort is good. Very less crowd. When we went, we were the only people in the entire 2-3 acres of property. Sometimes weird coz it's fun wen few other visitors are there. Indoor games is too good. Swimming pool is awesome. It was like a private pool for us coz there was no one. Food is really very good. Chicken manchurian, egg fried rice and lemon chicken is must try. Nice place for photography If u live nature and hills. Very nicely planned and built. U ll enjoy the stay.

Very bad maintenance.rooms were smelling. Food quality was very bad, no variation on food. Both day they served same menu.
No good indoor game. Pieces were missing from every game, pool table table tennis, everything is in broken condition.only good thing is rain dance.

Hotels rooms are unclean also staff is not cooperative. Rates are too high as compared to rooms.

Old place recently renovated with a good dining place. But parking is a problem have to park the vehicle on the road.

Had a pleasant stay. Rooms were neat with a view of the race course you could even see the horses on courses from some rooms facing the roads. Bathrooms were very big and rooms were spacious as well. No complimentary breakfast but the restaurant below serves nice food. Few parking slots for cars. They also have restrooms for drivers. Rooms were cheap and neat
