The wedding venue has greatly improved over recent times when it comes to overall management and food. Kudos to the manager Suda Das! Keep it up!

Location is good near the main market. Nothing as resort. Complimentary breakfast is okaish. Service no so good. No one in the reception and no landline in the room.

Stayed for 2 N.
Rooms: We booked a deluxe non-ac room and to our surprise they gave two single beds instead of a queen size bed, which was really bad if you are couple. The rooms were normal, with minimal switch boards and was little old styled and doesnt justify the price of the rooms.

Food: Restaurant was there and was having wide variety of food menus and has decent taste.

Service: No problem with the service, they were really good and fast whatever we requested.

Location: Excellent location, closer to the city bus stand but lacks mountain views.

We stayed there for 3 days the hotel staff gave us a very good hospitality. The staff was very friendly and cooperative

Rooms are very spacious with a big balcony. Service was very prompt especially Sushant was very helpful at the hotel. It's on the main road so easily accessible. The market is 2 km from this hotel. Parking is huge. The only thing is they don't have a swimming pool. Rest all is wonderful.

Great location. Rooms with balcony facing the valley are great, other rooms are okay. Food options are good but could have been better. Friendly staff. Especially the front desk is very helpful

We were pestered to attend some meeting here saying we have won a coupon. I don't understand why they lend their space to a cheap marketing team like this taking away our precious vacation time.

Stayed there for 2days, rooms were spacious.toilets were ok.but the worst part was the complimentary breakfast.no toaster for bread, old stock jam was kept in a small bowl.two items served.even a very small restaurant will serve better food.the worst part was we were served with small thick dosa made with stale wet flour smelt like beer.coffee will be kept in a stainless jar.no flask.no one to care.just rooms it's a ok stay, no kettle.no water bottle.some dirty mug water was kept.if you ask for morning coffee it will be charged, that too very bad coffee at coorg.

Exaggerated charges, Not providing min ameneties (water bottle, bathroom slippers, kits etc) to stay comfortably.worst rooms, one water bottle he charges Rs. 35/-, confsuing billing.

It's a property of Crystal Court Hotel groups. I visited here to attend an event. They have a big and a mini auditorium suitable for wedding receptions and conferences etc. Food is good. I did not stay there so cannot write about their rooms. It's located near Madikeri town.

This is a hotel in coorg conveniently located near main bus stand madkari. So it's a good hotel at a good location. You can try to stay here.

The best thing about this hotel was the cleanliness and adequate space. Provides hot water as it has a water heater. A quiet and spacious place. The food was okayish. Services take time. Little expensive.

Restaurant.we waited for 45 minutes after ordering the food and when asked after that the said it’s still getting ready. Staff was happy to send us back.

I was there 5th to 07th but I'm not satisfied due to cost is too high. As per cost service was very poor.no body caring for wether guests available or not what is required or not required. I was reached with my family early morning I requested too much for early check-in they not support because of that I paid another hotel 2k extra only 4hrs.place was slightly good near to access city.per my personal view plan other hotels.

This is more like a dorm than a hotel. Most certainly not a resort! The rooms are smelly and moist. No amenities what so ever, not even a cup of tea at times. The food is just average. The staff however has a friendly nature however they are extremely inefficient. The location is great and very peaceful, quite easy to locate too. Would suggest to skip this place if you can!

This hotel is good for family, however the rate is somewhat high considering the amenities they are providing.

We attended a family reception and the food was amazing. Just too good. The BBQ pork ribs, the mutton stew, and, weirdly, the fried ladies finger were the best things at lunch. The thin sliced pork starter was also delicious. Highly recommend their catering for any events.

Located well on town centre. We visited for a exhibition so felt it's ok for a weekend stay If you want to do shopping. Dont stay for views or serene nature trails.

It's a beautiful place, amazing balcony views. But a few of the suits gave scary honted vibes. Also be careful not to buy anything there (thums up, sprite, water bottle) becz they add in gst n all. Apart from that breakfast n all good place

Simple place with necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. When you are visiting Madikeri, if you are looking for a place to sleep after your sightseeing then this could be a place for your stay.

Beautiful and spacious. They have a huge hall for conventions.

We attended the Karnataka Bird festival there and stayed at the resort for 2 days.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Room service was ok.

Sleep comfort was great.

Resort is tucked away from the town so it not noisy.

If you traveling with child dont use balcony as room and balcony was having steps, grill was of less height and having sufficient gaps in grills to cause accident.
Don't have swimming pool, massage or spa.
Have nearby supermarket to buy something necessary.

Very inspirational must visit museum. As a mutual respect for fellow humans there are no do not touch boards anywhere. Moving around you feel part of someone's house. Hope people maintain self decipline and not vandalise artifacts.

Outside Looks is good but beds are not comfortable ac remote is given i was not able to cancel the room for next day as they said no cancellation worst experience

It's an average hotel that has many rooms. Prefect for weddings and receptions and not for staying and having fun. There is no activity room or swimming pool. The building exteriors look old, although interiors are better. Rest rooms are clean. Top rooms do have good ventilation and the aircon keeps the rooms in good temp to enjoy Madikere

Excellent location. Rooms are very specious and nice. Excellent food and services. Buffet breakfast was very good. All the staffs are very nice. Specially I can mention Riyaz and their manager Sudarshan. Special thanks both of them for their excellent services.

Worst hospitality and house keeping.staff acts rudely.trip may get ruined bcos of the managers behaviour.

Delicious south Indian food, the accomodation abd servuce was also good and staff was efficient. But other indian cuisines were not so good. All in all, a great experience.

We visited this resort in coorg. It was nice experience, service is good, location is very beautiful. And hotel service are also good.

Real Home away from home. Unique staff and most professional management. Ample open space and silent nature to enjoy.

Good place to have a chill time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Went there for a 2 night stay with friends. Came back wanting to stay for more days. So that's a plus.

Room are neat clean but room service person are very rude and they won't provide you soap and towel.

It firstly don't deserve any star.
Very bad experience:
(1) To contact restaurant land-line was not working
(2) No towel and bathroom amenities after requesting we got only towel, we requested tissue we got tissue roll with fungus old stock
(3) We requested water we got it after 1hr that too when we were sleeping
(4) we requested for glass they gave us used glass first with ash after requesting for clean glass they gave us glass which was used by other guest which was Alchol consumed
(5) we asked for room cleaning they asked what room cleaning do u want no dusting or wiping table if dirty with stain on it
(6) Drinking water is filled in jar which is not clean.no complementary water provided and on top they are charging double the rate compare to outside.
Stayed here for two nights worst experience will not recommend anyone to stay here.
Housekeeping staff need to be trained and not directly enter inside room should know ethics to knock the door and wait for guest to open the door and not directly walk in

It’s not Resort actually they don’t deserve one star also. I complain to Goibibo and OYO to remove this hotel from list so no one spoils their holiday.
We find very nice people at entire Coorg but so bad experience at this place,

I am writing this review from the hotel itself. The hotel is centrally located and is reasonablly priced. They have balcony view as well which is best for the price they offer. However, I would like to mention that the breakfast they provide is not upto the mark. It seems that they use sub standard ingrediants (Upma today seems to be made by dalda ghee, Vada was having more oil and the butter was not Amul or any other standard brand that we recognise. And they added more "rava" to thicken Sambhar which was pathetic).

Suggestion: Go on and increase price a bit but use standard product.

Not a resort at all, hated the service, no business ethics, third class executive staff, no manners. Worst stay

One of the worst experience in this hotel for me and as well as my driver also. Now a days there will be free accomodations common room for drivers but this hotel can't provide one bucket of hot water for drivers and read the preview before booking this hotel

The resort is beautiful. The rooms were awesome and the service is extraordinary. Would recommend to everyone.

Beautifully maintained. Hygeinic rooms, well equipped with necessary items (T. V, Wi-Fi etc). Well behaved & co-operating staff.

Nice place to stay in coorg, clean rooms and bathroom. Nice view from the terrace, and the food here is good. Breakfast options could be better or like have more options. Rooms have wifi, geyser for hot water. Also they have balcony in the rooms.

The hotel is nice, the facilities were upto our expectations, but be very careful with all your belongings because we left 2 valuable pendrives, even we called the reception on the way back and even told them the exact place we left it but we still don't have it to this day. I don't know if they actually enquired with their servants or maybe a cleaner got away stealing them, it is certainly our fault but they should have made an attempt to find it because we definitely left it there only.so make sure to double check all your belongings before you check out

We did not stay there. The resort is in the middle of a coffee estate in wonderful surroundings.
The buildings are traditional and look comfortable inside.
Being on a hillside the trails within the resort involve steps or slopes and may not suit senior citizens.
For metro dwellers it is heaven.

It's a good stay, but spare the resort tag! The room service is medicore. The reception desk is mostly unattended. A bit on the downside for what oyo charges.
Pros: Spacious rooms, easy to reach local tourist spots and a decent a la carte menu.
Cons: Complimentary breakfast is very limited and they take ages to refill the buffet, the staff work at their leisure.

Rooms are bit old. And poorest part is the restaurant. Restaurant here has very limited options and not too tasty. If you get a good deal on stay then you can order food from swiggy. Not all rooms are with the view. If you are gooung in cold season then it's going to be very cold as rooms are not insulted well. There are flapping windows which does not completely close. Beds are warm and cozy. Staff is friendly.

Good resort to stay in Madikeri. Complimentary breakfast provided with limited menu. Location near to center of town. Service was good. Staff werr available round the clock.
