We rented this villa for my friend's bachelor party, we had been there previously for my friend's birthday party as well. The host is amazing, amenities are good, place is well maintained and client friendly. Definitely one of the best villas for chilling.

I booked this cottage for my wedding:) Would never forget this place and Jerome was very very helpful. The events wouldn't have been successful without his assistance. He was there anytime we call him. Helped in arranging the Food (the home made food near the cottage is yummy. Do not order it from outside) and the decoration.
Its a beautiful property with lot of greens around. I got my Haldi/Mehndi and reception ceremony here with around 20 people for almost 3 days. Everyone loved the place and the surroundings.
Rooms are spacious and the cottage was clean and helpers were always there when needed.

100% recommend this place if you are in Bangalore. Best weekend gateway.

We stayed here for 2 nights last week. We were a group of 3 couples with children. The exterior of the place is very nicely done up and has a pool. The bedrooms however were not clean and neither was the kitchen. There were small cockroaches running around all over the kitchen and there were some droppings around the bedroom. Not many food options available nearby- there is a home kitchen nearby and the food is not that great. It’s okay for a one night stay and may cater better to the party crowd. Not recommended for families with kids if you are looking at clean and hygienic options. For the price charged, we would have expected a better upkeep of the place.

It’s a best party place near Nandi Hills can accommodate 10-15 ppl with well maintained pool, this place provides good service and friendly staff.

We were group of 8 ppl, booked it for a friend’s birthday. Property location was top notch away from city with beautiful view of Nandi Hills. Music system was provided. There was full fledged kitchen! There was barbecue setup as well! The host Jerry was very considerate. The pool was maintained very neatly & the rooms very hygienic & toiletry kits were provided. Overall great property at affordable price ️

Must go to place if you are in Bangalore and want to spend time with family and friends peacefully. This Villa is loaded with all services and amenities which generally is required outside of home to feel like home. Service provided by Babu Bhaiya was exceptional, he was very generous, reachable and helpful. Whatever foods we ordered was severed hot and fresh and same time it was delicious. Place is safe as well as it is inside gated society. Unfortunately I missed to take pictures as I was enjoying the place and the moment

This place is perfect for a group of 8-15 people. I had hosted my sister’s bachelorette party here and it all went very smoothly, make sure you make less noise once it’s around midnight. We had our own privacy and fun. We even got to try the barbecue set and bonfire, it was really amazing that they had all these services. Rooms and beds were very very clean and comfortable. It’s a gated community so security shouldn’t be a concern. There’s also a caretaker who’ll come when you give him a ring about any doubts about the place. They even had breakfast available and it was amazing breakfast. They even have other meals. The view from the balcony is a very very peaceful and beautiful one. You can just sit and relax with your friends there. The pool was really clean. Overall one of the best Airbnb’s I have been to. And the host Jerry is very very friendly and helpful. Any help you need he’ll always be there. Thank you so much for hosting us. And I would really really recommend you all to go here if you’re finding a place to have fun with friends and chill. ️

This Villa was amazing, it has a private pool and very big lawn space for conducting parties… The rooms are spacious and very neatly maintained. Most importantly it was very private without any disturbances from others.
Pool was amazing and the water was clean.the attenders were also very friendly and helpful. Over all we had an amazing stay with friends… loved the place ️

Great location, beautiful place, as private as it can get, includes a private pool, spacious rooms, loads of space in the backyard.
We picked this place for a birthday celebration and it was better than we expected. Everyone in the group loved the property. Has ample space for large groups of around 16 adults.
We ordered food from Meal plan - a home based kitchen that delivers nearby, as suggested by Jerome. The food was good.
The host, Jerome was extremely helpful and even came to the property when I had an issue and assisted me with the same.
It is a very well done up space is totally worth the time and money.

The owner cancelled the reservation on the day of stay without any prior information. Very unreliable.

We picked Hills Cottage as the venue for our small mehndi ceremony + niece's birthday in August. Jerome was beyond helpful in making arrangements for the decor and ensuring that everything was in order as planned. The place in itself is green, cozy, well-equipped and overall a great choice for intimate family events and get togethers. The kids loved the pool!

It’s the best place and can easily accommodate 10 adults. The place also has a private pool and a lounge area to chill. It consists of 4 master bedrooms with attached spacious bathrooms. It was a wild and an amazing night. We spent my birthday night and is the best. Additionally we have music facility and a swing. The place is best for friends and big families too.

Things to remember-
You can prepare your own food. (Kitchen is available and food is prepared by the caretaker if required)
Take all the snacks you want from the city
Barbecue set is available
All rooms have AC except one
Good lighting
The care taker was always available
The host is very friendly and made all the arrangements required for the night

It is a great property with spacious rooms.
Kitchen is having all utensils (big vessels to prepare food, plates, quarter plates, bowls, glass). Barbecue equipment is also present, so need to carry.
Rooms are very spacious and clean too.
It is surrounded by lush greens but good thing is mosquitoes are hard to find.
Pool is 5ft deep which is very decent and there is a live small waterfall as well.
You can cook or they have in-house restaurant. So overall a very good weekend getaway. N yes its right in the foothill of Nandi️️️. Babu bhaiya and a lady are very sweet caretakers. You can ask help for the smallest thing as well and they will do that for you.

Super experience. The property is very calm and very clean. Well maintained. The staff at this property are all great.special thanks to Mr. Jerome, who taken care of all our requests and always available on a call. The food also was good. Kids enjoyed a lot. It's a very big cottage with clean private swimming pool. Thanks Jerome, for the great hospitality from you and all the staff.
