We, a senior couple, couple in 50s and two children. Over telephone, we booked one apartment type room online. The rep sent QRcode. We, paid Rs. 6720 through paytm, shared receipts, By evening, I got msg that they have not received payment. I called back. They wanted bank msgs or webbanking statements. Sent the screenshot of page. Next day, we arrived at Hotel. Some construction. The same rep, Mr. Satish, claimed he did not reive payments. We did our best explaining. The fellow showed a mobile, showing 20 txns starting 11ish. We asked him to show bank statement for 24 hrs, covering our payments time. He refused. Wanted payment of full amount, if we wanted room. The ladies and children were quite unhappy. We had no other choice but to get accommodation in another good hotel, and continue our journey. Obvious, there is a scam going on. Tourists beware, while paying advance amounts, and try ti see property through Google.
Fraud hotel taken money for breakfast but not given to the guest. His manger satish is fraud person after giving all proof but he denied Never use this hotel they do scam
I stayed in a 2bhk, overall stay was ok ok. I had booked it from Airbnb. Despite that, no outside food allowed.the rooms were ok ok condition.there was a Tv but no connectivity.they have an attached restaurant, the service is very slow and unorganised.the site said that breakfast is included, but it was a different affair at the premise.
The place is under renovation. There is no lift, door handles were broken, wall papers were all torn, TV doesn't work. However, people were helpful and kind. Food was good (not great). Location is good. Even though it was summer and very hot outside, inside the room was cool. We could stay without using fan. Overall, for the price, it could have been better.
Room allotted was not the one shown in the website. This is not a hotel, but a service apartment facility, where they have multiple apartments and guests are allotted the rooms in those apartments. So there is a huge chance that you will get the smallest room in the apartment which barely has any place left to walk, after all the furniture is kept. Not worth the money charged.
It's not a hotel, it's Service Apartment. Not good rooms and staff behaviour is pathetic. They do not care about customer service. Please avoid if you want stay there with your family. 100% you will regret.
The hotel was absolutely poor. The only thing good about this hotel is that it is located close to Chamundi hills. The hotel consisted of staff service that was completely poor and down right horrible. We were offered a special deal with an extra room and when we got there we were told that we would only be given 2 rooms. The manager and staffs were horrible seemed inhospitable. They’re building structure was absolutely horrible. In conclusion, one of the worst places I’ve stayed in a long time. I would never recommend you to stay here.

*Decent hotel, but staff unaware of term customer service*
1) Customer service, what's that?
Hotel is decent, no co-ordination between staff.they are always confused. People work in the morning donot handover tasks to people who work in the night. Need to explain concerns everytime.
2) Staff allots wrong rooms:
We booked a room with balcony, balcony door doesn't open. AC doesn't work.post complaining the same, they give us another similar room in which things were fine.
They call us for room keys in the middle of our trip. We had to return to the hotel, vacate 1 room and move to the other and then resume travelling.
They made us shift to 3 rooms in 2 nights. It was really uncomfortable for us to pack all our belongings everytime they did this. Note there is no lift here and we had to climb up and down 2 floors. They donot have the least courtesy to offer help in picking up the bags.we were pregnant by the way.
No towels or toiletries in the rooms. Provided only when asked.
3) Complimentary breakfast scam: Airbnb shows breakfast is provided, reception staff confirms complimentary breakfast, but next day denies the same. They even put us on conference call and argue among themselves
Summary: decent hotel/service apartment ruined by confused staff who donot know what customer service means. Management must definitely hire folks who know basic knowledge of customer service.
Worst Place I ever seen and experienced! Service is not good, Pillow covers and bed are dirty not even cleaned, beds are filled with bed bugs, Curtains are dusty, Room filled full of mosquitoes, can't able to sleep on bed full of irritation and bites of bed bugs, Hotel people are not co operative, No soaps and towels in Bathroom. NOT EVEN WORTH OF 500RS for a Room, They are charging 2500rs for this worst room ever.
