I have completed graduate (fresher) and now I am searching job in a reputed company where I can build my career. I found HGS after a lot of searching so I want to ask you what is the eligibility criteria and salary package for freshers to join in this smart company. I hope you will reply me as soon as possible

How much I struggled to get a exit from this company. If the staff in HR department are least bothered to respond to mails, then where and who to reach? There is no phone numbers provided.
I am tired of asking Jayshree for my form 16 from more than a months. Income tax return date also is passed but no response as usual from the HRs or payroll team. They just don’t want to help anyone.

Worst Company Ever. HR management is horrible. Only Politics and L2 people don't support to their Junior's they will always support their besties. Worst Management. Guy's I request you to don't go here and waste your precious time.

Without wasting much time, let me write in short. I was called for an Interview for Xiaomi. I got into second round, i was called after 4-5 days for the third round. They will ask your CTC in front of all other candidates which i felt so unprofessional. I passed the third round and they said i'll get offer letter coming next week and i have to join in the next coming week.

Then i waited forever and thought i was not going to get it. Then surprisingly i got the offer letter after almost twenty days! Which is now too late.

Poonam helped me, people in HGS are super nice and genuine but wish there service could have been better because that is what they are for.

Where I want to go about that location if I don't than i can go though the this map, and this will very helpfull to me, not me for everyone such wonderful, if we have this than no need men's help also.

Give good cab facility for employee.today I listen some of u r employee.for cab issue they daily issue on cab pickup and drop daily they inform but response and in the cab some one 2 employee are telling to driver to don't drop her place and pickup.how can they r feeling and they also employee and telling to other employee blaming shame on for that.plz don't do this like type of treat.they also someone sis.brother mother so plz.its happen cab route was chadralayout route. 8-30pm cab

They called me for an interview and said like if your willing to relocate it will be fine bcoz it's there company policy I stay in whitefield it may take 14km to travel if u guys have vacancy for only the people who are willing to relocate u could have mentioned in call letter right why do u waste time money of job seekers

Good office infrastructure, environment, but am unhappy with employees satisfaction they always look for business orientated benefits, also worst cab facility, admins are very partiality, it's only fit for those who are buckets, no growth.

Worst company on call telling something and during interview telling diff thing and after selection telling diff story. Offer rejected by me totally false consultancy and hr provider. Don't try here

Best place to start your career without seeing the salary. You will learn all the required skills to work in a bpo.

HGS is an MNC, which mainly focuses on BPO and Technical support in almost all Fields of Business and Services.

They Will post Ads like wanted 6months experienced employee and Salary will be around 18k-22k after going to the interview the employee who is taking interview he conveys that now interview is going for freshers only. For Graduates they provide Non-voice Process Salary Only10.500Rs and 12th pass or Graduation with back locks or drop out they provide Voice process Salary 9.500Rs if you ask him why have you guys posted the add like 6months experienced is preferred and salary 18k he simply says that then only you guys come for the interview, Wasted a whole day by waiting there and the salary is very low they not even providing lunch for the employees a small canteen is available in fourth floor where you can have your lunch by paying money which is not worth of it had stomach pain after eating over there. What ever you See in there Wanted post everything is fake fake fake jst for getting interview experience you can visit this company. This company is not fit for job experience in other companies they are providing salary like 14k for freshers and 17-20k for experienced call centre executive.

Environment is also good
HR are very responsive
They have so many welfare programs for their employees

Very bad management i went for interview and waited for 2n half hour and it was scheduled interview.
And 2nd most worst thing that i got selected over there and general manager of recruitment told me join on the same package.too much unprofessional.

Transport is the worst in this company daily facing cab issues fed up with this.apart from that everything is good.

If u guys need only an Hindi candidates mention it in the mail that before u send us. Don't waste our time by making us to get seated for 2 - 3 hours and finally u ppl will tell us like v are looking out for only hindi candidates others can leave for the day.
