Seniors gynecologist doctor s are misbehaving on patients & they are creating and showing us tht junior doctor careless! Reality of over junior gynecologist doctor are working permis wth patients 24/7 they are stayng 24hours one doctor working wth patients we tank ful them! Only tht senior doctors are doing drams over thre n hospital! Irrespective things they are doing pls take action on senior doctors immediately! We will complian we will raise to Delhi high authorities soon! Senior doctor's teasing n front of us patients only on junior doctor's! Pls take action immediately on senior doctor s! After we asking why u r arguing with unnecessary words on junior doctor no response frm senior's! Pls take action immediately or remove tht all senior doctor s frm hospital immediately! If they are blaming junior doctors we raise complain to High authority officer n Delhi on senior doctors

Visited there once. Good infrastructure and campus, ample waiting area available. Lot of facilities available in comparison to other branches. Only HAL employees and their families can get the treatment here.

It is a company hospital not a private hospital, the facility is only for HAL working staff not outsiders.

Worst!
They will redirect to several numbers although there is emergency!
And ultimately you will not get proper treatment!
Ridiculous!

Very poor. No proper response for vaccination inquiries. They will keep on passing other phone numbers to contact but the end phone number will be not reachable.

It is very good hospital. Doctors are good and almost all modern facilities are available and maintained here. 24×7 Emergency facility also available. Sufficient no if Ambulance are readily available to tackle any kind of situation. This is a Government hospital but maintained like almost a private hospital and staffs are also very good and responsible. Almost all major department of medical, Treatment and Surgery are available. All medicine are maintained by HAL Medical store available inside the Hospital Premises and a Apollo Medical store also available in the case Medicines are not available at HAL medical store. A good and clean Canteen available in the premise. Free Car parking and Bike parking both are available and sufficient parking places are available.

Went there to get Polio drops for the son. The place is just beautiful at this time of the year. Excellent staff too.

Very poor management and no professionailsm among the staff, they just show off that they r high in standards but not up-to the mark when compared to the other hospitals, the nurses behave so rudely with the patients and half of the time they keep roaming leaving their nurses station and we have to go running behind them, very very careless, no spray for the mosquitoes and the patient has to suffer with the mosquito bites, hygiene is not maintained properly which causes infections to the patients, there r no had rubs placed, absolutely disattisfied. First of all they have to be trained as to how to talk to the patients with a humble tone. Last hospital to consult for any emergency.

Staffs are very punctual about their timing to close even though time is left out they just tel on face closed keeping few books.don't even consider the people waiting for blood test after consulting doc if v go for blood test immediately they ask us to come tomorrow. Patients doesn't come Al the way spending time leaving jobs things kids to hear come tomorrow. New system which made is really hard for people who come there. Get token sit till number come go to other place for blood test n the say closed and again same routine the next day to know the problem in patients it's like 4 to 5 days exactly.
When our respected doctors are doing their job and also they take care of people with tokens they wait finish and than doctors go.why the other staffs are not considering the patients situation.
