Not enough staff. Not all pumps are functioning. Cars are made to come along with 2 wheelers making it difficult for car owners. When asked for a customer copy of the card transaction, the staff says no paper so can't provide.

The petrol pump is very near to Mahadevpura metro station. The pump is not well settled even though it is very close to a highly crowded area. Phoenix mall is very nearby. Most of the time it is out of fuel. Staff is not well organised or trained maybe, unlike other HP pumps in bangalore. Minimal bother about getting vehicles into lanes quickly and out after refuel or offering any addons. There were queues in office time and no one bothers or follows process or cares about customers waiting. Did a full tank and only fast person here was the air guy.

There was some welding work going on at the petrol pump besides the filling area. I don't know whether it was safe, but after questioning one guy told no need to worry, it is not fire (it was obviously fire). This is so lame and extremely unsafe for staff and customers.

Worst petroleum bunk. At 12oclock it was raining i went to bunk but the person too rude & he said to wait 1hr or no petrol. Than he close the bunk at night showing 24/7 & sending everyone

FRAUD ALERT!

These guys are the biggest frauds in the area. I took my car there and asked to fill petrol of 500rs. A guy came and knocked on my glass on other side to distract me and asked me to fill air in tyres. By then the filler had "already filled" the petrol and meter showed 500.
I paid the amount and started filling the air. The guy who filled the air without asking started removing my air knobs and started putting his cheap plastic but silver coated airknobs, which he claimed were steel airknobs, and asked me for 120rs. I was furious and asked him to put my original knobs back, which he did after a lot of argument
After going for hardly 200m my car showed low petrol again and my fill meter had hardly moved even after filling 500rs petrol, and then i understood that I was defrauded. I went back and asked them for bill, and they refused to do so.

DO NOT FILL PETROL HERE, THEY ARE FRAUDS OF THE HIGHEST ORDER

Guys pls avoid this petrol bunk. Don't refill air here. Totally looting money. While filling petrol he called me, pls come and fill air. When I went there he broke air filling point and told its broken and asked me to go near by garage (his own garage) asked me to change that. But one of hp employees pointed other garage then he started scolding him. Guys we need to report this near by police station otherwise most of them will face this issue. Our hard earned money and our bike they will spoil. I hope owner of this petrol bunk also included in this scam. Most worst thing is that my scooter wheel alignment totally gone. I'm getting very bad words but I cant mention that here. BETTER DONT FILL PETROL HERE. PLS AVOID AVOID AVOID.l m filling consumer complaints on this.
