The pharmacy staffs are worst at this hospital. They don't have least sense of dealing with the patient family. If you are billing via any insurance they will make sure you sit and wait for whole day. They give preference to people who are paying at spot. If you question they have attitude saying go and sit

Doctors are quite friendly and they treat well.

To be honest.this hospital staffs are really very un friendly.starting from the ladies from the reception to the ward girls.very bad attitude towards patient.most of them are trainess.expensive services too to add on.won't recommend to anyone.very laid back attitude.when asked the reception.they are'nt aware of anything that is happening in this world.

One of the best Hospitals in Udupi. Dr. T S Rao is a straight forward and down to earth person and you feel satisfied after meeting him and his line of treatment.

Reception staff are highly professional and cooperative. They have handled my aged parent very well and I could manage entire appointment sitting far away in Gujarat.

I will not recommend any1 to do surgery/operation in this hospital, worst careless doctor & staff, because of their negligence & money making attitude your life will be in trouble, my mother operation done by Dr.sharath chandra after 6 month major problem happened then we took to other hospital & understood that mistake of previous operation, thy have hided their mistake.pathetic experience.

Not even worth one star. My 2 year old sister had high fever, we had come at around 11.30 afternoon to hospital to mer Dr. Janardhan Prabhu. But even we were supposed to go some other patient with the influence of a another doctor of the hospital went first to meet the doctor and we were left lsst. Is it fair? No token system for kids doctor. Good job keep it up.

There is no proper basic amenities like water facility for OPD patients, rest rooms is stinking in ground floor. Patients may get urine infection by using rest rooms

Very much sad to write my bad experience with this pathetic hospital with staffs acting like rowdies and Dr SN Rao acting like irresponsible doctor. So would never visit this hospital again in my life and same information will be sent to my near one's

Well maintained and clean hospital. Those who are having ESI facility this is the best place where they can get treatment.

I really had a pleasant experience throughout the time span i got admitted. All the staff members are so cooperative and humanitative above all. The doctors over there also very good and kind towards the patients.

I had some insect bite swelling which I went here, duty doctor doesn't even come near to check it. CTBT he suggests, 3 rounds of blood taken and in end they say me no problem and I can go and if anything then come back, after 800 rs bill. I had to ask for reports and nothing mentioned as findings in report (attached here), also no written confirmation nor any prescription from doc except saying me use ice pack and no need of turmeric due to which my swelling was coming down. When asked me hu nowhere it's mentioned in report nor doc everything is normal they say me " it's only given if patient is admitted, " or else it's just this way. Wow! I wonder tmw if anything happens or I am misdiagnosed what will be the response we haven't written anything to confirm right. Mr. Sharath, duty doctor should have courtesy to see the bite atleast, that's the first sign of trust u build in a patient, wonder what such attitude exists within where they think they do favor and forget that patients pay the fees for the services given.u r not god's. Have come off today after spending 300 to doc for seeing me from a distance, 300 for CTBT report that has half data captured and no findings or obervations shared and best part rest 200 no one tells for what I paid!

Much elated with the service and loyalty towards the patients from each of the staffs. Highly talented doctors with very calm and positive approach to the patients. Well-equiped with machineries and other necessary facilities. Serene ambience and great in customer service.

The hospital has very good doctors and staff. Everyone around is so kind to help whenever called for. It has the best facility when compared to any other hospital around Udupi.

Worst hospital I've ever seen in my life. They'll do anything just for money. A doctor charged me 1.5k just for asking "how are you? " and for saying that some other doctor will come tomorrow, consult them. They'll make you wait to show you the test report to make you stay another day. Worst service a hospital could ever give. Government hospital is way more better than this hospital. This hospital is really a scam. I would never suggest this damn hospital to anyone in my life. Please don't go to this hospital unless you want to waste some money.

Very Bad Experience - pathetic hospital
1. Patient was fine before being admitted to the hospital and was declared death due to Severe Covid19
2. Pulmologist not available for treating Covid patients
3. During the death of the patient there was a gynocologist who declared as dead and not a pulmologist
4. Owner of the hospital Doesn’t even care for the patient, he doesn’t even provide assistance and gives impression nothing is possible with the patients and cannot be survived.very bad experience
5. During the death of the patient, patients family was informed after 30minutes of death although the patients family was waiting outside the covid ward
Overall to say we lost one life after getting admitted to this hospital

Poor quality and expensive. A normal checkup experience was poor. They send you to emergency ward for a normal ECG. Would not recommend anyone for a general check-up. Staff were friendly.

The staff are not good
-queue system is absent, anyone go to doctor despite others waiting. The staff fail to maintain discipline.
-Funny thing happened- A relative of mine was taken for endoscopy. They asked for mandatory covid test, but we asked for report if they do that so after 15 mins they said their covid kits are empty.
-stay away. Find better doctors/hospital.

Situated right on the National Highway 66. All kinds of emergencies attended to. All the doctors nurses and staff at the hospital were kind and understanding. I could not have had better service and care. Up to date with technology.
