This center has experienced, certified Audiologist, required infrastructure to test and offer most suitable hearing aid to solve your hearing problems. They have home visits for senior citizens, exchange and trial facility. I contacted Hitech speech and hearing center at BTM layout;Bangalore. I was convinced and happy about the Widex product and incharge Mrs. Bindu gave me trial pc for two days. Now I have the regular pc on my ear and my audibility of TV is normal even though other sounds were not a big issue. My earlier visit to 2/3 different centers where I was not convinced on transparency of information and did not offer trial pc to take home. Outside noise is adjusted and only some kitchen utensil dragging noise. Over all happy of the product and adjustment. Wearing comfort for day time. I purchased behind the ear hearing aid and not satisfied.i feel got cheated.the cell lasts only 3 to 4 days.performence and comfort compare to other hearing aids is not at all satifactory.

They don't even know how to make their moulds. I gave my ear impression once and it wasn't made properly because it was very deformed, so they took the same mould and just cut out the unnecessary part. Few days later I observed blood clots cuts because of the mould in my ear.

First time I ever got such bad mould she from widex and this place.

I had a blocked myself from using ear aid cause I was just not comfortable.but when I met Bindu and the way she explained and tmade me so comfortable that I love using it now. I firstly thank her a lot for making me use one. She is very friendly person and treats all her customer like a friend not just customer. She follows up regularly, even the smallest issue she resloves with ease unlike others, even tho I stay so far from clinic she sloves most of my issue via phone or she arranges nearest branches, not necessarily we have meet her in clinic only.
Most importantly she just does like selling earaid.she first analysis your case if it's necessary then she suggest if issue can be sloved my medical help she tells directly unlike other who just wants to sells and make business.
