A while ago, I purchased a Gas Stove of a reputed brand online. I had opted to buy it online as the price was slightly cheaper than the price offered in stores.
After two months of using the product, it started malfunctioning. I immediately contacted the customer care centre, hoping the issue would be resolved quickly.
Unfortunately, it was such an harrowing experience for us. Inspite of multiple calls & complaints, we were not able to get any assistance.
A few days later, we by chance visited H M Traders to buy some steel utensils. During our conversation with the owner, we casually informed him about our plight regarding the online purchase. The owner of the store gracefully accepted to have a look at it even though the product was not purchased from them.
As it is a very reputed store, he immediately contacted the regional head of the brand and much to my surprise, the very next day a technician came home and got the stove repaired in 30 minutes.
This has made me feel that it is better to buy our products in such humble physical stores, rather than online shopping.
In case of any issues or repairs, it saves us the hassle of having to make multiple calls to the customer care, waiting in long queues and running around with the product for weeks.
This store has now become our go to place for any home product - small or big, as they stand by our side during any service related issues.

The owner welcomes all customers warmly. They are reasonably good, nothing exceptional. They are into sales and repairs. I find them useful for repairs of household appliances like mixer grinders, stoves, etc. But I'd caution you about their pricing. If you're buying an appliance, it's good to compare online prices as well.

This is a complete home and home electrical appliances store on Kamanahalli Main Road. With 30 years of experience in this field the father and son duo are carrying on this business extremely well. The goods are of good quality and economical and reasonable all round the year. They have great exchange offers old for new and also service defective electrical kitchen appliances. Highly NOT recommending this shop for any repairs or for buying electronic equipments. Firstly for any repair they send to other third party vendors and they do not have their own technician. They do not provide bills from third party vendors too. For a switch which costs 50rs in market they charge 200rs and when u demand the bill they give invalid explanations and argue n behave rudely. Except for the aged owner nobody has a courtesy to speak softly. Also the electronic equipments they have are either refurbished, old manufactured date or minor damaged or defective equipments. Buy at your own risk. Only suitable for buying utensils.
