HM World City Kali Puja

Had to make the decision to move out of HM World City society due to the RWA not allowing EV charging (not even a 3 pin plug outlet installation) at the parking spot. Neither they don't provide a common charging facility (which according to them is in plan since 6+ months, no timeline yet). Very bad decision by RWA giving no choice but to leave the place.

This city is very good, and security services provided, Gym class, garden park, swimming pool & cricket play ground

Having a very bad experience staying in this apartment. If you face any construction issue, they the vendor will not fix it. Though ur paying maintenance ull need to get it fixed by urself. We had a leakage in bathroom, where the top floors bathroom waste is flowing into our bathroom. We kept following with the plumbers and the plumbers hired by the management are not experienced enough to fix that. They kept dragging for 6 months to do the work and still it is not done and we gotta get it done by external plumbers. Ofcourse ull face such issues and infact the vendors would never mind fixing it on priority. If your planning to buy apartment think twice as there is lots of construction issues.

Excellent apartment, very neat, almost all amenities are available, active security people, separate entrance for visitors and residents

Worst security maintainance faced here. First thing they cant understand a single bit Kannada and top of that had to wait half an hour in the night even after mentioning relative visit when owner has approved in the app, because of their negligence had to miss the flight at the end! Dont know whether the management has trained them or recruited them with ZERO KNOWLEDGE

HM is a Lovely apartment with 1000 + homes. A place where young & old live together & celebrate together. Homes are spacious with big kitchen, living & rooms too. Balconies are also spacious.

I live here and it's really nice. Very spacious houses and very well maintained locality. Has the basic amenities like a gym, club house, a park and a swimming pool. Overall a value for money apartment.

Superb gated community with 9 or 10 wings and a lot of people. Ample car parking and security. Has a lovely walking/Jogging track around the building. Away from busy road but that also makes it inaccessible by walk.

Mr. Narasimha gives Suggestive, Impressive, Lucrative and Effective financial planning as per the requirement of the Beneficiary (Customer/Investor) in that sense I. Long Term plans are always best for any Investment. I'm sticking on that. Thank u so much Narasimha. All the best and continue the same best of services always.

All false promises. No Club House, Party Hall is nothing but a simple big room, No Business House, No Coffee Shop, No Steam and Sauna, One Swimming pool for entire Apartments with more than 1000 flats, Gym instruments looks good but when you use will come to know they are old, not working properly. Due to pathetic condition of gym hardly few people visit the Gym and prefer to walk around the Apartment. Open parking is all sold out and guest has to park vehicles out side the premises. Flats are good but without any amenities.

Very spacious apartments in decent price. Build quality is also decent but there are scope for improvements. Timely delivery of amenities is the biggest question which HM has not yet answered. That too after a loooong 8 years. I am giving 4 stars just for the fact that the living space itself is quite good and you won't find same amount of space and luxury in budget anywhere in the city.

We have brought a flat here. But we don't have any amenities. In architectural model at marketing office and website they show all amenities. But in reality nothing exist. For 1200 flats we have one gym. Most of the gym implements are broken and non working.in Gym Cycles we have two, one seat is broken and another peddle is broken. No Steam and Sauna. Indoor games is pathetic with broken non working ones. Children play area sand has much mud mixed with it and looks like dirty muddy sand. No jogging track, no Business Centre, no club house, no coffee shop, no steam and sauna etc. People are waiting from last 10 years for these amenities and nothing has come up till now. No Guest parking and if any guest has to stay overnight has to park car outside on the road.

This is a beautiful place for community living.all the basic necessities for a living are in a close proximity

My uncle recently bought a flat here. The whole complex is divided into towers with the towers being named of different colours. Like indigo, lavender, sepia, olive, peach, mint, etc.
Each tower has 14 floors. Huge spaces for air circulation all around. It has all the amenities like a park, play area, party hall, basement parking, cycling track. Some of the towers are old some are new some are still under construction.
It is completely detached from the city its in a peaceful place. There is greenery around too. Now to the interior it is spacious enough but the rooms are small. They have provided sliding glass door in the hall, bedroom and kitchen towards the sit out which is not a safe thing. There are no grills covering it too. The maintenance is very highly required.
Now to the cost, 2bhk flat 70 lakhs i believe that it's not so much of a worth. But a really good place and overall it's fine

HM World City Kali Pujo one of it's kind in South Bangalore with it's arms open to all. Fun, floric, Adda, Bhog, Dhaki dance makes it just awesome. In it's 3rd year this time it will go bigger so just can't wait for 6th November.

This is the second consecutive year when we will be a part of this kali pujo and how we are looking forward to it! All you can expect is a grand celebration with the warmest welcome by the volunteers, followed by delicious blog.

An excellent puja where the main focus is a good puja of the Goddess. The atmosphere is peaceful and homely made possible by a host of welcoming volunteers.

Kali pujo at HM World city has already carved a niche, even though in a nascent stage. The Puja is performed & conducted with all the requisites, and the rituals are followed piously. What makes it more attractive, is its ability to make both visitors and residents to feel one in the celebration. This apart, Prasad and Bhog ceremony also needs mention here. All the organisers make sure that everyone enjoys and feel at home. Their Discipline, Devotion and dedication makes this religious ceremony a must visit venue. Very nice ambience, all puja rituals are followed in details with Options of sankalpa. High quality bhog is distributed with warmth. Lots of parking spaces. Main attraction is also celebration with crackers and sky lanterns. Overall a must place to visit and have bhog on Kali Puja Day, 6th Nov evening

If you want to visit Kali Puja, where all rituals are followed rigorously, please visit this one. Its done at homely atmosphere where anyone can come and join. Interested in having bhog, available there too. This Kali Puja not to be missed for sure!

One of the best Kali Pujos in Bangalore, I would say please go and visit and experience yourself. The cultural association is performing the Puja for three consecutive years and on an increasing scale year on year. Loved the HMWC Kali Pujo Bhog too!

They have good floor plans and will offer a lower price and decent construction, but there are huge other issues. Customer service in HM sucks. They will never keep their promises If the residents request management to fulfill promise, they have recently started harassing them by lodging false police complaints and defamation cases.

1) They havent provided club house for past 5 + years in HM world city in-spite of collecting money for the club house

2) There is a health hazard in HM world city due to Airtel tower in residential premises. They have installed tower without resident permission and is now a radiation risk for children. If residents object they file false complaints and defamation cases.

3) HM will try to milk you for maintenance, not provide and Account and will not form association or handover maintenance to residents. Pl check HM World city, HM symphony No association formed till now

4) HM has as filed defamation cases against residents who speak truth and ask them to provide services. They try to harass you.

Please visit HM world city and speak to residents to understand the truth. Please see condition of landscaping in HM world city, Visit the basement to see leaking roofs and broken pipes which damage cars, Water accumulation on walk paths which breeds mosquitoes.

Think twice before investing your hard earned money and moreover you will be subject to harassment by builder after buying.
