Excellent, Aashish helped usto choose the food. Excellent and distinct taste. Never had tasted the items like avacado dahi kabab.

I'm staying 15 days in hotel housekeeping service was awesome, every day cleaning and sanitized. Deep, balaram, barun were very nice.

Recently renovated and upgraded from Holiday Inn Express to Holiday Inn, this place has all the amenities you can expect in a star hotel including a well appointed Spa.
This hotel has many options of private dining spaces and view from roof top swimming pool is absolutely stunning. Another option for private dining is Turf view and open terrace space adjacent to coffee shop.
We had a great 12 course tasting menu at "Glass" Restaurant curated by their Mentor Master Chef Abhijit Saha and I have to say that "Genuis" Skills Of Chef Abhijit Saha were at display with every aspect of this menu. Cuisine and presentation ably supported by efficient service made our experience quite exceptional.

Would have been given minus (-) ratings if there is a option.asked for towles in the Morning have received it in the evening.asked them to clean my room the answer was will be sending someone in 5 - 10 mins here it's been more than 2.30 hrs nobody have came yet to clean my room.pathetic hotel pathetic services if you r visiting banglore plzz do not book this hotel bathrooms have broken lock services are zero (0) also racecourse view the poolside closed

I stayed in this hotel earlier this year. But during this tenure. Hospitality was very bad.
No room cleaning despite of telling them to do so.tv channel not working. Told many times.
I am bound to write this. But this is the fact.

VIP stay. Safe place to stay with family. Best services. Complementary breakfast so many varieties to taste. Fool proof entry. Unauthorised people cannot enter in. Good place to stay near majestic in Bangalore.

Everything is great in thus hotel. Food is always tasty. Danny and team at restaurant is super proactive and are very prompt in action. Very very positive for future visit.

Good location especially for business travellers. Can view the Racecourse horses training from the breakfast restaurant in the morning. Otherwise looks like a budget hotel and not like Holiday Inn brand.

Dear General Manager,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that, we had an amazing stay at your hotel the last week. We were there just for a stayover and checked out on the same day. However the hotel never failed to collect the same amount of money as we paid for the room for early check in charges, which was a very wrong thing. Secondly the staff at the reception along with the Duty Manager on shift, Mr. Prakhar requires extensive training on guest handling and guest services. The hotel is definitely going to be at great stake due to such unprofessionally undertrained managers. Till the time we left the hotel things went smooth, until I went across my bill copy. The billcopy never arrived until I made 5 6 calls the same day. The operator was so ill trained that he could not answer my query. I asked him to put me on a manager on duty, which he dint do initially and disconnected the call. When I called back a person from the operator or the Front desk promised me 15 mins. Awaiting 30 mins down the line when I made a call back got connected to Mr. Prakhar, who initially denied naming his position after speaking to him is when I understood what kind of staffs the hotel holds. To be very clear, his voice did not sound helpful not even by a percent. He just made me feel that why did I even chose this hotel. Even when he took checkout he never bothered to ask about our stay. When I was trying to confirm our mail id so that he could resend the copy, he went out making me shut my mouth. Let make come to the point. The hotel had charged us the correct amount but failed to update the same on the opera. Due to which we ended up paying extra amount and sadly the hotel has written a mail to credit the amout back, but has not happened still. For a grade one experience like this we nearly ended up paying an amount of 10k just for a day. I mean hardly 9 hours. The biggest concern out of everything was after we received a mail from the other end the team kept calling us at 11 in the evening to again get clarification. So then why was the mail even sent initially. And how do you even connect with a customer at 11 in the evening. Do you think its righteous? Thank you Mr. Prakhar for making our stay so useless and not worth staying.

On the other hand, thankful to some of the staffs like Siva and Ram from the Kitchen team. Everyone there were fabulous and did an amazing job. Kudos to that team.

Very bad service, took almost 1 hour alot room even after pre-book, after checkin no towels in bathroom, no answer from room service, reception and also not proper veg restaurant.

I was here for a lunch on 12 September 2021, after lockdown this was my first visit here. I had enjoyed my lunch here. Staff was extremely friendly. @pradeep was expetional in hospitality and extremely friendly. Thank you for the experience
