Not satisfied with there deep cleaning services, lots of dust and stain marks are not removed & balcony tails where not cleaned even after paying extra money as per there demand, tried calling multiple times to inform but no response to calls.

Sadikul and Rakibul have done a great job in cleaning our House. They were very professional and completed their work as per the schedule. Overall Happy with the services.

Ranjith, sadeekul, nityanand are very polite and hard working person. No need to tell, they do it very fantastic job.

I was very sceptical when i booked them on the cleaning quality. But the team reached early at my location before time and waited for me (as i was just reaching home). They were very polite but their work was par excellence. Tapas and team (budhdev and nonigopal) did a great job.

Pathetic display of unprofressionalism by one of the persons in charge.
I had booked two services for today 10 am that is sunday Jan 22,2023. Till I messaged them at 9.50 am they didn't inform me that the service is canceled. The lady was so unprofessional and not helpful at all. She told me a sorry just for the sake of telling it and asked me if I needed the service on Monday. I said it's my working day. Then she says let me know which other day u need. Not willing to address the issue of Sunday cancellation. Is this the way a service provider should behave? No courtesy of informing the customer before the customer calls and inquires. Simply pathetic

The boys were excellent at their work, very co-operative and humble. They need to be rewarded with good incentives

Good experience.the team reached on time to clean the house.
Only thing is we need to tell them to be careful not to use the hard scrubber to clear the bathroom sink to avoid scratches but they followed the instructions.

One of the most horrible experience ever, they sent some local untrained guys who ruined my chimney and didn’t clean the rooms properly and left, when called for re work they send some other guys who couldn’t fix and when again complained they promised for sending guys which never happened.throughly disappointed would suggest to go for someone professional

Hired to clean bedroom from dust yesterday, came late when expected time was 5-6 and turned up at 6: 45-7. Did not do anything special in terms of cleaning, just wiped and also left few areas still with dust. Done it in a rush I felt and charged 900 but was agreed at 800. Giving 3 stars for quality, i guess urban clap would do it better.

They did awesome job.we shifted recently it was not in good state after cleaning our office looks very new. Shankar and team has lot of patience they are gems

The cleaners did not arrive as scheduled. Last minute cancellation without prior intimation which caused a lot of inconvenience.

Home care solution's Staff are very professional they know their job very well.recently I had booked them for sofa cleaning. I was truly impressed because first of all they were on time and they did the cleaning very well and the best part is they have very good listening skills and they do it the way customer asks them to do. I would rate them 10/10 for their excellent service and I would truly recommend ppl to try out their various services.:) kudos.

The appointment was at 10.30 but the team arrived at 11.50 reason incorrect address shared by the backend team to the field men. Once the team arrived they sanitized the equipments, took the briefing of the area to be cleaned and swing into action. The team was polite and did a good job of cleaning. Would recommend their service.

We got our flat deep cleaned from this organization and believe me when i say that the work was absolutely great. They arived on time and with all equpment. All the cleaning staff were so cooperative and responsive to our home cleaning needs. Great Job and i would not think twice in calling them again for my home clearning work. I would not think twice before recommending to my friends. Mr Ali from Hemeware was really helpful.

We booked cleaning service for occupied 2 bedroom house, at first felt off budget but once work was done we were very much satisfied. Responsiveness from team is much appreciated. Thank you for your service.

They arrived at the site very much on time and the work was done to my tenants satisfaction. They accepted the payment by online transfer after the work was done. Good behaviour from the team and reasonable rates.

Very nice service. I got my kitchen cleaned up which was infested with cockroaches. And the boys took so much pains to carefully clean every nook and corner of the kitchen. Now it's cockroach free

Took a full day 11 am to 6 pm to do a 1 room 1 bathroom office. They initially came with out garbage bags and a ladder and said they cant throw out garbage so a bit strange and not so organized. Shampoo cleaning of sofa was extra and not in cost which I though was standard. Products used were standard products you can buy in supermarket except acid chemical. However good job done in the end. Price was also quite reasonable. Whole transaction went smoothly no arguing etc which was a relief.

After my tenants vacated, I enlisted homecaresolutions for cleaning.

The cleaners came on time and did a decent job of cleaning. They cleaned the windows, floors, roof, staircases, balconies, wardrobes, bathrooms and kitchen cabinets.

4 people came for cleaning. The process took about 7 hours. They charged Rs 5000.
