Pathetic service from their end once they collect deposit and rent from you. Homigo team do not respond to issues raised with them with regards to any thing or item not working in their apartments.

They charge a premium rent for the facility the qoute. But, all the facilities are not fulfilled. We had faced a lot of issues with appliances. Even after the issue been raised by all the flat mates the issues remains unresolved even after 15 days of regular followup with their team.

It's not worth paying a premium rent for Homigo apartments. Majority of positive reviews posted are cookedup by their staff by interacting with selected tenants.

PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR THEIR SERVICE! I had the WORST experience of all companies with them! Their customer care is the worst! They gave me a house infested TICKS AND RATS! They delayed giving me a contract of which terms were changed because of which I couldn't move out. I mailed, called, , essaged but nobody responded.for 2 weeks and then I had to move out because I couldn't take the bed bugs and rats anymore.and now they say I have to pay a fine for late apply of moving out.for 6 days.when they where the reason of the delay.now its been 22 DAYS since I moved out and I still havent got my money back. THEY DELAY GIVING BACK DEPOSIT! I have been literally begging them calmly to remove these unnecessary fines and refund my deposit! BUT ITS EITHER NO RESPONSE OR TOMORROW! PLEASE BE WARNED DO NOT GO FOR THEIR SERVICE! Please don't go through the terrible service I went through! PLEASE!
