A moderately hard trek. But this area is protected by forest department so make sure you either get their permission or not to get caught. Also there has been reports of Cheetah and bear. So stay safe

Enjoyed the hike. Hiked during the Monsoon so it was entire region was covered with greenery. Easy to moderate level of hike. We climbed from front trail and descended from the back trail also known as Nandi One trail. Front trail was bit challenging.

Really good trail and views at the peak. Easy to moderate trek. It's quite a long trek, ensure you carry water.

Lovely day hike, can get a little inclined at some points. But the views from the top overlooking Nandi, Skandagiri and Channagiri Hills are amazing

Best off beat hill or Nandi 2.zero humans and it's not leagal to hike up here has its under forest area.get your permissions to be on the safer side.

The place is now banned for trekking due to wild animals being spotted and also comes under state reserve forest. There is a guard stationed at the base of the hills.

Horagina betta is around 70 kms. From banglore, this hill is a good option for trekking. At the top of hill there is a small temple.
I went there with friends on weekend and my experience wa really good.

Wonderful Experience. The total distance from starting point to peak is approximately 3.5 km (if you don't loose the trail)

Great selection for rough trekking, to enjoy proper trekking experience one should start it before nandi check post at right side.

It's nice place for trekkers. Very much fresh and unexplored area. It's not difficult to hike. You go there to clean up the lungs.

It was a really nice nature walk to reach here. There is a stretch which is very stiff to climb. Almost no crowd there so you will reall

Not many people visit this hill which is bang on opposite Nandi. You can have a nice day hike. Carey enough water and food

Easy to partly moderate trek. Ideal for beginners and enthusiasts. Head to Nandi hills by bus and then begin ascent on hill 2. Fyi, hill 1,2 and 3 are in increasing order of difficulty

Nice little hike. Definitely on the easier side, with a gradual ascent and nothing too steep or very difficult. Got enough trees to block out the sun in case it gets too sunny, but a lot of the vegetation is also very thorny! So have to watch out for that! Small temple on top with decent resting spots nearby. Total time of hike will be 4-5 hours depending on where you start/finish.

It is a short and sweet trekking place enroute to Nandi Hills. Not many people know about this place since not much human waste was found on its tracks: P It is a good place to start for beginners. Also, there is a dog that guides you the route ans without him trust me, there is a huge possibility of you getting lost in that hill. It's takes about 3 hrs to ascend and descend. Overall, good place.

Lovely place to go for a short trek. However the trail can get easily lost after/ during rains due to grass and shrub overgrowth. So advisable not to go alone but with some outdoors aware bit nature sensitive folks
