I expected very good service but that doesn't happened divya and kalpana plz fire them immediately bcz they don't know how to give injection and the manager it self not responding properly I don't know her name but she looks tall and white with mole on chin

Wrost Experice we went some treatment dated 20 June 2023, one lady doctor she given treatment and prescription medicines also wrong

Worst experience here! They are very unprofessional with the work. Annapoorna and Divya need to be fired from their work. They doesn't treat patient's properly! They doesn't know how to inject also! They charged for pricking charge also! Worst experience here.

Dr Hemavathi general physician very good experience. Good treatment. All staffs are good caring and working. Very clean hospital.

The doctors are good but the nurses are really not trained they don’t know even to put basic Iv, my son’s hand was bleeding, they have hired some untrained unprofessional nurse, request the management to look into it

Have been visiting the hospital for last 2-3 years. The hospital is maintained very clean.
I have been getting consultation from Dr. Hemavathy. She is one of the best doctors in this area. She listens to patients and enquires all possible symptoms before prescribing medicines.
She doesn't prescribe unwanted medicines. Keep it up Doctor:)

The doctor in the OPD is some little girl who is useless, she is more of a sales girl than a doctor

I know this hospital from 5 years monthly check up and we use to go this hospital. Today my kid is not well and went to hospital. At 6.32, doctor said my time is up I won't look. Health is Most important for every one. This was not good.

Staff behaviour is not good. They made you to wait for long and they prioritise the people they know even if you are completely ill. Receptionist is acting like owner of this hospital. Very bad staff.

1. Disappointed with how the staffs in the reception is unaware of basic things
2. The staff in the reception refused to collect the sample and conduct a test and instead asked us to go to the Diagnostic directly, followed by creating a mess out of the whole test samples given earlier, how professional!
3. Waited for the staff to arrive for one chest x-ray for more than an hour. It was 9 AM, and there's no one to take an X-ray?

Very good hospital staffs and doctors. They have maintained hospital very cleanly. For emergency treatment too gud.

My overall experience was great Dr and staff very helpful, patients and explains the treatment methods and made me understand his approach about the treatment.

Initial days hospital had a very good staff and trained nurses. Now they hired untrained nurses who doesn't know how to put IVF or injection for patient.
Myself and my dad visited hospital two weeks and had injection for myself due to viral fever and IVF for my dad which is miserable. The swallon is very bad and blood cloth for me has not come down.

Except hemavathi doctor there is nothing good we visit that hospital though tats the good hospital we had in last 3 yrs.

Please have good trained nurses to treat patient as current nurses are really unprofessional

No time sense here inspite of taking an appointment Dr. Anila did not turn up Even after waiting for 30min the receptionist asked us to wait for another 20min. Please do not visit if its an emergency they have lots communication gap

Highly disappointed with the hospital. They charge me 450 rs just for getting the prices for vaccination. They are just looting money from the people. Dr. Sowmya Mahesh could have told them not to bill as I went only to get the prices n vaccine details. Kindly don't visit the hospital.

The worst hospital I have been to. Don’t even know to take injections.no proper sanitisation in hospital in this covid situation and spending lot of money for no use. I was down covid but they checked up n told it’s viral fever and then they again checked up blood results and found I’m down with typhoid which is not relatable. And I went to another hospital and confirmed that I’m down with covid.

We visited for hb blood test, they took blood sample twice by silly reason. And reported wrong hemoglobin level

We visited the hospital suspecting it as Corona because 3 of us from the same family had very high fever. The nurse checked the temperature which was 103 and 101degrees. The doctor, who was very young, who was in night shift didn't even checked the basic BP and diabetes for all three of us. Such a negligence while check! And charged 6k for doing nothing but giving tablets costing 3k! Please do not visit the hospital! Waste of money for both the consultation and for cabs!

Great Humanity because in this covid-19 season some of the hospital not accepted fever patients to hospital, but here they will treat and they are not charging more consultation and other charges also. Thank you for your careness and gud treatment. I will recommend this hospital for homely treatment.

Only in name you can find "Multi-specialty". It's not at all a Multi-specialty hospital. Please do not visit this hospital, if you have any other options. The x-ray technician is unskilled and he takes the x-ray as if he is taking a photo with a mobile phone camera. They don't give the report along with the x-ray copy.

This place is good for normal visits (general physicians) and it is not good emergencies.

Most of the time there are no doctors, not eveneven duty doctors.

It is advised to call the hospital before going as the mentioned visiting doctor might also not be available.

Very poor hospital in all terms, inexperience doctors and staff nurse totally lack of experience just time pass. Please see if you can avoid going to this hospital
