Worst ever hotel. We took the room at 1st floor. Rooms are very badly maintained. Shabby bathroom doors. To my surprise there is no water jet near the commode, instead they have put one jug. Very weird. Heavy vehicle noise as it is near the highway. Not working plugpoints to charge your phones, muddy reddish water which you can't use and hot water service is not there when required.totally horrible experience. Enter this place at your own risk.

If you're on a business trip.no much options in Sakleshpur town. Property is good but not managed well. Bed and mattress used here are of cheap quality. Water is mild red is colour. I don't know the reason.

Room is ok ok, water supply is not good, hot water not available all time for non AC customer and charging point location is worst

Decent rooms but I would say not very well maintained. They have huge space that too on main road but not maintained properly. We got a twin bed room with western toilet on first floor which didn't have a jet. Plug points were not working, dirty bedsheets & pillows, torn curtains, window was not closing properly. When asked for towels, old and dirty towels were provided. They can do better if they renovate the rooms.

Basement parking is also not clean. It doesn't have proper light, people lives there and cut vegetables for restaurant. It's more like a godown.

Restaurant is one the best in the locality for vegetarians.
Room rates are fixed, no bargaining.

Only best thing about this place is location and restaurant.

On the way to Madikeri, we stayed here overnight. Rooms are good. Bit expensive looking at amenities. But it's okay with us since we found best in the vicinity. Rooms were clean but don't expect too much. Overall ambience is good. Washroom was clean but wasn't having Jet spray surprisingly. The management didn't inform before checking in. It has own restaurant too run by different management. Food isn't of best quality but it's okay since rates are average. If you stay at road side rooms, your sleep may get disturbed due to vehicles passed by during the night since hotel is adjacent to the restaurant. Sufficient parking in front of hotel.

Very bad experience. Nothing in the room is in working condition, including TV remote, light switches, hot water. Extremely overpriced for the services given. Please look for accommodation somewhere else.

Not worth for Money! For standard room they charge 1400/-
Blanket for cold weather is very uncomfortable, small and old rooms also staffs are not supportive! For everything they suggest to go high amount rooms, bcoz they not ready to give facilities to standard rooms.

I am giving one rating bcz I don't have zero option, it's like hospital, dirty water, wont get hot water, rooms are not cleaned, tv is not working, totally waste of money

We stayed in the hotel for two days and we had booked an AC room. The room was well maintained and spacious. The staff is cooperative and well behaved. All in all, our experience was excellent.

Good and clean hygenic rooms, but hotel delay in serving the food. Stay is good in Sakleshpura none of the hotels cab beat this hotel in stay ambiance and cleaness. Compare to other hotels and stay in Sakleshpura it's really good.

One of the best hotel in sakleshpur town. Worth for money, and wonderful view. In centre of the town, convenient for all amenities.

Hotel room is good but bathroom cum toilet taps are worn-out and need extra strength to Handel it.hot water comes only in 5.30am to 6.15am

You don't have many options when it comes to food. The washrooms are dirty.
Do try fruit juices here as they are made fresh and with less sugar.

They charge ₹995/night and check out is at 3 pm. If you overstay, they charge ₹150/hour. No concessions. I felt the place overcharges. The rooms are okay. No hand shower in the toilet. Toilet was spacious. Cleanliness not too good. View was good from our room.

Decent place for a night stay in Sakleshpur. The deluxe room was decent. They do not have room service but there is a restaurant in the same building complex.

Best affordable hotel in sakleshpur. It is a government authorised hotel. Room is clean. Comparatively less cost. But there is no heater in room, only in the morning we will hot water. Also they will not allow people coming from different states without COVID test report.

For normal rooms washrooms are not good. The TV was also not switching on.if we switch on the complete power was gettig off.

We had halted here on the drive from banglore to udupi.
This place had vetter reviews so we went here.a sanitiser was placed at entrance however there was no social distancing concept and hotel was crowded no alternate seating arrangement either.
The place also accepts only cash no card or UPI mode.
Food was average and priced higher side

One of the best hotels before entering the ghat. A bit pricey for the taste they provide. But still good.

The whole building is like a hostel. You may even feel nostalgic. Different architecture with open space in the middle. This is on the main road, so there is good accessibility. Also, the food court is attached to it. Most of the tourist busses stop here for a meal and it's a bit crowded during breakfast time.

Our go to restaurant for break / snacks on BGLR - UDUPI route.
Typical South Canara tiffins available, however giving low rating, as the taste / services has decreased over the years. They need to reinvent themselves and get updated

The worst hotel. Rooms have bed bugs and it is very old. Toilets are damaged. Not a good one to stay with family. High price and unprofessional management.
