Very bad room, very bad service not come here with ur family because, in bathroom there is no atleast a hanger to put our dresses, and soap, paste, bedsheet, bath towel etc nothing there.very bad service.we complained to the manager.but their faces was like they don't care.and at night the hotel was like a bar.drinking sleeping drinking sleeping.and there had no any parking area also.i will rate this hotel 0 out of 100 very bad.

Rooms are big and spacious, but are full of cockroaches. Every where under the bed, in toilet rooms, cockroaches keep coming out. They have not done anything to repel cockroaches. I had stayed one or two days some two years back. Then also, it was situation. This time thought could there be changes for the better. But, sadly, no improvement, Vacated the room on third day to search another hotel. All three days I stayed, cleaning staff did not turn up to clean the room.
Overall the experience was not good

V. Poor service with staff misbehaving with guests. No Room service. No tv, no towel, soap facility, no kitchen service. While complaining staff misbehave.

The service was ridiculous. Rooms are not clean, seems like they meant to loot the guests. The furnitures are too old. Personal opinion is a big no for this hotel.

VERY BAD HOTEL.
THE ROOM SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE NOT GOOD the room is not clean and the bathroom didn't even had a steel rode or a stand to hang our dress andbath towels when complain about the room condition the owner was like we don't care.so please don't come here

Hotel owner doesn't have manners in talking to customers, when we told him about room conditions and facilities, he asked us to leave instead of apologizing. Worker there have better manners than owner. Please don't go by colorful reviews. Just have look at pictures ull know, we landed there unfortunately, but you don't.

It's a nightmare, Cockroach everywhere and owner is rude. When I raise the complaint regrading room and services. Owner doesn't care and says "leave if you don't want to stay".

The rooms r very dirty.not hygienic.housekeeping is absolutely 0.they just mop the room floors.the dust and the cob web let there itself not removed from many months.tge windows the mirrors.room mirrors.toilet mirrors r highly dirty.i had met the MD and he doesn't have the sence of speaking to the customers. I highly recommend every one not to stay at this place.very worst experience

During week end its difficult to get hotel and rooms in Mysore. We managed to get rooms here for 5 people room was neat they provided extra bed with 300 Rs extra charge. Room Service was delayed otherwise ok this hotel is near by palace walkable distance.

Very Old hotel. Furnitures are about to expire. But located near suburban bus stand of Mysore.

Welcome to the world of cockroaches. Small grey roaches. Not one or two but so many of them happily roaming around in the cupboards, we saw them on the windows, on the headboard and when we pulled the bedsheet - voila - lots of them were coming out. There is no phone to call the housekeeping. We had to go down and complain. He said i will come with spray? But even that didn't happen. Finally I had to go and shout and other customers started staring and then finally he gave us another room on a different floor saying this room is disinfected and on the top floor so no roaches. We scooted out of that place.

Bathroom looked okay initially but upon careful observation it's not so clean or neat.
There was no shower.
There was no hot water. He said there is some switch but there was no heater.
We turned it on and waited for an hour. Still only cold water.
No one cares and no one helps in this hotel.
We finally changed to another hotel but giving all the details so you can beware.

The hotel was good for short stay.
The prices at this hotel increase at holiday.
The house keeping service is bad compared to other hotel.
They response quick and politely for any issues
Moreover i concluded that it is best for staying for a night

यह होटल रेलवे स्टेशन से 1.9 km हवाई अड्डे से 11.5 km व् बस स्टैंड 2.1 kmसे की दूरी पर है.

होटल की विशेषता यह है की यह सिटी के बीच में मार्किट के एक दम नजदीक है.
Business purpose से आने वालों के रहने के लिए अच्छी जगह है. कमरों में टेलीविजन, की सुविधा है. बाथरूम कम साफ़ सुथरे है. Furniture काम चलाऊ है.

होटल में restaurant व् बार की सुविधा नहीं है. ब्रेकफास्ट की सुविधा नहीं है.
कस्टमर सर्विस संतोषजनक है,
होटल में SPA / मालिश / मसाज की कोई वयवस्था नहीं है. ड्राई क्लीनिंग, लगेज भंडार की वयवस्था on demand है. कीमती समान रखने के लिए सेफ डिपाजिट वोल्ट के सहूलियत नहीं है.

धुम्रपान क्षेत्र अलग से नहीं है.
कार पार्किंग की फ्री सुविधा है

It's better to book this hotel online only I'll get good discount, room service is awfully bad, beware of tourist guides

24 hour warm water facility, they have their own restaurant, decent room service. Language problems might occur. But overall very good hotel.

Nicely located @500mt from the palace. Opposite of the hotel there is an auto stand. Good food. Spacious rooms. Decently maintained Property.

Walkable distance from bus stop and palace. It's in the middle of visiting destinations. Good service of staff.
