The most worst hotel management I ever vittnesed in my life.
Food taste is not so good.
Basically this is totally Scam.

Neatly maintained, good management, well par above price, their restaurant is far better and cheaper than then the so called R ONE five star hotel restaurant in kukke,

Given the place Kukke Subramanya has limited accommodation options, I found this place Akshaya Dhara, an AWESOME choice for Dharmasthala and Kukke Subramanya combined visit. Place is in very close proximity of the temple, bus stand, taxi stand and restaurants. Staffs are really nice and sober. Also, place doesn’t hurt your wallet for the price and options of room it offers. Had great experience, and must recommend to others.

Overall good service provided, but if they can improve on their WiFi coverage that will be good. Inside rooms there is poor WiFi network available, and due to that I'm reducing 1 star, rest no complaints

Very good place to stay near kukke Shri Subrahmanya Swami Temple with family, rooms are really good and spacious, service is really good and all staff are friendly and helpful, price is also reasonable, my suggestion is to book the room in advance. There is a small and good restaurant inside this lodge, food is really good over here.

Situated at Walkable distance from Subramanya temple, also autos available to Kumara dhara river from near by govt bus stand.
Rooms are good with quick service, 24 hrs hot water, views from windows are blocked by other buildings.

Good place to stay. Spacious rooms, clean bathroom, well maintained. Staff is courteous. Ample parking. Very near to Temple. Walkable. Have a good restaurant. Good enough for a day or two stay. Value for money.

No wifi service. Stayed three days and wifi was up only for few hours. Electricity keeps going away and comes back every hour. Room service is good. Room looks good. AC works great. Staff is super friendly.

Good stay.we had two rooms one for my parents (both in their seventies) and one for the three of us. Both the rooms were spacious. Television for us was not an issue all the channels worked right.the reception was right across with the lobby so not much hassle even if you wanted to check with them for something extra. The room service experience was also good we had ordered tea and it came without any delay. Restaurant is in the parking area and lift is operational always. Overall a very good experience.

Very well maintained rooms and they have decent parking space as well. Restaurant was good as well.

We came to this hotel for dinner and next day breakfast.

Since we had come on a long weekend, dinner was bit tricky. Like there was no hotel personnel to guide and manage customers. So we had to wait for awhile.

But food was worth it, we took paneer Manchurian, friend rice, Butter roti and one South Indian meal.

Next day for breakfast we got neer dosa, upma, curd Vada. All food items were good.

Budget friendly hotel, the rooms are neat and clean. Would suggest to book AC rooms. 5 minutes walkable distance from the temple. And there is a small restaurant inside hotel premises and you get good breakfast and south indian food.

Very good Neer dosa, Chow-chow bath and Benne Masala dosa. Coffee is also very good. Must try!

Rooms are nice, bathrooms are very hygienic and clean and for the food there is a hotel on the ground floor. The food cost was very reasonable and the food was very nice. No concerns on food i will rate 4.6 out of 5.

Rooms are very clean, they have A/C and Non A/C rooms, situated close to the temple, perfect place for the family to stay in kukke Subramanya. Small restaurant is available within the property premises…

Good place to stay in Kukke. Safe, neat and clean rooms. Staffs are good. They have a lift. Excellent view from rooms. Full mountains you can see through windows. Hot water, shower, towels, soaps, shampoo and a comb provided. No room service, we have to go down to their restaurant if we need.

This place does not provide water bottles, instead they give water in a jar. Lots of parking space. The restaurant is very small and you will always be surrounded by PPL to grab the chair, The restaurant service and food is good. Hotel Staff are very polite, courteous and prompt in their service. Very close to Subramanya & Ganesha temples. They have accommodation for drivers as well.

Stayed there for three days. Rooms were spacious, and neat. For the first time we had three beds in one room to sleep with kids. Hotel had a nice room for driver as well at a very reasonable rate.
Very close to the temple, yagasala - walkable. Food in the attached hotel was nice at reasonable price.
TV in hotel room was strange.every day we need to call reception and let them know to recharge.
Internet connection was missing in the room, but it was in the first room on the corridor!

Best hotel in kukke subramanya temple, near to temple and its best hotel for family. Anytime hotwater available, good service by the staff

Over charging, misusing opportunity.temple not providing sufficient rooms to pilgrims, so these hotels are minting money from poor devotees

Nice clean affordable lodging in Kukke. Very close to temple hardly 6 to 8 mins by walk to reach temple. Rooms are spacious well maintained. There is also a small restaurant nearby which serves good food. One of the best places to stay overnight in Kukke. I've stayed overnight here whenever I go to Kukke.

Visited Kukke again after more than a year.
Same experience again.well maintained rooms and good service. No complaints till now in my experience.

One of the best hotels in Kukke Subrahmanya where I always stay at this place. Nice clean and tidy rooms. Felt room prices can be reduced a bit.

Bed bugs are plenty in bed and cot, cockroaches in wardrobes, no mosquito mesh for Windows in non AC rooms, if one opens the window for air to flow flies and insects will enter the room which is a nuisance during night and if windows are closed one has to choke and keep awake scratching all over your body from the menace of bed bugs and cockroaches. The attached restaurant cannot serve even iddly even at 7 am, no sambar up to 7: 30 am, coming to night they say everything is over by 8: 30 pm and some stale items are served, food once tasty is tasteless and one is forced to discord items ordered but tariff is costly, I am a regular visitor since 11yrs, the only plus point is very near to temple, covered car parking, has no approach let alone for cars not even for pedestrians and the entrance from road is not at all lit and pitch dark and nobody can dare to go out during night since 18 mths.due to ongoing concrete road work which management is least bothered I.e no access to this hotel at all as of now and no attached shop selling mineral water biscuits fruits etc and one has to starve till morning if there is a need. The hotel will lose customers if this sort of attitude is continued as better options are available in the nearby vicinity.
