Small boutique hotel. Lacks proper lobby space. It's ok for one night stay. Rooms are okayish.

Very ideal if you have a drop box appt, 4 to 5 mins walk to Dropbox location. Very satisfied with manager Thomas and his staff.
Very clean rooms, immediate service. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast.

I was given smoking room even though booked non smoking. Upon requesting to change, they said open the windows! We will spray fragrance. When I told them I will write true bad review, the receptionist called the manager and after 20 minutes offered to change the room. What happened to Fully booked hotel?

I came to Bangalore after 4 days, but stayed at different hotel nearby.

Rooms were big and clean. Staff were kind but room service was not that great. Even in the morning breakfast they didn’t keep anything and served only after giving order with whatever stuff they had much to or dislike

Please stay away from this place if you find a good deal on this place through Agoda or other booking sites. They don't honor the prices even if you have a booking confirmation from those sites.

To add to it, the Manager (dark complexion, speaks Tamil as well) is outright rude and the first thing he says is, we reserve the right to deny the reservation at the time of check-in even if you have a confirmation from Agoda. All because apparently Agoda prices them extremely low. So in my case I booked a Grand Suite and was given an Exec room. I was asked an extra 1000+ for Grand Suite.

The entire experience is unpleasant at multiple levels, with the rudeness/borderline threatening tone of the Manager the worse of it all.

Agoda on the other hand is equally bad because there isn’t an easy way to reach them and all they had to say was that they will email the property about it. So none of these are actual timely solutions to honor their words. Instead they just try to deflect the blame and hope you get tired and take whatever they give/pay whatever excess money they ask, on top of what you paid already.

More reasons to choose slightly expensive but popular places who care about their brand than these tiny businesses that don’t care about customers.

The only positive thing is the room staff. Most of the boys were really kind, and the breakfast was decent as well.

We held a birthday party for my son at the Hotel Ambient Turret. Ravi and his team did a great job organizing the event, and the food served was also good. There was ample space for dining, and the hotel is located in close proximity to bus stops and a metro station. Valet parking is available. All the best to Ravi and his team.

We hosted our kids 1st birthday in the banquet hall comprising of 150 guests. Location was good with valet parking facility available. The food prepared by them was very delicious. Mr. Ravi - property manager was very quick in resolving any issues and took very good care of the event requirements. Thanks to ambiet Turrent and their crew to make our event a successful one!

Business meeting and networking happens quite lot here! Can accomodate upto 75 people for meetings.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time, Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had one great day here, which obviously also added up to the experience.we usually come for one or two day work we dont prefer to stay in any of our relatives house, since we choose something very calm and comfortable,

Booked this place for son's first bday. Spacious hall food was ok, booked for 50 ppl, number of ppl arrived was 45 but they charged for 55 ppl. Make sure you give them the correct figure if you r booking.

Food was not up to the mark but just okay. Otherwise the banquet halls are good. If you are looking for an affordable option to host a small party then it's a good option to consider near JP Nagar.

Worst experience with the banquet hall in the last floor. Though hall was good, Food was very bad. Hotel is money minded and don't really care for customers. Won't recommend the banquet hall!

We have booked a silicon valley hall for a function and It was an amazing venue, the F&b manager "Mani" was so helpful in arrangements, Food quality was excellent.

Today we went to have buffet breakfast with my family members.
Nice variety of dosa served on table.
Service is good.
Buffet breakfast variety was yummy.
Omlette live counter is add on a special attraction to buffet.
We enjoyed a lot
Value for money.
Food counter maintained so hygienic. And well maintained.
Keep it up guys.
We will visit again.

I had been to an event in one of the party hall. The hall was good but the food was below average. There was no proper management in terms of refilling the buffet. We had to wait for most of the food items to be replenished, not much co-ordination among the staff. There were not many servers as well. Over all the food experience was not so great. Good thing is that there is valet parking, so that helps a lot in that busy area.

It's an average place to have meetings and formal gathering. The hall needs a good round of deep cleansing and a change of upholstery and furnishings. The staff ate really helpful and the food is good too

This is a good location. Have parking space. The banquet halls are good. They assist to get all the party related arrangements. Food is average. Needs improvement on taste and variety. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Rooms are good but like many other Hotels the Ac does not work after 3 am don't know why they do so to save a minimal cost they are screwing customer experience

Food was good but only the selective once. They have both veg and non veg. This place is for buffet, but they also have alakata. The cost is not more. Liked shike kabab and egg chilli was full coconut oil smell, roti was soft and other food was average.
Ambience is decent nd peaceful. Good staff nd service.

Had my baby's 1st Birthday Celebration here on 20th June 2019. Very good amenities, caring staff, good food, perfect location. Must consider for future requirements.

We had hosted a family function in Ambient Turret. I am really very thankful to hotel staff for arranging everything very nicely from decorations to food and at a very decent rate. Will recommend to everyone.

It's good hotel. But be very careful about speaking about prices. There might be hidden charges and you end up in paying more as I did. Except the pricing part rest everything was good.

Nouvelle Garden is an amazing restaurant which caters to the North Indian, South Indian and Chinese cuisines. The food served was delicious and fresh. The ambience is good and clean and they also treat you to some hindi classics. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attended to all of our needs. The service was fast and the food served was hot and fresh. One might find it difficult to locate the hotel as it is situated in the interiors of the hotel. {the ambient turret}. Inspite of all the positives, the restaurant did have one drawback, ie, the restaurant did not have stock of most of the dessert options mentioned in the menu. The only desserts available were scoops of vanilla and chocolate ice-cream{as mentioned by our waiter}. The restaurant also offers buffet lunch and dinner but we went in for a-la-carte. Overall, the restaurant's positives are more emphasising than the one drawback that we faced.

Been here for a lunch Buffet. Has a huge spread, the vegetarian was descent and yummy. But the non vegetarian was pathetic. The place was overcrowded and to accommodate more people they have ramped up with more chairs and tables making the place so conjusted. There are more than t accidents between people, either hitting each other or dropping plates or bowls, and hurting themselves. And hygiene was low, a lot of flies were seen. If improved on these areas, it would be a nice place to dine. Not recommended for buffet.

I hosted our party here very recently. Food was great and preparation good. Decoration for the partyparty was as per desire. Staff is very polite and helpful. These are the statements i received from my guests.

Restaurant's ambiance is good and The buffet has more items for Vegetarians than Non- veg (2 starters (fish and chicken) and biryani and boneless chicken curry). Desserts are too good. Place is little congested.

It's an OK ok place, we had booked buffet for women's day, there were no veg starters at all, they had given a big hall and combined so many other people, not happy

I can say except service nothing is good, plates are unhygienic, food in the buffet is cold. Not much varieties in the spread, overall it's a hole in your pocket.

Had huge expectations but found the service very amateurish, took ages to serve food despite there were no customers, despite the food was tasty I would never visit this place again nor recommend.

It was a pleasant experience. Nice place for dine out with friends and family. Only limitations is they have very limited cuisines.
Starter and Salad are good, however main course and deserts are not value for money.
