It's one of the very old stopping place for the highway travellers. It's the same with not much change in food. You get good coffee and tea with ample parking.
This is a decent highway side veg restaurant. It is good for a quick south Indian breakfast or lunch. Don't expect a huge menu or fine dine. The quality of the food is okay and hygiene and cleanliness is mediocre.
Stingy with quantity of Chutney served. U will need 3 cups of chutney to finish a aver age size dosa. Their cups hold less than 40 ml chutney and they serve it half filled!
Easily locatable as it is beside the main road at the Hunsur junction among other hotels. The kharabath and idli were good. The service is ok and the hotel is not that clean. Their staff are courteous. The hotel accepts UPI payments. The other good thing about the hotel is that they have washrooms. At 7 AM in the morning this was the only hotel that was open in that main road! So they open up pretty early in the morning.
We had breakfast from Annapoorna. Cho cho bath quality is not upto the mark. Poori and aloo was not good. Tea and cofee was good. Before 2018 their food quality was good.
It is available on the highway from Coorg to Mysore. Small hotel with indoor and outdoor seating.
My family was not impressed at first look but as it is the only vegetarian restaurant around, we went in.
We ordered some meals, idlis, dosas, parathas and curd rice.
First set of idlies were good but the second order were dry and cold. We had to reject them.
Dosa was good.
Parathas were not that great.lot of maida felt.oil as well.
Curd rice was good.
Meals were served on banana leaf. Food was just ok.curd was not served and buttermilk was sour. The papad and powders were not served and we had to ask for the same.
