I had the privilege of staying at this hotel lately, and my impression of the stay is nothing short of amazing. The personnel was very attentive and friendly, going above and above to make sure I was comfortable. The service was excellent. The well-kept maintained rooms provided the ideal balance of contemporary conveniences and homely atmosphere. The food options were excellent; every meal was a gourmet treat! I heartily suggest this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent place to stay with first-rate amenities and service close to the airport, An absolutely remarkable encounter. Stay was good. Only complaint was slippers are not provided by hotel. Food was awsm. Location is just near the airport.

Hotel is clean and fairly close to the airport. Front desk and kitchen staff were very helpful and provided quick service. Pleased with my stay, highly recommend.

Our stay in this hotel was excellent! The check-in was quick and uncomplicated, the rooms are spacious and bright with a beautiful plain interior design.
The hotel has a little restaurant (with mainly Indian food) on the top floor - the tawa rotis were amazing. Different shops and atms are easily reached within a 20-minute-walk or by Rickshaw.
Our flight from Bangalore went in the late evening, but the staff gladly offered to us to sit at the wooden table in their entry terrace. The personnel was very kind and friendly, enabling us to boil water for some tea and even buying some sweets for us!

We stayed at this property jan 14&15th. Such bad service housekeeping wasn’t done both days. Apparently you need to inform them if you need the rooms to be cleaned, but we weren’t informed about that prior. The staff are not very polite or friendly either. Very poor breakfast options, not great in taste. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with the assumption it has 2 bathrooms but it doesn’t. The bathrooms are extremely small you bang into something every time you enter. The hotel location is very remote as well. On the whole such an unpleasant experience for the high price 9000₹ per night we paid for that day! So not worth the price.

It was extremely good, amazing hospitality be it anything room service, breakfast service each and e everything was superb would love to visit again.

Rooms are great, we'll maintained add comfortable. This is practically a serviced apartment (minus any way to cook, but they have a cafe on top if you're very hungry) and close enough to the airport for anyone here on a short visit

We had a good stay. The rooms were sparkling clean and very spacious. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast spread could be better though. It was very basic for the price charged. Overall, a decent stay.

The rooms are great. The place is clean and tidy. The washrooms are clean and tidy. Every roo. Has a living room a dining area and a small kitchenette. The breakfast is good.
Only negative about this place is that the staff and service is very slow and not very cooperative.

We had booked a room for my family. It was for the four of us. Two adults and Two Children aged 6 and 10. We had booked a two bedroom Suite as they call it. We were very shocked to first notice that the Two bedroom Suite had one only one Restroom which was common for both the Rooms. What is the point in booking 2 rooms when u get only One restroom. The kitchen is practically useless since they don’t have anything there except a kettle. And for 2 Bedrokm suite they only provided 2 bottles of Half a litre mineral water. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned by Housekeeing. When we came back after a long day in the night they told us that Housekeeping will be done only if we tell them. We paid 5k for the 1st night and 9k for the second night. It was a big blunder. No customer service at all. The manager insisted that they had an incident before with housekeeping and as per his words they follow a policy which is done worldwide (Housekeeing will be done only if asked by the guest). I told him nowhere they do like that. They do not do only if we tell them not to do. So surprising the answers.

To tell u the fact there are about 20 properties in the same road. These guys charge a hefty premium over the others and that got us fooled into thinking this was a better property. We then picked another property and booked 2 rooms itself for a total of 3k only with 2 toilets. Don’t recommend anyone to stay here at all.

A Decent place with a nice view outside. Dinner services were too good it was prepared as requested. Decoration was just above average for a birthday cum candle light dinner, felt like paid a little too much for the decoration part.

But the overall setup was too good, we had a wonderful evening.

Rooms are very small and have close to zero amenities. Rooms have a kitchen attached which is useless for the kind of travellers which will be mostly using this hotel. The place had a sad vibe (only color used is gray, combine this with its location and rains, and you would get the idea). Limited options in breakfast.

At the time of check-in hotel staff unlocked our rooms using master key, but didn't inform us that rooms can't be locked (even from inside) once opened using master key. So practically we slept with our doors open in a hotel at the edge of city. Pretty unsafe in my opinion.

Without any second thought I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
The rooms and interior were very clean, modern and spacious it was worth every penny.
Rooftop resturant and its food was also very delicious and hygienic. My mother had fast while we were staying there and Mr Adhilesh Yadav and chief Mr Ganga Prasad specially served us food with care according to her need.

Literally ALL THE STAFF with no doubt are very polite and cooperative. In a city where we knew nothing about their language and nearby places they helped us in every way possible. I have rarely seen a hotel where its staff really cared about its customers and provides them the best at any hour of the day and this hotel did all those things very nicely.
So staying there was the best choice we have made!

I didn't like the hospitality. We have checked in around 10: 40.we were totally tired and annoyed as got stuck in traffic for two long hours. The person who was at reception was terribly mean and rude. He was non co-operative. I really don't understand, if you don't like the guests to come. Shut it down. The rooms were extremely tiny and the toilet was horrible. Only during the breakfast the staffs were good. The breakfast was good but it was cold.

Located near the airport. Has suite rooms that can accommodate large family groups. Has a restaurant for food.

Had good stay at hotel. Spacious rooms, polite staff and good service. But utterly disappointed with how they don't care about any issue after you check out. I have double paid for the room as one payment through UPI was delayed and they promised to refund it when they receive. It's been 3 weeks since they received money, I have provided all required details and continuously following up with them. But they are giving reasons like can't trace the transaction etc. Now pursuing it in the consumer forum. Hope they cared about the customer issues until it's truly resolved.

The place is good and the nearby locality is absolutely peaceful. It's clean and well maintained.

The hotel staff is really helpful. The kitchen is practically everything that is wrong with the place. Don't get fooled by the images, there's not even a fan to feel better during the heat of the day.

The food is the biggest no no. First, the hotel kitchen is absolutely garbage in both taste and quality. Second they overcharge like it's the peak of recession. On top of that, they call it a homestay, yet don't even give you utensils if you request for basic stuff like plates and spoons. They shamelessly denied the request for cutlery and only after numerous complaints to the reception and manager did they send them across.

My experience was super duper good. Stay was very nice and comfortable. Kind of hospitality we received were very good.

The perfect rooms for the price with private balcony. The speciality of this hotel avora tree is they have private balcony for all the rooms.
They have big room with a small kitchen space, a tv space with sofa a dining area, washrooms and room.
Room itself is spacious and you get much space at room in tv area.
They have only 2 types of room 1 is with single room and other with double room.
Room is very neat, clean and provide almost all the things. It might be perfect if they can provide brushing kit too, rest all they provide.
The only problem noticed is they wont allow outside food, and the restaurant inside is charging bit high. So you have to go out to have food. There are nearby hotels where you can have tasty food with reasonable price.

Nearby things are Decathlon, Puma outlet, Levis outlet, Sketchers outlet.
And this hotel is near to airport they have airport shuttle services, good parking space, nice staff and service

Food from their kitchen is not good at all and they don't allow outside food. Some rooms are good not all of them. They need you to leave the room keys while heading out.

If u want to have some meals around here then i suggest u this place in the first place. But Its too expensive so make sure u make a move on after having some sum in ur pocket.
Its cool place to hang out and arrange business meetings but the only thing which is blow ur mind is its location, it is located in weirdo place where u will find hard to locate it for the first time.
As it is near the Kempe Gowda airport, many tourists come to this place and have peaceful meals and stay for there turn.
The management is also good, they provide u the best what they can provide.

Stayed here for a night. Had faced a couple of issues but Mr Umapathi had been super helpful and understanding and helped us a lot. The room was really good with and neatly maintained. One of the main highlights is the food. Chef Rohan cooks some of the best food I've ever eaten.

Location is very far from the city.
The amenities such as locker etc doesn't work and the employees doesn't know how to fix it.

Otherwise it was a Pleasant stay.
The rooms were clean and the service was good.

Personally loved it. It is just like millennial homes. About the place, they have 1BHK and 2BHK studio apartments. Few points which might help you to decide whether to go to Avora Tree -

Food - okay. I have tried sandwiches, they are good. Jeera rice, pulau not so good, rice was kind of rubber.
Kitchen- available on roof top.
Staff- very courteous.
Apartment kitchen- mini fridge, kettle, you cam make basic coffee, tea.
Shower - good
Entertainment- they offer Smart TV with wi-fi.

Overall its a very decent place for weekend or to hangout with friends for a party night.

Had a one night stay here along with the family and it really impressed me. The rooms were very spacious, tastefully done interiors, very clean and catered to all our family needs. Bathrooms were also very modern and more importantly very clean compared to most of the hotels. The rooftop restaurant was the highlight with excellent views and the cool Bangalore breeze was an added bonus. Dinner was served on time and was excellent too. Special mention and thanks to the extra courteous staff who went out of the way to help us with all our needs. Overall a really good experience staying at this hotel and definitely value for money. Will visit again on my next trip to Bengaluru.

Okay hotel for a night stay. Nothing good about the in house restaurant or service. Would come back if there are no better options

Hotel is nice but services is not good, very bad service, staff doesn't know any language except their town language. Communication problems.

This place is situated around 15-20mins from the airport and is not on the expensive side. The rooms are super clean and well maintained. The staff there are well behaved (point to not this place is under staffed). Overall had a great stay. Definitely worth it if you want a place near the airport.

It's an okay place. The stay was also fine but it's like a one day place, if you stay any more the flaws start being too apparent

I was flying on a business trip with Bangalore as a layover and this hotel was perfect for my needs. A clean room, free wi-fi and non smoking rooms are an absolute non-negotiable part of what I look for to stay at and Avora more than delivered on all three counts. The best part was the space in the Suite. It was spacious enough for me to cal over a couple of friends who came to meet me for the evening. They did complain about how long it took for them from the other side of Bangalore but then I loved it for its proximity to the airport. It seems to have more amenities than what I ended up using but everything was clean and well managed. I also liked the fact that the front desk allowed me a late check out on request. That helped me to get to the airport on time instead of going early and waiting there. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently was on transit and wanted to stay reasonably close to Airport and so booked a room at Avora Tree. To my surprise it was more like a suite.
When I arrived, check in process was quick and efficient. The rooms was spacious and comfortable. The room decor is contemporary and nice and was provided with good quality toiletries. I had lunch and dinner at their roof top restaurant. It’s a small restaurant with nice ambience and it was airy and nice. Service was friendly and food is quite decent. I needed transport at midnight and Akshay was very helpful in arranging a taxi for me.
It was value for money and I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others

Brand new hotel with all modern facilities and large rooms. It was an awesome experience with Rivido Hotels. I enjoyed my stay and I will definately recommend others too.
