Room and washroom was clean and spacious. Very near to ksrtc bus stand madikeri. No restaurant in hotel.

The manager of the hotel also known as MD (as he says he is) has a very rude attitude towards the guests instead of correcting his staff's mistakes.

Good: 1. Location is City center, 2. Spacious rooms, 3. Wide corridor, 4. Old style room lock (padlock), 4. Friendly room service (Lipin) and front desk staff (Mahendra)
Not so good: 1. No lift, 2. No night lamp, 3. Only 1 room service person, 4.for TV addicts, only Kannada channels, no kids channels & TV / STB may not work many times 5. Morning coffee / Tea may not be available
Caution: Manager of the hotel is a member of Nagara sabha

It is very near to the raha seat sunrise point. Also the staff is very cooperative and good.

The staff doesn't know how to behave with ladies. They have no sense of knowledge. If asked for one he will reply with other that too with loud voice. Never visiting it again

It's nice. Charges are a bit high which I felt and no complementary breakfast provided. Staff service was good. Located very near to the public bus stand is a plus point. Satisfied overall

There is no hot water available. Receptionist here is always on phone, not interested in solving the issue. Only interested in arguing with the customers. For the price they take, service they are giving is very poor. Do not book this hotel because it is in city centre. It’s all poor service here.

Ambience is very worst and staffs are very rude and unprofessional. They behave very rude with female guest and when reported to property owner/MD he seems least bothered and he threatens customer stating what will do. Strongly not recommended to be used by anyone. Customer safety is at risk

Location is near to bus stand. I asked the room boy to bring food he refused. Rooms are normal the reception staff were friendly

I stayed for 3 nights with friends. Decent place to stay, very close to bus stand. The staff is friendly. Has a attached restaurant food is ok could be improved.

Very bad experience for the price charged.
Room has no proper ventilation. If you open the window all the insects would get into room.
No AC option either. Charging 1800 and having 0 facilities.
Room is not spacious and bathroom stinks

This is really good place to live in. Near by raja seat garden.awesome synrise and sunset view. Food was really awesome.i am so sure that everybody would love this hotel.
