Worst experience ever!
ac not working,
service is very poor
no food available at 11pm
no cold water for drinking
not worth the price.security guard is coming for service.too congested and the bed is not soft.overall not worth 3000

Rooms are bit small, but good in condition.
Service is fast and easy to commute transport wise.

Friendly and corporative staff. The only suggestion that can be improved is if a person stays for half a day please give a little discount.

Room is with are cockroaches and bathroom also and mattress are also not good low quality and taking more price in this better prefer in oyo am not at all comfortable and no ventilator for the bathroom.

They charge 1432, no hot water available, they give coil to make hot water. If you are not in hurry you can opt this hotel. For the services they provide charges are too high. Not recommended.

Welcome to world of shabby rooms and weak mattresses. It's better to sleep in godown. No airy rooms.

Not bad! Not professional, it's like local lodges! There is no basic ethics! Especially Covid restrictions not followed by Hotel Management.

Budget Hotel. Walkable distance from Railway station. Very near to Sardar Patel Chowk. 24 hour hot water. Free WiFi. Neat and tidy.

It's a very good room, just 500 meters from the railway station which is walkable. The room is neat and tidy, the washroom is very clean.

I am going to describe in 2 parts.
Part 1 - Room
Part 2 - Bathroom
Part 1 - Room (ok)
- Compact for 2 persons.
- Pleasant fragrance
- Good lighting
- Location - just 400m from kalburgi station (straight road)

Part 2 - Bathroom (Below average)
- Not clean
- Flush was not working properly
- They say 24hrs hot water but you have to waste 1 bucket of water to get hot water. Yes it takes time
- Closet was not well maintained

Conclusion
- Better option is Hotel Mathura inn which is just 100m away from this city park.
- City park - Not worth

Not as expected when i heard reviews from my co workers.room just kept basically ready for customers.but not fully fledged cleanliness maintained like other reviews which i came to know about other hotels in same town.in room u vl find dirty curtains like tat only since how many years not washed nor even cleaned also.betsheets on bed r so dirt tat u have to think whether to proceed or no to use.lift is always hang up somewhere in between.

Cleanly maintained, well placed hotel. It's located centre place of the city from where you will get lot of auto rickshaws to railway station and central bus station and also to other places of the city. The only bad thing was hotel's food quality was very poor.

Bad experience! We booked a room for 1 day and checked out 1.5 hours late. We informed the staff present there the previous night about this.
But the guy who was at the desk in the morning says he was not informed of this and says we will be charged for 2 days! There was no reminder about check out from their end in the morning. When we argued, he asked us to pay 1.5 days. We refused and finally he relented. Very unethical staff.

Also, the 2 mornings we were there, there was no hot water in the room. They threw away 5-6 buckets of water running the tap for hot water.
