Hotel Citywalk Residency

This is the second time I have booked the hotel rooms. They still maintaining the same cleanliness

Rooms not clean. Manager was very rood and irresponsible. Itz not a family friendly environment

Very very bad service and irresponsible staffs
Very very bad manger and bad behavior
Manager was very rude

Hotel is located quite conveniently.
I reached in the city at 9.30 but i was charged 300 extra for 2 hours early check-in although I booked hotel for 3 days in advance.
Rooms have small small cockroaches.
Asked 1 extra towel from the staff, staff came to the door just to inform that they give only 1 towel to 1 guest.
AC is faulty and makes weird noise as room is quiet, it's irritating and you can't have a sleep.

So if you really wana deal with some unprofessionals, give a shot to this hotel.

Neat and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Located in centre of the city, but hard to find autos as there is no auto stand near by.

If you see any cockroach within 10 minutes after entering the room, just call them and change else you will find a lot in your stay. They are cleaning regularly but donno how these creatures are surviving. They have to take care. Branding it as 3 star hotel doesn’t make one.

Located about a km from the Mangalore Central railway station. I would say this place is very well maintained. We had our car parked and rooms were near n clean with 24hrs hot water supply. We booked double bed room for rs. 1700 and one more double bed room with additional bed fr Rs. 400. Prices are negotiable during non-season time.

Hotel is good but they are not providing free water more than 500 ml each guest per day also no coffee nd tea sachet to make it in room if they charge quite good ammount for stay they must look into. Otherwise cleaning nd worthy stay

Rooms are ok not good price is too high.they are not doing cleaning also daily.food is not available in hotel.breakfast is limited and 2or 3 options in breakfast overall its not hotel its loadg.

Rooms are Very good and all the facilities are good at an affordable price.
Building is very near to city bus stop which makes it a very crowded place.

The lodge is very good and the rooms are neat. Staff is co operative and the rooms are big

Good to stay and staff and management people are so friendly. Restaurant is not attached to the hotel but they provide food services from their tied up restaurant.

Stayed for 2 nights (₹1,500/night). Clean and Spacious rooms. Loved their rooms and facilities. Will come back again.

I will not recommend this Hotel. Early check-in and late check-out is char-gable (Rs 300 for 3 hours early check-in).

Breakfast is just okey with any one of the following (masala dosa, puri sabji, set dosa). They will give only 1 dosa or 3 puri, which is very less.

Not a good location and Bathroom is very small. All the window have inside open, Most of the room is completely packed. Will not get fresh air inside room.

This hotel is difficult to locate as it is located inside a complex. Accessibility to public transport is good, as it is at a walking distance from state bank busstand. The elevator can be operated using keycard access, which is an added benefit. Hotel staff was polite and courteous. Room is spacious but washroom was a disappointment. Hot water facility is available. You can get wifi access also. For food, you have to order yourself from your number with their affiliated restaurant, that can deliver directly to your room.payment has to be done once delivery is done. Overall a decent experience and only one thing to say "need improvement".

Hospitality Is pathetic. The hotel is not having there own restaurant.even if u request to arrange some food they will only reply 1 thing. Kindly order it by yourself.

Though the hotel is located near the market. The rooms are neat and good. The hotel don't have the appearance in the front side, it is neat and clean.

Good. Due to some civil work, parking has been blocked as of now. Be mind ful. However, u can park on road itself. Reception guys will take care

This is at center of the city, surrounding roads are crowded.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, rooms are well maintained. The entrance is inside the complex. The staff was very polite but was very slow in room service.

Only good thing about this hotel is that it has spacious rooms and a couple of the staff are really courteous.
On the flip side, this hotel has a long list of negatives.
1. There is no real entrance as the hotel is in a shopping complex building
2. The location is Mohammed Ali Road which is in the middle of a densely populated city.
3. The area is always crowded and very muddy although the roads have been newly constructed.
4. The hotel doesn't have any kitchen. They buy stuff from nearby restaurants and serve to the guests.
5. Service delivery timing is extremely poor. They can serve only one request of one room at a time.
6. Complimentary breakfast that they offer is a scam. We recommended them to take it off their offering as they do a pathetic job with it. In the mornings, they have just one person servicing all the rooms and by the time he brings the breakfast, it is cold and not good. Moreover, by the time this attendant goes to a new room, the available items seem to diminish as he is dependent on nearby hotels for the supply of food.
7. We stayed there for 3 days from 5-7 Feb 2021 and it was showdown of one kind or the other every day.
8. Not recommended for families and large groups.
9. Choose this hotel only if there is no other option.

Room was neat. But food we need to order from outside only. And also food was costly. The best you can do is have dinner out or buy yourself from somewhere

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel.its near to the bus stand (by walking 100mtr). Easily accessible by road and also has car parking area, market and restaurants are nearby.rooms are very neat n clean.but they provide only one litre water per day; after that its chargeable.and some room doesn't have window at outer side so you may not get the outside view.otherwise everything is fine

Hotel is decent inside but in bad location, hotel management locks staircase and elevator works only with magnetic card to go to any floor, maybe security issues but we never faced anything, very bad room service, I don't prefer to visit again.

The outside look seems to be a commercial complex but when you go inside the rooms are just luxurious, clean and tidy. The owners are generous and great at hospitality.
The have hot water ac rooms with WiFi.

Nice hotel with prime location. The manager was very helpful and friendly. He provided us with sight seeing information which was very helpful in journey. The staff was also very cordial.

Centrally located as service bus stand and Mangaluru Central railway station are very near. Good big rooms and not too costly.

Very bad.while checking in they say free and while checking out they charge higher than ordinary rate.just don't care about costumers
