Hotel Davanam Sarovar Portico Suites

It was really a great experience in staying here.completely Clean and Hygienic customer service is extremely good. Rooms are very spacious and unique, all facilities are available as per our requirements. The hotel is worth, good behaviour from staff side.

Manager Dushant is not customer friendly. Rude to customers in a hospitality business. Hotel staff is not customer friendly. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
Have had good experience in the past but since this manager has got bad attitude. Would not come back for sure.

Breakfast buffet has good variety and qualiy is good. Rooms could do with a TON of extreme makeover. Staff could be more courteous and well mannered. Rooms are big, but again, could do with some spoons, plates and spoons, forks etc placed in the suites (no point having a whole kitchenette with NOTHING in the way of spoons, knives and plates!) Staff should be able to deliver online food to rooms - especially considering the endless "inception" like corridors to get to the elevator and also considering the hotel room service food sucks big-time and we had to rely on Zomato!

Rooms are very nice but only one disadvantage we have to leave since we didn’t know smoking was not allowed in Rooms and could invite our friends for party so we have to switch to another hotel and hope we get our return from Make my Trip, in Make My Trip the rules were not mentioned correctly. Anyway its sad to go from this play after paying so much money.

I stayed here from 7th Sept to 8th and my experience was pathetic. The hotel is not maintained at all and very pricey for what they are offering. The rooms we were given were very far off, we had requested for 2 rooms together but were not given so. The rooms were terrible- dark, dodgy and services below 0. There are no windows or any sight of outside world from rooms. The services are also bad. Specially, do not take room 727. The drainage in our room didn't work and when we complained, the front desk person said, I will give you a good room next time you book with us. What kind of resolution is that? I am definitely not going back there and wouldn't recommend anyone else too. Also, the pics of the hotel you see online are very old and deceiving. There were no amenities and the pool was dirty beyond usage with garbage floating in the pool.

No doubt amazing experience for room infra, services, view but very far from Bangalore Airport. Need to spend one and half hours to reach destination.

I'm from South Africa and stayed here for 3 weeks with my family. I must say the rooms are above standard for the price that you pay and the service from the staff has been exceptional, food was great with lots of variety from local cuisine to a more international standard (love the bacon), would recommend this Hotel for families.

A very nice ambience for a good meal. Must try is fish starter and prawn starter. Service was really impressive as they have you on the top of their priority.
They have valet parking available here so there is no hassle of finding a parking slot in the crowded area of Madivala.
You can try this place for a happy buffet spread.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and I must say that I was quite impressed with my experience. The rooms were very spacious and provided ample space for me to move around comfortably. The service was pretty good and the staff was always willing to assist me with any queries I had.

One thing that stood out for me was the fantastic breakfast that was served every morning. The spread was quite extensive and had a variety of options to choose from. It definitely gave me a great start to my day.

The only drawback, however, was the location of the hotel. It is situated on a very busy street of a vegetable market which can be quite noisy and chaotic at times. However, this did not affect my overall experience at the hotel.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and food.

Can't say much about the location since we had a company car to take us around. But the hotel is close to many dining places and bars in Koramangala. The rooms are huge and the service is great.

Well maintained, executively built, worth the 3-5k price that it usually has to offer for official and recreational purposes

The top floor is very good with swimming pool and gym. You can have a good view of Bangalore at night time.

Food is average.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Spacious and clean rooms add glory to the classic interior concepts. This will be a best place to stay if you are in Bangalore. I strongly recommend this place for any traveler.

Booked 2 executive suites.both cost the same.yet one was big and had a kichen while the other didn't have a kitchen.y was the smaller room called an executive suite i dont understand since it didn't have ANYTHING SPECIAL. Wifi was also non existent in the smaller "executive suite".
The bigger executive suite, though it had a kitchen it had NOTHING in it.no amenities whatsover.no microwave, no plates, spoons nothing that shld be available in a kitchen was there. A menu card for room service restaurant was not provided either. Not a memorable stay.
The only positive was.rooms were clean. Thats it.

This is my third visit here but at first I chose to stay here because it was a good service but now I do not know how to explain it myself.

It's a wonderful restaurant with an amicable staff and a lush ambience. The food is really good! But it's overpriced (obviously, it's a 5 star restaurant!) The starters and desserts are really nice! There is no buffet option on sundays which is a bad luck. Apart from that, everything is perfect!

Group of friends went there, service was also OK and food was not as expected, it was good but not as look. Ambience is pretty nice.

Attended a training course conducted here. The hotel seems to very regularly hold trainings for various companies here. The conference rooms were well maintained, the restrooms were spotless and the food they served was really good - snacks as all as lunch

It was an unplanned evening spent at Tangerine with my best half.without any xpectations, however as the evening went on.it turned out an evening to be remembered for a very very long time.it's a camaflouge of courteous service, a cozy ambience with xcelent food.at the best price in the town.would lyk to visit again.

Buffet: Baked Pasta was yummiest and is must try dish. For Vegan's Soup, Sabji, Naan, dahi vada, salads, lettuce was good, Pulav isn't that good. Non Vegetarian is also good. Dessert options are very less and for
Ice - Cream there is no container and scooper is really bad.

Good comfortable place to stay. Large, well maintained rooms, very prompt and courteous service. Ignore the exterior appearance. The hotel inside is much better.

Awesome place to stay. You can enjoy the whole city view from the roof top. The food was also nice. They provide good buffet.

View from top is very nice. They have a swimming pool on top which is maintained very well. Food is not so tasty. Staffs are quite friendly. Parking for both 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler is available. Wallet parking is also available. You can easily notice the place. Good place for conducting any seminars and small events. Because for Food I have given 3 start rest is good.

The place is pretty nice. The interiors and service of the Hotel is much better than what one might guess from outside. Their food is a big plus and staff is courteous.

A 3 star hotel located on busy Bangalore Madras National Highway is well endowed by its location. A huge advantage for business travellers offering excellent connectivity, both local and distances; shopping and other conveniences.
The hotel itself is located on a shopping mall. It's staff and service are excellent. However, some aspects like switches, electrical sockets, water taps etc, need attention and maintenance.
It is recommended for anyone who has work in South Bangalore

The hotel has very helpful staff and the food and ambience was great. A proper business hotel. The rooms were so spacious and the cleaning was spot on.

Awesome hi end hotel with interiors at Par with any 5 star hotel. 24 hour coffee shop. Beautiful terrace area with gym overlooking the city. Food quality also very very good. One of the best places to stay or organize parties and meetings/seminars.

Hotel located at southern part of Bangalore near to Silk Board Junction at Hosur Main Road. A good view of part of Bangalore city visible from this Hotel.

The hotel is a decent establishment and staff is friendly. Quality of rooms could be better but it is worth the price The food prices are on a bit higher side though quality and quantity were both good. Overall I had a good time there.
