One of the best hotel in an amazing location. Just a minute walk from the hotel and you are at the hustling bustling street of AECS layout. It is rather quaint and calm in the streets. Good service, pretty decent rooms and okayish breakfast at the price range.

Break fast was really very nice and healthy food. Very neat and clean. Well organised room and equipments. Staffs are polite to customer

Nice hospitality and good environment hotel they will provide only unlimited breakfast Morning time.well maintanence cost little high in this area Brookfield.

Good place to stay for personal or business trips, clean rooms and well maintained bathrooms. We had booked two rooms. The only problem we faced was no proper room service & lack of basic amenities like toothbrush, hairdryer and extra water. We had to pay for the water and the dental kit. Overall it was a food experience.

One of the worst stay I have ever had.
Service is pathetic. They dont know how to welcome their guests. The first impression was bad only. Most of the times you won’t get hot water in washrooms. Even the rooms are not sound proof, you can clearly listen to the person staying next to your room.
Rooms have no closed wardrobes, no locker to keep your things secured.

Location is amazing no doubt. The beautiful photos of flowers during first half of year going wild on the internet are from this place only. Mostly crowded with youngsters till 11pm-12am, it's an ideal location to hang out with friends. Regarding service it's good. Food in dinner can be better. Choices are very limited in terms of food.

Business travel so I stayed for a week in this Hotel. Well managed, clean and hygienic place. Mid in the city so easy to travel. Room service available, Jym available, Daily healthy breakfast and dinner.food was delicious. Daily cleaning of the rooms and helpful staff.

Good for a day or two stay. Breakfast is complimentary although the options are not that great. Lot of eateries at 5muns walking distance. Lunch n dinner not available although you can swiggy or zomato n they would happily provide plates. No complaints except that the rooms were a bit small.

However, the housekeeping staff enters your room in your absence. This is a big problem. Reception should ask guest if they want their rooms to be cleaned or come only when guest is around. No locker in the room. This is a big issue according to me.

Very good hotel in AECS layout.location is perfect.also the staff are polite, helpful and friendly.room is clean and well maintained everyday.never had issue of hot water or AC.also car parking is there.best thing you get everything in walkable distance.the only improvement which they might consider is more menu options in breakfast as I found limited options there.also bed mattress if they could provide much better as I found it to be a bit uncomfortable while sleeping.rest no complaints at all.perfect for business travel or family as well.

Let’s ignore for the moment the rats and cockroaches roaming around the rooms… If you manage to book it cheap, at 1500 or under, they will cancel if they get a booking at higher price. Highly unethical. Fair price for hotel is 1000, but they believe they deserve higher.

My problem with them was simple. I booked a room for 12 nights at 1180 a night.
GM told me that they would not accept the booking and asked me to cancel it. They said they would not honour the booking at such low price and showed me price of another booking at 2200 a night which they would keep instead.

I wrote them a one star review because people should be aware of how they would leave you high and dry for a couple of extra bucks.

They saw my one star review and asked me to delete it in exchange of a favour that they would honour one of my other bookings.

Such high handedness, such a sense of entitlement is apparent in their mails and messages. When I refused, they started claiming here in their reply that they do not encourage my intentions of stay which I came to discuss with them. Though they were happy to encourage my intentions if I removed my review.

My stay in Dbrooks was comfortable with excellent house keeping staff and the service was prompt

Hotel is nice and clean they are maintaining hygiene in food as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Must recommend. For budget friendly l.

Really bad experience.no complimentary morning stuff like toothpaste and brush.tv doesn't work and so does hot water in toilet.wifi is dead slow and no easy way to connect.no meeting rooms.kitchen is infested with rats and other insects. I will say a good hotel.a good locality but poor staff leads to poor upkeep

Stayed here during a business visit.
Room was Clean! Necessary items were available.

Room is cleaned everyday and supplies were restocked.
A good option for business purpose stays.
Only concern was, Hot water wasn't available when needed.

Rooms are well designed, very comfortable for the price charged, good breakfast, well trained staffs. Guys stay here if happened to come this side

It was just ok, didn't find it worthy. You need to call front desk daily to switch on geyser. Have to ask daily to fix the tv for which you'll get in response "we'll check tomorrow". We can get better hotels than this one in lesser cost than this hotel charge.

Best Hotel in AECS Layout, all the staffs are friendly and provide instant support. Food is hygienic and tasty. Ambience and Environment is very clean and silent. Everything is nearby and very good package for couples or business accommodations. I lived for 15 days, it was great experience.

I stay here with my family for 6 days. Excellent hotel with perfect location. Very neat and clean rooms. Manager Mr Ashok and all staff are very co-operative and helpful. Always ready to attend queries or any issue. Well behaved and quite responsible staff. I would like to stay here again on my next visit. Good experience on my Ist visit to Banglore. 5/5

It is a nice hotel situated in apeaceful locality some 600 metres from the main road. There are plenty of shops on the main road. The rooms are spacious and is well furnished. The staff are friendly. Room.service is prompt.

Such a nice place to stay.

I came here once in 2019 November (booking.com) and totally enjoyed my stay, now I just completed my stay here for 3 days (booked on mmt) and the hotel is still the same with all the good amenities and hygienic. Only bummer is that the restaurant is permanently closed, they used to serve some delicious food and I never ordered anything from outside back then. I hope they open the restaurant again.

Good Hotel, Very well maintained, staff was great. Rooms were neat and clean.
Kamal from the staff was very helpfull and took good care of us, attending to all our needs.

Very hiegenic hotel, they do spray entire body and baggage and smooth check-in. They allot each room 10days after last check-in for guests safety. It is very near walk able distance to brigade gardens Itpl road.

Rooms are very clean. Staff well maintained Discipline. No waiting time to check in, it’s placed in such beautiful location Aces layout and thanks to Ashok sir manager of Dbrooks Very friendly type.waiting to visit again!

I had a family function and atleast 10 people were there 2 of them were couples also my relatives including mother in law.
First I did a casual visit to check on the condition of hotel which was okay in terms of hygiene. The lady at reception was cordial.
I had booked 4 double room however they took booking for double room but said only single person can stay in room! I was shocked, it was around 11 PM in the evening when the receptionist guy started arguing that he cannot accommodate them, I showed him I had booked double room still he kept on saying he will cancel the booking. There was also a pregnant woman he still kept on badgering inspite of me telling that I will pay extra. He then took extra money and demanded that each guest will have to show the Identity cars else they won’t be permitted. Absolutely inhuman behaviour. Since there was pregnant women I arrange for soft copies, as hard copy was not available, he kept on printing those and held all the guest standing at reception.
The facilities were not great either, I felt it was kind of shady lodge where all sort of activities go on. I complained to the manager he also said he will cancel my booking at 11PM in the night where I had gone with 10 guests. I think these type of hotels should be shut down.
Below are the points about service
1) in room service wasn’t upto the mark
2) lift doesn’t work properly (it was difficult with pregnant women and luggage)
3) Unwelcome behaviour in fact outright hostile.
4) Cheating people by calling it double room and accommodating single only

Best Place to go for and would like to visit again and again. The best things about this are, perfect location, calm and peace environment, economical and the breakfast they serve is just wow.

Friendly staff. One star missing for some minor issues like empty shower gel, lack of sports channel on TV, and i found a small cockroach roaming around in the room.

This hotel is located in Brook field AECS layout, nice place to stay especially for corporate, also they have in-house restaurant with buffet breakfast, they have GYM, laundry and other facility's too.
