Hotel Dwaraka Grand

This hotel prefers their customers to eat what they prepare not what customer has ordered. Worst experience and worst customer service recommend not to visit waste of time, money and energy

I had to this hotel only ones. I feel it is located close to the main road. The road is too narrow. They have tables even out side the premises and construction work is going on using huge cranes with just all around. More over youngsters gadher smoking shouting using vulgar language. The cashier is not friendly. I didn't like this joint.

We have had a truly nice experience staying at Dwarka Grand Hotel during our short stint at Bangalore.

We recently stayed at Hotel Dwaraka Grand in Kumarswamy Layout, Bangalore, and had mixed experiences. But defiantly not bad. Firstly, it's important to note that wallet parking is available at an additional cost, but roadside parking is almost impossible to find. You need to ask for it though.

The highlight of my stay was the food at the hotel's vegetarian restaurant, which was outstanding. The self-service restaurant offered a wide variety of South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, and snack dishes, all of which were delicious and deserving of a 5/5 rating. But they don't have tea, only filter coffee.

However, the hotel rooms themselves were a bit disappointing, with a rating of 3.8/5. While the AC and Wi-Fi worked well, the lighting in both the rooms and the lobby was dull and uninviting, with a rating of only 2.5/5. The bathrooms also needed improvement, with a rating of 2.5/5. Overall, Hotel Dwaraka Grand is a good option for those looking for a budget-friendly stay with excellent food options. However, the hotel can improve on the quality of the rooms and the lighting, which could significantly enhance the guest experience.

We visited Bangalore and stayed here. Rooms were decently big enough. Service is bit slow. However there is veg restaurant in the building so food no problem. Also centrally Located in the city.

Decent food, quick service
1200 for 3 people that gets you couple of sabjis, four naan/roti, rice, lemon soda/lassi for each and soup

One worst experience we had is for parking. Even though there are conventional/part hall, there is no parking facility available for the visitors coming to attend any party or function.
So better do not bring car here. There a paid parking but it is 60Rs per hour.

Idly Sambar and Set Dosa is really tasty here.although they never send extra sambar on Zomato orders even after requesting multiple times.

I had a butter Masala dosa and kesari bath.
There was no butter in Butter masala dosa.
The palya gave proxy for its absence. Very disappointed. I am a Mysorean and we put butter above the Masala dosa. When asked for butter the staff told it is inside and I had to spend my 15mins in digging for butter but couldn't find. Management Please improvise.

Nice place for birthday/Engagement etc.around 80-100 people, food is decent, but there is a car parking issue, but can park two wheeler around 10-15 vehicle.

Very nice experience. The room is very good. The food in the restaurant in ground floor is very good and tasty.

Staff are misbehaving and if are booked online and if they get more money for the rooms then then wont provide any food for stay and due to them i lost almost 2 hours

Worst worst hotel in bangalore don't allow to check in even we paid through the website and when we went for the check in they didn't allow they said room is not available worst hotel and the receptionist and the manager are the worst people already lodge a complaint against them they see customers in very inappropriate way whether it is girl or boy even infront of girls they talk rubbish please avoide this hotel it's my request worst hostel

It's a third class hotel. Food is always bad.i tired 4times, still same. Over priced menu.

Worst service ever don’t ever go for dine in waiter is having over attitude and they don’t serve what you ask for

1. Food taste is not at all upto the mark.
2. POOR packing materials used. Plastics they are using it for all packing which is banned across country.
3. When we open sambar pack - we should get sambar smell but here we are getting plastic smell.
4. Once you order food from here, next book appointments for General Physician or Cancer treatment.
5. Additional packing charges for plastic. Even when we take our own container, they are not giving. Says you must take only in this plastics.
6. Not sure did they get food license or not.

It was a good to stay in hotel dwaraka grand the room was very comfortable good and neat best service by praveen. Happily we can visit next time in hotel dwaraka grand

The stay at the Hotel was comfortable. Rooms are neat and tidy. Services provided including food is satisfactory. Information from the reception was useful, especially Miss. Bhanu was polite and cordial.

Had a pleasant stay at Dwaraka Grand. The rooms are comfortable, neat and tidy. The Room Services were satisfactory. Receptionist Bhanu was very cordial, attentive and helpful.

My rating is 3 bcoz now the quantity and taste is not as good as before. Now any dish is not as delicious as the starting of the hotel. I hope the management may rectify their mistake and recorrect it.

Very poor service, only luxury in advertising. I booked three rooms for my family, we checked-in in the evening the provided two room's ac was not working, many a time insisted the staff to room change, but they didn't care, as I complained, at 11.30 they gave two rooms at the 3rd floor, there too one ac was not working. They were just making the guests. It was a painful and pathetic stay with family. Bathrooms too was smelling. Breakfast was only for demo. Don't go there with family or solo.
