Hotel empire - Central Street

I ordered the lime-soda salt from here, which was priced at 134 rs for two servings. To my disappointment, it tasted subpar. It seems like they are charging a high price for low-quality food.

I tried ghee rice and pepper chicken. Not feel good. It's my opinion don't know about others.

Good place for Arabic food. Their tawa grilled fish is the best and must try. All other Arabic food are good. Not much of a fan of their biriyanni as it’s not that greesy and delicious, but all other chicken and fish starters are must try. It will be crowded always so expect some wait time. But service is good and good ambience (go with AC dine in).

Very good places to visit here with family and friends and had theirs bucket biryani with wings tawa fry

Food is very tasty delicious at Empire. When it comes to my favorite place for food, EMPIRE, shivajinagar is the best place.
With the top service, every moment in EMPIRE is joy. Love to be here.

Use less chain of hotels, I ordered food, order was recieved by aatif. Delivery guy calls me from some other location and now is not taking my call. USELESS

I have visited many time and loved to have food here but this time I am disappointed the food served was not even warm and tasteless, and ordered dry items as starter and they brought gravy item even I confirmed whether the item is same which one I ordered very very disappointed ️.

The food is good but with no 4 wheeler parking available. The staff also was very lazy and it's not a good example of good customer service.

It was nice experience staying in Empire hotel, staff and hygiene is really appreciable, professional way of handling and service is is really good. Loved the stay with empire.

Some of food items in the menu very expensive and servicemen not providing menu to the customers. And taking order's without informing the price.
This type of service not good at all. Disappointed totally.

Worst butter chicken for 480 rs we got not mote then 100 grams chicken and it was full of gravy only. Managar named Naser was bad and keep on telling his own stories. Worst staff. I wont be visiting this branch ever. This branch is a shame on complete empire hotels. Wish I had taken pictures. Kindly avoid.

Being vegetarian, I'm giving this review. Not for the Nonveg food, as I haven't tasted it at all

For vegetarians, it's a big No. I didn't like anything there except special like soda.

We ordered gobi Manchuri, naan, roti, butter naan, kadai paneer and dal tadka and ghee rice.
I didn't like anything in that️ Gobi was bit ok and was very much different from other Gobi we have in bangalore.

I loved special lime soda there.

Price is ok.

Empire is the taste of Bangalore, you won't find the Empire special chicken elsewhere. Good taste.

Now a days they stopped giving menu,
Very pathetic as we will come to know the price, will order without knowing the price then later the price will be high,
And we have to pay!

Worst restaurant of Bangalore I must say. Such bad taste and service that one can only think of. Expensive like hell for the food they give. Disppointed the most after a visit and so much hype.

Good food, but very hot and uncomfortable place.staffs were not friendly as well.again food was good.and this is no no place for vegetarians

Sunday's are not a good option to visit here. Quality is compromised and so is the quantity. I asked for fish thali and they literally served me two quarter, undercooked pieces of fish.my friend was done with her food and then they bought in mine. Absolutely mismanaged place. The waiters don't have the courtesy to inform the customer if some gravy is missing as running out on them. It was very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place to eat at. There are better small yet efficient places in an around this restaurant.

It's so pathetic experience.
Need to improve the food quality. And pls need to improve the service quality.
We ordered the grilled chicken. It's not at all Cooked. We ordered chicken noodles and chicken fried rice with out souce they served.

Scam alert! The restaurant charges 100₹ for a single, jumbo shawarma when received the order was a small / average size. When I complained they said this is the regular size they offer, so why charge the cost of a jumbo?

The food they serve is not recommended. I really wonder why it's crowded when the hygeine and service is not up to the mark and also the food is not something to talk about.

Worst service we ordered for non veg thali waiter said it will take 10 to 15 ‘mins but we waited for more than 20 mins and the service guy came and said kitchen chef is not ready to prepare thali please order some thing else. It was very bad day with hunger worst service, literally they tested our patience pathetic service.

This place guess has lost its taste. Had lunch today that would only suit an animal's palate. Mutton uncooked, kabab uncooked, 4 bones with little or no flesh served with Mutton biriyani. None of the curries were tasting good. Dal curry had a very bland taste. Reported to the CRM manager and the restaurant manager and they admitted that the Mutton was bad and they would be taking up the issue. This is my last visit to any empire hotel!

Worst quality of food I ever had. Not worth for the price mentioned on the menu. Plz don't waste your money by going to this hotel n reading the reviews.

The wait time and the service is horrible. The staff is rude and not helpful at all! Expect to wait atleast 45 minutes for a dish to be served.

Dropped in here for dinner a couple of times. It is One of the good restaurants in Bangalore to dig on Arabian cuisine (particularly this branch). THE BEST OF all common dishes, which I Iiked the most is the Special chicken kabab, which is very crispy and tender and is a perfect combination with the ghee rice, mirchi ka salan with a side of pulpy grape juice.

I had worrest experience over there.the food is not served by them.they kept food at our table, we need to serve the food for ourselves and they are charging for onion salad as other restuarants not charging for onions.

Worst buffet ever eaten. Each buffet is 250 rs which is waste and not worth at all. Don't visit here and waste money.

Being one of the first Empire in Bangalore, this restaurant has not aged very well. Though they get good crowds of people, the food is mediocre, they are more known for their tandoori items and maintaining their food standards. Standards which over time have been redefined by restaurants of similar standing. One highlight for the restaurant is that they are open till 3: 00AM, which is convenient for those looking to have late night dinners.

Courteous staff and great service. Visited late night when they were almost about to close, but still they served food. Food was great as always!

It was a good experience staying here and having the most tasted ghee rice with dal, best to book for weekends boys night out

I would stay at this place again if I visit Banglore. The stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The housekeeping service was very helpful and ensured the rooms and bathrooms were always neat and tidy. The hotel serves best tasting food too. I applaud their hospitality.

They place is not clean small small cockroaches are seen moving here and there so you feel like puking at the end when you see cockroaches arround

Pros.
•Everything thing almost good, u can have arabian foods here, fish n others food, well served.

•Two Wheelers parking is available in basement.

•Masha allah, below the hotel (in basement) masjid is there, 5 times namaz is prayed, n imam sb is appointed.

Cons.
•Feel small n conjusted, even the hotel is still extended.

•Family seating is arranged at 1st floor, find difficult for elders peoples to go up, n couples to be in down.

•No parking facility for 4 wheelers, but can park in road, as the road is broad.

A multi-cuisine family restaurant close to Shivaji Nagar bus terminal. It has an ordinary restaurant on the ground floor, a buffet hall and AC family restaurant on first floor. They serve tasty food but too much of waiting may be a disappointment if you are not on leisure.

A hotel (lodging) is also attached to it.

The shivajinagar empire which was earlier known for its kabab s and gravy.but i remember empire now because of the food colour it leaves for days in my hand! The manager who takes order at his will lacks empathy and clearly a kid who understands legacy of the hotel superficially! Disappointed!

Absolutely terrible experience! I had to travel to bangalore for an interview and decided to stay in another hotel. When I reached there, they made an issue out of checking in at 6am. So I decided to cancel the booking and walked to empire that was nearby. I confirmed with the guy at the reception regarding any issue that might arise with the check in time and he denied any such issues.
I have an interview today and tomorrow afternoon which is why I need the room till 12 tomorrow.

So I booked the room online and was provided a room immediately. After about an hour, someone else from the reception calls me and tells me that I have been given a wrong room and will have to change the room. I offered to change the room but then he says it will only be available at 11. I'm already annoyed with their inefficiency at this point. Then he calls me back and tells me that since I checked in at 7am, I will have to check out at 7 am the next day. I told him I had asked about this before booking the room and was told that it wouldn't be an issue. He told me I will have to check out at that time NO MATTER WHAT. He spoke rudely and raised his voice as he said that.

I got annoyed and asked him to speak politely and he proceeds to tell me that I can choose to leave now and check back in at 12. Only then can I stay till 12 the next day. (Where was I supposed to go at 7 in the morning until 12?) I told him this is no way to speak to a single lady guest and he just DISCONNECTS the call as I am speaking.

He doesn't pick up even when I call back or doesn't respond properly.

Such a Terrible experience. I'm still here and I would have left long back had I not had an interview today and tomorrow. This is just unacceptable and ridiculous
!

Update:
They decided to let me stay in the same room and I have to pay for the next 4 hours tomorrow. Never coming back simply because of the sheer lack of politeness and courtesy in treating a guest.

I have been here twice and every single time I come here there is power cut. Room is clean and staffs are good but what is the point when there is such frequent power cuts. When I cannot even charge my mobile what is the point of paying for an AC room?

Riyaz was an Excellent waiter.he got us hot food on time. Best recomm dishes are chicken kabab and ghee rice. Best option for midnight hunger.

Hotel empire is a nice place to stay in affordable budget. Hygeinic room, courteous staffs, nice food and in prime shivaji nagar location, very near to bus station.

I like this place bcoz when ever I go there the service and the hygienic method will attracting us to order more and enjoy the service and the best thing and it's famous for its savarma roll and I luved it

Decent food, neat clean place. Try their chicken tikka, and the ghee bhat. During lunch you might find yourself in a pack restaurant and yet they manage to get your food on time. They have many branches, ate at two of those and found that the taste was almost the same.

Really liked the service here they offer specially the food here is significantly good and delicious. If you are looking for non veg food and at affording price then this is the place u must visit in Shivaji Nagar.

Very bad experience from shivajinagar empire. Worst food and very bad service. I had food at lot of other branches and had very exclnt experience before. But this is worst. We ordered for mutton biriyani they served chicken biriyani. When we asked thay says mutton biriyani got over. No manners to check with us to change the order. When we asked why didnt you check, thay said ok we will take back this (as thay are doing some favour). The biriyani was not at all good too.
This comments are only about this outlet. I have very good experiense with all other outlets of Empire which I visited.
