Clean rooms and good service, the quality of food is also good even it comes in a very good quantity, if you're ordering their Mandi dish, that half plate of the dish is enough for two people
They forgot that ventilation was needed when they were building this. The washroom was very stinky. The staff and food was good but avoid going if you are looking for a clean place.
We booked a room one month before and hotel authorities very very rude. They told there are no rooms available on the day of occupation. Previous customers didn’t vacate and can’t allocate room, they even cussed with bad words. Strongly recommend not to go. I doubt they are doing some wrong business.seeing I am a govt employee, they didn’t allow me in.we came from Mumbai for my brother’s convocation and they didn’t inform beforehand also (not even 2. Hrs before) I saw many girls coming out
The worst hotel, never stay in this hotel, they looted via makemytrip, told 3 hotel star but it has not even single star, all taps are gone, lighting problem, worst furniture. Obirayanakalada bed spreads.
We booked club room (Suite room) for 6 two adults and 4 kids. The room was good but the AC was not working when we asked they provided us cooler and Fan. Which was not sufficient for Suite. Other than that I felt it was good A2B was down stairs which added to the comfort. Prime location near to bannerghatta.
Don't know about rooms as i attended a function at their function hall. Gaurds at entrance didn't co-operate for parking.behaviour was not up to the mark. The flood was good.
This was a horrible stay where most of the room is in dim light and I was given the presidential suite to live but you won't imagine I have shifted to a small room the bed sheet were full of patches and stains and this can only remember me of cheap hotels in Bangkok which are only service for something else entire people service and the stay was horrible to the extent of a horror movie I m still in shock
If you look past the peeling wall paper and the exceptionally slow lift this is a great place to stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the A/C works like a charm, the service is a bit slow but the food is yum. It's pocket friendly and has its own basement parking. Their executive rooms do not have a window to look out to, it's got a coffee table but no fridge and other such small creature comforts. The beds are a shade on the hard side but the sheets are clean and pillows are good.
They are cheaters, we have had a booking for 4 nights, we stayed for 1 night asked for 3 nights cancellation, we were given assurances by the manager the balance amount with some cancellation fees applicable will be transferred to your account. Its been more than 1 month now the manager is not responding accounts department is not responding. Very unprofessional staff and management.
After the stay, they told will whatsapp the bill and till date they haven't provided the bill even after requesting for several times. I think they are scamming the management of the hotel.
I haven't stayed there. But I had a bad experience with the hotel reception when I called to book a room. Firstly they said the room is available after I asked about the online booking he told me that the room is not available and disconnected the call. Then I called back him to know the reason why he disconnected then he said my voice was not clear but he not mentioned that in our phone call. Again I asked for the room and he, with no manners told me that “ I have told you the room is not available”. If was a very disgusting approach from the staff when enquiring about the room.please train them with good speaking qualities. Worst experience I have ever faced from a hotel staff.
Worst experience. There was no proper light in the room, apparently, I had to switch on my mobile flashlight to search for things. Never opt for a buffet Breakfast it's useless, and not worth it. We booked for 3 people and received one bottle of water, after paying a lot of money they charge if we ask for more bottles of water. The rooms are pathetic and smelly. The bed is very hard and you will end up with back pain. The staff is ok, they were helpful but management is horrible. You can find many other good hotels in this price range. The photos of the hotel given in their profile look so amazing but it's no were related.
Very poor customer service. Too many cockroaches. Got on my bed. Need to call them repeatedly to get the bare minimum done which they should be doing anyway. Waste of money
Go to the hotel ONLY if you do not have any other options or need to sleep in the street. Need to wait minutes for hot water and when they arrive they are far from the term hot. Breakfast is very poor, basically, no breakfast. Not clean at all, poor bath room. Bad is very bed. To make a long story short, stayed there 5 nights when I was in Bangalore many times in the past, my biggest mistake is that I didn’t leave after one night.
Heater was not working. Blanket was not available and provided on request next day. Only poori and bread available for breakfast which was complimentary. Hindi channels only available. Suitable only for Hindi speaking couple/bachelor's. Restaurant is too costly and suggest order from swiggy/Zomato.
I booked a suit room for 3 days, as hospital was close by, pathetic rooms, smelly corridors, pathetic room service, and worst reception. Overall very worst service. Zero rating
Rooms look shady. Location is opposite to IIM so good for students or others working there. Manageable for couple of days. Breakfast is not so good. In a week, 5 days are just ordinary food.
What’s good: great staff, comfortable rooms and if your in the area good location.
Everything else is bad. - Hot water doesn’t work sometime, very low hot water pressure, - water keeps leaking in the flush - poor lighting - buffet breakfast is average at best - parking is awful (underground parking slope is too steep with a narrow turn- bad while getting out and the place stings bad) - keeping all this in mind they charge too much!
location: very good locality but no parking facility. Almost impossible to get the space parking for four wheelers. It's a nice place to catch up with family and friends however there is a lot of room for improvement.
I stayed here for three weeks. Room is decent, but doesn't have window or natural light. Room service is was quite unsatisfactory due to long waits on several occasions.
The front office staff is extremely rude and have no basic manner of talking to their guests. They just want the money but are too lazy to give any service.
Rooms are very enclosed and the A/C don't work half the time. Beds are very hard.
The night shift manager needs to learn hospitality and the way to talk and gain more knowledge and experience in his work.
In total a very bad experience, never coming back here.
Easy access. Near to Fortis and Apollo hospital. A2B and Fattoush restaurants are also in the same building. Per day charging 1500-1700. Room is not that much spacious bt maintained well. Felt little discomfort that there is no balcony and window in the room.
The rooms are like a dungeon. No ventilation. Fully sealed unit. Smoking not allowed as there are no windows at all. On the plus side, has good parking space.
The hospitality was very bad. The receptionist had a very bad attitude. The only thing i would suggest is if the hotel can work on teaching hospitality to its staff.
Place is located just next to fortis hospital.we booked thsi as we had appointment in fortis.good decent hotel but bit outdated.wallpapers coming off, some leakages in Bathroom. 3 star overall.giving 4 star only coz we got a good deal on MMT.not worth more than ₹1200. Only bad part is none of the rooms have window.all rooms have centralized Ac that can be controlled individually.
Excellent Hotel with good Aminites. Beside Road and above A2B. So, no need to go anywhere for food. Anand Bhavan Restaurant is one of the top restaurants in Bangalore.
When you are greeted by unvited pests such as bed bugs, lizard one would hardly consider returning to such a hotel again unless if one is compelled. The problem is not the hotel, as the hotel boasts of a great location of that being opposite to IIM Bangalore, has good internet connectivity, a popular restaurant called 'A2B' below it etc. It is the staff that is employed that needs training, grooming etiquettes and a keen sense of hospitable service all of which are lacking. It is not the first time that i have encountered such a pest menace and untrained, ungroomed staff only thing this time it exceeded a level of tolerance that tantamount to gross deficiency of services and misuse of a guest's goodness. It is thus a sincere suggestion to all to avoid this hotel unless compelled to, unless one would choose experience as i did so.
FAMILY FRIENDLY! Stayed for four nights, extremely friendly and cooperative staffs and lovely ambience, the best thing about this place is the quality of the food. The cafe is beautiful and my favorite dish is the English breakfast! They make sure you feel safe, as a lady Traveller I felt safe and happy. Kudos to Mr. Arun and Team at the front desk. Also Mr. Prasad from the cafe and other staffs from the cafe are also exceptional.
Will suggest everybody not to visit this place ever. I have the worst experience over here. Few staff present there are deteriorating the place totally and playing with the brand image of the hotel.
Rooms are good. It will cost around ₹2300 (including tax) per night for 2 person. They will provide complementary breakfast, wifi and 1 water bottle. Services were good and ask the staffs were very polite. It is located beside Bannerghatta road opposite to HSBC. Important places nearby (within 1 km) are big bazar, south india shopping mall, airtel store, subway
Hotels staffs are rude. Breakfast is complimentary, but its horrible. Expected some basic service at-least for this tariff. Room is very dark with dim lights. Bed sheets are not clean. I stayed for a day and paid in full, wen I want to extend and which will be a half day, the manager said he can charge with half payment if done by cash. No proper GST invoice. Wonder if they pay GST. There is no mention of GST in their invoice. Each manager at the desk gives you different tariff. I would suggest to find a different hotel for this tariff.
