Very worst service.at the time of booking it was told including breakfast.in the morning we were told it was only for 2 people.we have clearly mentioned 2 adults and 2 children in the check in form. Rudely behaved.finally we had breakfast outside.
Don't book via OYO never They will Harass you will cancel the booking and charge extra. OYO customer care will also not help they will cancel the booking or will ask to shift to new hotel. They night manager also pathetic person will misbehave and ask for money. In the Morning they will deny breakfast telling they rang the bell on there own.honest suggestions they are listed in Oyo just to attract business when people will come they will give own rates. Couples should strictly avoid this hotel. Horrible experience.
Worst behavior from staff. Receptionist was not happy about oyo booking (Oyo price). So asked to cancel Oyo booking and to pay the price they were quoting to them. Rooms were not that much good.

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel through OYO while calling the hotel the receptionist is telling us to cancel the booking done through OYO we cannot give you rooms at that price. We even gave our booking id to him to cross check the booking he was not ready to allow us to stay at the price offered by OYO. We even asked for the managers number he was not ready to give the number and he charged more for the room compared to price given in OYO. He started telling lies about manager wont pick a call he even said he will give manager number and later cut the call i even called him again to ask number he then received the call and not ready to give the number and cut the call. This was expected from this hotel and even i want this issue raised to the handlers of OYO. Please check this issue and solve it.
Described AC as amenity, there was no AC. Basically if you're booking with some discount, forget even basic services like toiletries and clean room. The bedsheet had hair on it. The toilet sprayer was disgustingly filthy. At least they replaced it after asking.
My Booking is confirmed and i allready paid amount.when i reach there the front desk guy told me room are sold out talk to oyo, very bad service suggest to all if you gone this place call to confirm first

One of the worst hotel experience from this Hotel ganga sagar. I was informed from the lobby that i should check out at 8.00am and i agreed to that after When i reached my room, some one from lobby called me told that i could get extra time upto 11.00. But the next morning we where compelled to check out at 8.00
This ganga hotel staff are frauds please do not book this hotel they dont take online booking they make you come for a spot booking and charge what ever they feel. They are the worst hotel i have ever experienced i would never recommend any one to stay here a big "NO"for this hotel
I paid for A/C rooms but when I am going to check in. Thry are saying price increased and u have to stay in non a/c rooms They are charged AC rooms price by giving non ac rooms
It's deserves a negative star. I booked a room online which is paid. When I approached, they said all the rooms are filled. If you don't have any rooms available, why did you listed available online on those dates? We came from far long to check in. I booked 2 days prior to the check in date. If you literally don't have vacants, you should inform us to cancel or ask to book at another dates, so that we can plan accordingly. But let us come directly and let us to stand on road is literally not a good sign and it's not a bloody manner. Fortunately, i didn't came with my family. I don't recommend to get a room from this hotel. Still, if you don't have any other option, contact them directly and check twice about availablity of the rooms before you leave home.
I booked in OYO already paid, When I went to the hotel early in the morning the hotel guy refused to allot a room. He told no vacancy but he asked to pay full room rent to him and he alloted room.very worst behaviour, no humanity, no hospitality.very worst maintenance.
I had a worst experience with this Hotel. I was on a budget trip to bangalore and i booked a hotel for 7 nights and by the time i reached hotel they didn't allow to checkin. They said we are fully booked then what was point of me booking it 1 month ago. In front of me many people checkout but they simply refused. The worst part is - I booked hotel from OYO and this hotel manager said if you pay more and book from us then we will give. By this anyone will understand that they simply denying the checkins. Please never never book this hotel otherwise you will also suffer like me.
It's good hotel just for staying but no good for ambience or anything you might wanna look in to a hotel. Rooms are very average and do not expect lot of amenities here. I didn't stay much here. I found it good for just night, for sleeping.
I came to meet my friend but they stop me near door saying m not allowed and they r saying it's rule, by the way in which country n what kind of rule is that?
Just wow. Everything is so nice about this hotel, best locatoin with best services (overall) and surprisingly cheap for such good and comfortable stay. Will be booking only Ganga Sagar in future as my family prefers only n only your hotel. Thank you guys so much.
