More Bed Bugs With Cockroaches. Counter Boy Mr. Manjunath, Room Boy Darshan, Super Wiser Sathish these are Peoples Behavior is not fair, also too much Aarogant, Neglegency, Loose talk Nature's is not Good for Commercial Service Field, from this type of Attitude Customer's are Far away from Lodge and they're not Arrived to Lodge. Exept them, ManagerJagadeesh, Pradeep all are Staff OK. Plz Solve this Issues then Your's Success Rate Is Higher than Kanishka Grand.

Room service was poor, the staff were extremely rude. The bed sheets and the amenity in a deluxe room were torn and in a bad condition, there were bed bugs in the bed. Overall it was the worst visit of my life.

I book make my trip July 8th to July 11th total charges was 4254rs that Hotal person say this booking payment was wrong so you pay extra 500rs once you pay after you go that room I am really suffer. And no cleaning services I hate that Hotal Really dont go that's HOTAL

Booked through mmt at 1225 rupees for the stay, after reaching hotel they asked for extra 700 rupees, They are doing the same thing to everyone who is coming here, worst check-in, never come to this 3rd grade hotel.

Poor maintenance of rooms, they don't attend to ur problems, poor service, poor management, poor management staff.rude, they sell their rooms to anybody n every body, it's not safe there, drunk PPL get into ur room, hot water is so hot that all taps give boiling hot water n cold water gives no cold water.inspite of telling them they don't attend to the issue flush leaks they don't do anything. Waters tanks get empty. Very very bad hotel

I stayed there for one night.the room allocated to us is ok but the service is literary bad.the telephone cable is broken so telephone wasn't working, hot water is also not there at that time, TV wasn't working.some old ac there are using which makes little noise and blankets aren't that good but ok.i thought in that budget we should have stay somewhere else.i was literally shocked for that kind of service.

It's budget hotel with ample facilities. It is located in business hub in Gandhinagar park area. We have enjoyed our stay here. Very near to all popular tourist destination. The staff were helpful too. They have separate tourist desk located at ground floor near reception area next to lift.

Sorry I'm not ready to give any kind of star to this hotel, because this hotel is full with bedbugs, mosquitoes and TV will not work in a single day 3times he shifted the room. So my humble request please don't go.

Hotel for good stay, rooms are good neat and clean but some rooms fans are noisy and AC are quiet old need to be attended.

Prices are quiet expensive for the stay.

Poor customer service. Staffs doesn't have enough courtesy to the customers.
2 stars are for Amenities. There is hot water supply. And comfortable beds. Rooms are average sized. Although theres enoughspace to keep our belongings safe.
Breakfast is not served at the same place. We have to walk to a different hotel for breakfast. Not satisfied with the breakfast.

The place is good but should provide more floor towels in the bathrooms, especially when two people are sharing

This hotel provides very good value for money within an affordable price. Highly neat and clean. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Only negative is that it doesn't provide food service on its own. You have to walk about 300 mts to one restaurant Jai Bhawani for complementary breakfast.

It's an inexpensive affair! Reachability is a big plus for anybody New to the city. My cousin stayed here and I really liked the hotel for its cleanliness!
