Hotel Rooms are. Good, staff r very cooperative
But Restaurant food is very bad
Plz don't eat here
They r not even serving spoons to eat idli, sambar n chutney r worst
We visited on 3.3.2023 night n checked out on 4.3.2023

Very much disappointed.very bad behaving.suddenly changes the room rate.ac n non AC same.how come possible.pre booking is heavy charges.today 1st April 2023.staf Prasad Da.making full to people.n arguing people.i m shock.how come suddenly rate change.don't make such bias.

Visited few days ago. Very slow service and they served burnt rice after half hour finishing the food served before & rotis were burnt. Cost is too much high as compared quality of food and quality of service.
Only 3 people were managing the hotel with 20 customers. Poor management.

Bad bad bad bad.poor service. N make tourist people fool don't behave such. Suddenly Raye change in single day. One person saying whose name is Prasad das was literally laughing while saying room rent. AC n non AC same rate. How come possible. I rome everywhere but still haven't got such people. Three rates by three person great Ha u people.

Food is not that great. Only North Indian and Chinese are available. Room rent range from Rs 2800/- to 3800/- for one night.

People are commercial and do not bother about the customer satisfaction. We stayed a day and we see so many times powercut. They don't have power backup. Only they helped us for late check-out. Our room doesn't have a window at all. Beds are very old. Not worth for the amount they charged. We will never prefer again to stay there.

Service and response is not at all satisfactcory here. They won't take orders, we have to follow them to take orders. After ordering we have to take items from kitchen ourselves only. They are not at all ready to tackle the rush and orders.

What u feel bad is, the owner has invested a lot & badly maintained by his staff. Literally bad. The moment I entered the room I was welcomed by earwigs, the bedsheet & pillow covers were not changed. The bathroom was untidy for the standard of this hotel. The paint patti was pealing off inside the rooms. There was an another earwigs inside the bathroom.

Food: The quality is no doubt good. Taste is good.

Service: The service is pathetic. They kept us waiting for an hour after the order was given. When asked about the order the guy was too rude to answer. There is too much staff crunch.

Child labour: The waiter was too rude when asked if why there was a child labour in their restaurant as it is illegal, they started
justifying themselves. Lmfao.

All above good reviews were added by their staff themselves, hotel rooms are totally different from photos shown, and there were child labours in work for lougage lifting, dinner also served by these child labour's
Rooms are not worth as per terrif in fact besin tap from both 02 rooms I had booked were not working, also bedsheets were not cleaned

I suggest you strongly to not book this place at all if you are with family

Good facilities.near to the temple and also to near the busstand.affordable.
Also they provide good food

My god this is place of non hygienic. Went to wash room they kept water supply jar for washing and dishes were not even clean saw them washing the dishes only once without the soap

1. Very worst quality food i was ever eat. 2. When you are ordered then after half an hour your food wil be ready.

Checking in Experience: Good, they guided us through couple of rooms Executive & Deluxe, Executive room was good with wide beds good for two, as we were 3 they obliged to provide us an extra bed. Deluxe room has small double bed just enough to fit two medium sized adults. Apart from this they also have rooms with beds to accommodate people with 8 people in single room.
Room outlook good, looked tidy, common spaces well lit and clean, escalator facility good.

Room Cost: we were charged 3000/- for this room type without GST which was not mentioned to us during check in and were told about this only when we demanded for a receipt. This can be a room for bargain which we didn’t do. They don’t have display of room rates at reception though being approved by KSTDC. They charge you extra 500/- for AC which we didn’t opt for.

Payment type: Cash or Gpay. They don’t have credit card payment machines which is a drawback.

Luggage Assistance: We didn’t experience this as we had very little luggage which we could carry.

Parking: Basement parking for car, easily accessible. Basement still under construction so little dusty.

Room Amenities: spacious rooms, neat and tidy. They don’t provide face and bath towels or bath soaps for this price which makes you feel price unjustified. Rooms well lit, has an intercom facility which we didn’t use. They also have a wardrobe which is useful. Room is main road facing and has a balcony which is dusty so cannot be ventured. I believe they forget to clean the balcony space. Dustbin is provided but not kept clean. I doubt if they take up detailed cleaning of rooms regularly.
They don’t have laundry facility. We didn’t try in room dining service not sure if they provide it also.

Bathroom: near and clean, they promise you 24 hours hot water but early morning also we had Luke warm water. There was no water in wash basin early morning and we had to reach out to room boy for help.

Extra bed was provided by room boy but we had to make bed ready. This shows they are not completely professional. We expect these services for this price atleast.

Dining facility in restaurant provided. Healthy tasty foods available. Breakfast, lunch abs dinner provided. We had good experience of having dinner as service was fast and tasty food was served hot. 9-45AM Morning breakfast was served late after ordering as only two guys were managing the restaurant. There were many people who had come for breakfast and literally they had to run around to manage so many people. Later 2 more guys joined. They also provide hot drinking water on request.

Other facilities: They assist you in getting Pooja done at temple.

Difficulties: We were told that receipt would be provided inclusive of GST and amount we paid was not inclusive of GST which was quite surprising as this was not explained to us when we checked in previous day.

Suggestions: to provide bath and face towels and soaps which they revived humbly and also explained that they had made payments to people who had to provide these items and they were also waiting for it. It gave me a feel that they were not completely prepared to run this hotel and facilities & that we had to understand their difficulties after paying 3000/- for one day stay for this room. It didn’t sound very professional to us.

Only local language tv channels are aired. Outside state citizens have to just sit in room.national and free news channels are also disconnected by local cable operators/ hotel management.
Restaurant has only one supplier who is also a cleaner resulting in undue delay in taking orders and supply.
Room wise is ok but not worth the amount being charged.

Hotel is medium good. Hotel was newly build. Need to improve in services. Also have open bed (Dormitory) in Hall.

One of the better hotels around here.the rooms were pretty clean, had decent amenities and there was decent amount of air flow & light in the rooms

Worst experience, worst staff behaviour. They are rowdies they ll try beat customers. Had a very disturbing experience. Don't you even try to get a room or eat food here.

If and only if I could do something to stop this thing I would do without a second thought.

I suggest everyone to stay away from this place.

Amazing place. Food is top notch. Rooms are the best in Gangapur. No. 1 hotel in the area. Smart move in making a dormitory for Bhakts who are more than 8 to 10 in numbers. Very close by to the temple. Must stay hotel in Gangapur.

Good try. Hygin is a question. Looks owned by pujari of mandir. Felt same ignorance and arrogance when asked for terrif card. Found long hair in jeera raice. On table next to us found stone in jeera rice. Waiter were from orrisa. One disrupting thing there was wine shop in the same building, within 100 mts from mandir. Was the same owned by owner of hotel?

One of the most hygienic and clean hotel. The staff is user friendly and and quality veg food. They also help you a lot in preparing the complete itenirary and places to visit in Ganagapur.

I had been here very recent.
Hotel Ashoka Grand is Owned by Gangapur Datta Mandir (Main Temple) Pujari. This Hotel has a Good Ambience. It is located near by temple just 50 to 100 meters away from temple. Rooms are very well maintained. 24 hrs room service available, 24hrs water, hot water, Electric city.etc.
There is a Restaurant at Ground floor which is owned and maintained by the same group. Reasonable prices for accommodation and food.

Ashoka Grand is First of it its Kind in Ganagapur. It hosts a number of good rooms to accomdate including but not limited to Presidential suites. Ashoka Grand have its own Restaurant serving great and delicious Pure Vegetarian dishes. Restaurant has good ambience and hyenic. It is run by Temple Priest who can even assist you with your rituals at temple and arrange for your travel. Give it a shot next time you are in Ganagapur.
