The rooms are very clean and hygienic.and the service was too good.it's totally worth of it.

Rooms are spacious and good.
Staff is also supportive and service is also good.
Good for Family as well.

We have lift to reach the Residency.
Restaurant is not available at the same building.
But we have it in the opposite building so no issues for food as well.
Prices are reasonable and worthy for rooms.

Overall experience was good and you can have a visit here.

Decent hotel for reasonable price in a small district head quaters like raichur.

Bathrooms cleanliness can improve a bit.
Location wise its in the centre of the town. 2kms from the railway stn and bus stand.

Average stay! The bed sheets were not very clean, had to ask for pillow, the tv remote was not there (didn’t ask for it as it’s obvious if you have a TV in the room, it must be with a remote, right!) The geyser was not on and had to call them to turn it on. Anyways, also there is not enough parking space which is underground. I had to park my car in front of the building on road. Hence its average stay for a night!

It's good but beds aren't comfortable.if you're going to stay 2 days definitely you will get back pain.

Located in a prime location, this hotel is not worth it.

Lifts and pathways were shabby making it very unpleasant at the time of entry only.

The quality and cleanliness of beds and pillows shall be improved!

Hotel staff is not at all good
They will drink @ night and trouble the customers with loud voice.
And no proper maintenance, no hot water available, flush won't work, taps are not good, door latches are not proper.
Please do not do this lodge by seeing the old reviews.

Booked it for bride's family and it was pathetic condition, flush in washroom were not working, no hot water, taps were not proper, and few drunk people were creating nonsense in the night, never expected this kind of service from them, got to listen so many complaint from the family members, it was horrible, before booking plz go check everything and go ahead for booking.

It's a good place, would have liked if room service was a bit better. All round its A1 I should say.

Bad house keeping in outside premises.
Lift is not available upto cellar.
Car parking is almost occupied by two wheelers in indiscipline manner during day and evening hours.
Restaurant is not available.
Geyser is in reception control.

It cost 1400 rupees for double deluxe. There was construction outside room so very noisy. The room was comfortable otherwise and the room service was okay. They bring bucket of hot water for bath. No wheelchair access but has an elevator.

Very good experience. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff is friendly and cordial. District Administrative offices and Market is nearby but railway station and bus-stand are bit far.

There is a shortage of water on the 3rd floor, hot water is not accessible and few commodes are not in good condition, but the hotel has good beds, cushions and blankets.

Decent hotel with all facilities except geyser! Rooms were clean and priced very competitive, requesting hotel management to put a geyser in each room as solar water is not available all time. No restaurant in the facility, has ample car parking space.

We stayed there for two nights, service is good, price is also reasonable. But geysers are not working.
