I just visited the “KT hotel “ to try their famous coffee. So I orders their famous Rim jim coffe it cost ₹25 /- and the coffe was absolutely divine! It has perfectly balanced flavoured and each sip had refreshing experience. The parking at this location horrendous. Finding a spot for parking is bit confusing so, be careful if you go on with car.but it’s worth it for such a refreshing coffe.

I usually visit here to have KT. Its awesome taste. All the food's are very tasty especially Gobi Manchurian

Take away for 3 plates of bajil was ordered by me. Later after reaching Bengaluru, I was surprised to see that I was given 1 1/2 half plate in a single plastic wrapper.

Owner lady very rude with me so don't know how to handle the situation. Now I commented on what she told mosquito is flying but it is not flying.mosquito was not flying it was on the plate. We saw it and the waiter said it there. It may have fallen by accident. We do not even have a place to make a fuss. Even after that we ordered the items because we did not have any complaints about the food.

Wewith high expectations we finally decided to have breakfast but our plan was, bad salty toove, test less chutney hard bun, except kt tea every food is bad, we disappointed

Dosa items are very good. Rice items and starters doesn't taste very much. Coffee available here has different flavour and tastes very well and has rich aroma. Limited parking facility.

And tried golibaje and paw baji taste good 5/5 for taste ani i feel they use less oil
Golibaje was less oily and paw baji also taste good
Price wise is it's much better
For one kt tea, one kt coffee, one plate golibaje and one plate paw baji they charge 100rs
Definitely much much recommended place to have breakfast and evening snack

In Bangalore, there WERE few hotels like Vidyarthi bhavan, MTR, Dwaraka, SLV etc, which were extremely famous once upon a time, for their specialised food. But now, even though they may be still famous, there are umpteen number of such hotels, where you can get similar (or may be even better) food than those restaurants.

These hotels are still famous, because, they were the first ones to start with.

Similar is the case with KT or this Laxmi Niwas hotel.

They were famous once upon a time. And they were able to bring in a brand called KT, for their Tea. 5 stars for them for this reason.

But when I visited them, I did not liked their Tea much.

I went there, only to have tea. In the glass cup, they served with milk in the bottom, and tea decoction at the top, and gave a spoon also.

I started stirring the tea, assuming that they had added sugar separately. (This is the normal practice in any hotel, if a spoon is given along with the tea). And the tea became cold and taste less.

When I pointed out this to the owner, she was adamant and a bit arrogant.

This place is next to the busy Highway and there is no parking place.

I may not visit this place in my life time again.

Overall, I have given 3 stars.

It's an very old hotel famous for the KT or kalladka Tea. We get normal break fast items here. It's mainly famous for the KT.

KT is one of the best tea in Dakshina Kannada. It is located in Kalladka. It is one of the oldest restaurant. It is famous for it's KT.

I am considering there is a lot of changes required in interior. It is such a old building, some time it fears a lot. There is required huge changes in the part of renovation.

After reading so many reviews went here for tasting special tea.that is K Tea.kalladkà tea.nice tea with taste and good aroma.a pitstop while travelling in this way.car parking is bit difficult

Famous Kalladka tea in entire mlore. This tea you have to drink with your eyes. Good snacks to munch onto along with the tea

A place where you can have breakfast with your family. 30 Kms from Mangalore. Best golibaje and other items. But it will be incomplete if you are not having the world famous KT tea over there. Three layered beautiful tea is devine. And yes you can also visit narahari parvata, 1km before the shop.

The tea I drank is the world's best tea, it's heaven for chai lover. Even few dishes are lickworthy. Kaladka tea is the best tea

Nothing more has to be told about this famous place. Its an old building with a seating capacity of around 30. But trust me on this, the taste of masala dose, tuppa dose, goli baje etc is something you won't get elsewhere. KT is the speciality of this place, which you shouldn't miss.

In Hotel Lakshmi nivas you'll get very Nice k T (kalladka Tea) tasty snacks, beverages in evening time.it's an old hotel but very good and tasty food.

KT- Kalladka Tea is famous for over 4 decades is the centre of attraction. People change their route and go through kalladka just to enjoy the trees and good here. The place is not limited to KT but also known for their ghee dosa, pakoras, Mangalore bhajji. The place is cozy, old styled which adds to the tradition and taste. Price is very reasonable and service is really quick.

Its a very good place to eat. Must try is dosa items. Very tasty. And KT. Ask for KT when you go there! I mean I love all the items there. Right from chats, available chinese items, to all south indian dishes

One of the best hotel, but they are not developing the hotel and there is no parking facility bcz of this there will be a huge traffic in this area.

Place for Vegetarians. Hands down the best tea in the region. Try the Kalladka tea and the Thuppa Ghee Dosa. Satisfaction guaranteed. Oh and Wednesdays are holidays. Sometimes you may have trouble finding a good parking spot

Pit stop for food. Taste their unique two layered KT. An old small house that serves good food with reasonable rates. They believe in luxurious food and definitely the detached room setting does not deter the food quality.
Be a part of this antique store while your driver goes nuts trying to park the vehicle.

It's famous for its tea, so check it out. Too milky for my liking but definitely worth a try. Was there at 7: 30 am so a range of breakfast items were available. The uppit-avalakki is what I had - a twist on the uppit with mixture. Worth a stop - the building is old and traditional (could be better maintained) and there are interesting items on the menu at different times of the day.
