Worst; ITS HELL. The customer support is rude and use bad words.

Even requesting for early check-in and early check-out they don't have courtesy to tell properly they don't have room for early check-in but use bad words.
NO CANCELLATION POLICY. PLEASE DON'T CONSIDER THIS HOTEL

Even after reserving the room by phone, they have cancelled my reservation and not informed even the phone number was there, not a worthy lodge.

At 12am they ask us to vacate to another room because they’ve some doctor guests over, when we ourselves are one. No basic facilities provided. Money minded managers. Wouldn’t suggest to anyone!

Staff behavior is very worst and I don't suggest this place to any one. Room needs to tidy and bathroom is not maintained well

Though this is my first visit to Kalburgi or Gulbarga, I'm glad the company chose this hotel for me.
Most people don't appreciate how wonderful it is to be pleasantly recieved at 4am! And, I had left my wallet, cards etc at home in a hurry. The youngster at the counter Md Imtiaz was extremely helpful. He gave me a nice room and asked me not to worry. He was awake and smiling too! Full Mark's for service!
The room is airy, AC, clean bathrooms, bed linen etc.
And yes the location is superb and central. I can walk to the railway station and the PDA College.
I completely agree with their catch phrase of luxury and comfort.

Taste is fine.
Lassi is good.kulchi, butter nan, cashew nut curry good.
Ice cream ok, rectangle piece, Rates ok.

Worst service no one can attend calls there is no maintenance the room's and too much cockroach and spider's pls don't west your mony

Neat and cosy place. Wash rooms are neat and will maintained. Bed is very comfortable. Lighting, ac and tv are functional. Good for staying with family.

Hotel Lotus Park situed at Timmapuri Circle near Railway Station and it's pure Vegetarian, tasty restaurant

Cleanliness is not up to the rate. And tv, hot water, drinking water is just name sake. You can opt it only if you are in an emergency

Its really a good stay at gulbarga, kaliburagi, the rate is also reasonable, staff looks lie they are rude but ultimatly they are all good

Not at all a good place to stay. They are really not cooperating. They want to see the marriage certificate of a married couple.

The receptionist is a really bad guy and the staff over there are pethetic.

I had been to this place for the friend marriage. But really had a bad experience.

If I got this hotel to stay at free cost also I would not stay.

This hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible.front desk guys were worst and indifferent.i went with family and they have no consideration.rooms are worst quality. AC is broken and beds have bugs in it.gloomy ambience.it is a mess in the middle of a messy location.only reason to book is its proximity to railway station.otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all. Worst terrible guys.
