This is just a walkable bistance from railway station. Had taken an ac rooms. The room was ok, the restaurant here is not up to the mark.

Nice hotel with very limited food options. The management should consider for having a good restaurant. Also the cooking staff needs to be trained for making some good food. Behaviour of staff good

I took the kstdc tour package from this place and that was completely worth the money for my Mysore trip. The restaurant which I used here in between trips for lunch was bad. Don't buy their tikka biryani It's very bad.

Liquor as per the list not available. Food quality can be improved further. Except for the location, ambience & heritage tag, lot of things on beverages and food to be improved. I mean quality & range of food items.

Good location with better car parking. Food is good but limited in term of timings and options. Breakfast was basic but very tasty. Rooms are good to use and painting in rooms are very satisfying.

Went to have lunch to this hotel and located nearby to railway station, it's walkable also, and food was not up to the mark and reasonable one Food was tooo overpriced and taste was not good to say and hospitality was okayish. Overall i wont suggest to have your lunch and dinner here

Pathetic service. I have had an exceedingly difficult experience staying at the Mayura Hoysala Hotel. The basic cleanliness expected from any hospitality service was significantly lacking. Despite my repeated requests, no cleaning was performed during my stay.

Moreover, the lack of basic amenities such as towels, water, and toiletries was highly frustrating. I approached the reception three times today with this issue, but my concerns remain unaddressed. This is not an isolated incident; I faced the same problems yesterday and had to wait for an exorbitant 5 hours post check-in to receive these essential supplies. Today, history repeated itself, demonstrating a consistent lack of concern for guests' needs.

This has been a complete waste of my time and energy, as I found myself constantly battling to have my basic needs met instead of enjoying my stay. Consequently, I am formally requesting a cancellation and full refund for my stay.

This hotel needs a major revamp in its service and maintenance protocol to meet the minimum standards expected in the hospitality industry. I would not recommend this hotel to any future travelers until significant improvements are made.

We had taken a package through the Karnataka Tourism Board. The food was mediocre and the vegetarians had no option other than the buffet. The dishes in the buffet were not worth the money.

Walkable to railway station and lot of eateries nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Extra pillows and bedsheets can be little more tiday

The rooms and wash rooms are clean and well kept the restaurant is also clean and neat service is good in restaurant there iscno phone in room need to call room boy orcdirectly from your phone for any room service

I had booked A/C Deluxe room in the hotel for 2 nights. The room was very spacious and was neat and clean. There is a small and beautiful garden in front of the room where having morning tea and chit chatting makes us relaxed. Staff is very cordial and hospitable; always on their toes to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The food was very delicious. I tried south Indian delicasies and chinese, both of which were tasty. The best part is that the hotel is located at just 5 min walking distance from the railway station. Also very near is the Mysore Palace and zoo. Will definitely visit again.

Karnataka State Tourism buses halt here for lunch. I have only one word for it.pathetic. The waiter was loitering around instead of taking orders. When he finally heard me out, I asked him how long will it take (because the bus halt time was obviously very limited). He freaked out on me, shouted and asked me to shutup and sit. I said 'kya problem hai? Itta gandi tareeke se baat Kyu Kar rahe ho? '. He then came to his senses. Food was average. The waiter doesn't accept cards. Again in an extremely rude voice, 'maine khana laaya toh mujhe paisa do'. After lunch I got a cold drink from the inside shop. CHARGED ME extra OVER AND ABOVE MRP.

This is the second time I'm staying in this hotel which is run by the Karnataka State Tourism Department. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Have booked the delux AC room on both occasions.
Service is decent. The hotel has a bar and a separate restaurant as well.
The only issue I felt could be looked into is that of an extra bed. We booked the room for three people, the extra bed turned out to be a mattress arranged on the floor, instead of an actual extra bed.

Our stay was excellent.
Wonderful staff, amazing food and peaceful stay.
Will definitely stay here again.

Visited in January 2019. I was moved by their hospitality. Very nice accomodation. I loved the unique structure of this hotel building. In house resturant is also very good. They serve fresh and quality food. Staffs always appear with a smiling face.

The hotel used to be a vintage private hotel, Govt took over it, They built new buildings around it in same fashion, now housing more than 50+ AC rooms, from ₹999- ₹5,999.

They do have a complimentary breakfast, complimentary news paper, however, the maintenance nowadays is getting worst, people often ignore you once you paid money for your room, However, security and reception end are very friendly, The hotel has very good connection to the whole city, vehicle parking, lawn, hotel and mysure silk showroom are also present inside the hotel premises.

If you are foodie, or an alcohol lover the grand dining hall may help you to treat yourself, I didn't tried it cos it serves both veg food with meat.

Super bad service.if you are on a holiday and you like breakfast in bed, u ll need to sleep in their kitchen.

I regularly stay in this hotel whenever I come Mysore. This hotel has one of the best location in Mysore and it is great for a stay with family. What happened in last stay in fantastic and I really appreciate the cooperation of the staff in Hoysola hotel. I left my identity card in the hotel on the way to Ooty. While return; the hotel staff took the initiative to come Mysore bus stand; find my bus and return my ID card. I really appreciate their help. Keep it up Mysore Mayura Hoysola.

Food is mediocre, nothing fancy. Aptly priced for that ambience. The service people tend to forgeiners as priority.

I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL WITH MY WIFE FROM 21ST FEBRUARY TO 24TH FEB, 2019. WE R BOTH SR. CITIZEN. ROOM NO. 25 WAS ALLOTED FOR US. THE ROOM WAS SUPERB. ALL FACILITIE WERE THERE EXCEPT AIR CONDITION. 24HRS HOT & COLD WATER, AT LEAST 3 MOBILE CHARGING POINTS, TV, SPACIOUS CLEANED ROOM AND BATHROOM. SPACIOUS COMMON CORRIDOOR WHERE ENOUGH SITTING ARRANGEMENT TO SEE THE OPEN STREET WITH RUNNING VEHICLES.
MANAGER MR. SURES IS A MAN OF PERSONALITY WITH KIND HEARTED AND MOST HELPFULL. HE ALLOWED US TO STAY EXTRA TIME AS OUR TRAIN SCHEDULE WAS LONG AFTER MY DEPARTURE TIME. THANKS TO MR. SURES AGAIN FOR THAT.
THE STAFFS R CO OPERATIVE AND THE FOOD OF THE RESTAURANT IS GOOD. HIGINIC EFFORTS R SEEN ALTHROUGH.
CONDUCTED TOURS BY BUS IS OPERED FROM THIS HOTEL. IT IS MOST BENEFIT FOR THE TOURISTS.

I stay here for 2 days all staff are cooperative to help with u. Very clean n neatly maintained hotel to stay with family. Its near from mysore station by walking only 5 mins. Well managed by KSTDC.

This hotel is a KSTDC (Karnataka State Tourism Development Centre) initiative. It is a decent place and affordable.

So we ask the waiter, what's to eat. He goes - Plain dosa, Masala dosa.
Awkward long pause and we are like anything else and he says that's all there is.

So embarrassed we ask for masala dosa and then bang one more and more and one more and then finally a plain dosa (I know we did the inverse order) but trust our taste buds and i say Vidyarthi Bhavan is 10% compared to this and i and my friends loved it. Please dont miss this place for breakfast if you are in Mysore/KA09.

No one can east just one said Lays, try this dosa and Lays will be less tasty.

Recently I stayed at Hotel Mayura Hoysala in Mysore with my family. This hotel belongs to and operated by Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC). They provide spacious, neat and clean rooms at affordable price. One can't, generally, expect such great standards from a government-run facility in India. They also have a multi-cuisine restaurant. The major attractions in the city such as the Mysore Palace, Zoo and St. Philomena's Church are within 3 KM radius of the hotel. Strongly recommended for those planning to visit Mysore.

Had a pleasing stay here. Happy with the hospitality provided by staff. It's a government managed hotel with an attached restaurant. Variety of rooms are available based on your choice of stay. If you are comfortable sharing stay with others, a large dormitory rooms with 16 beds are available in a very reasonable rates. All basic facilities like hot water, ample space for parking etc.are quite good. Staff is couteous and cooperative. Only thing i feel they need to improve is cleaning, especially washrooms and toilet. Rest everything was satisfactory. Would recommend this hotel in Mysore if you are looking for good stay in relatively reasonable rates.

I really loved this hotel, I stayed here for just a day though as I was on a getaway without planning anything and just moving about randomly. The staff are really courteuos. I had booked a non AC room. The room was very well maintained with hygeinic toilets. Its very near tot the railway station (ten mins walk). Will definitely recommend this hotel to others
