Hotel is good but receptionists are arrogant. Kindly use a low tone when dealing with Customers. Have respect for the money we pay.

Stayed here with my husband for 3 days, decent clean rooms n bathroom. Prompt room service, courteous staff special mention here to shri Anand n Ms. Vijayalakshmi who are an asset to this establishment, for their good manners n professional approach. Tasty complimentary breakfast is an added advantage. My choice again for my next hubli visit. I recommend this place for safe stay with family.

Very nice hotel and ambience. The staff were very polite, and the rooms were very good. Washrooms are hygiene. Good quality quantity and tasty food. Families with kids can accommodate safely. Nice experience

Front desk staff are not at all supportive and they are just like they want payment for everything even when the hotel is not at all full.

The hotel is great. I had booked non AC room which are a bit old. The cost is high. Furnishing is old in these rooms but is of good quality. But the location is in the center of Hubli, the service is good, staff is good, food is also good.

Overall a costly options but it was totally worth it. I recommend this for stay in Hubli.

Average hotel to stay in Hubli. Within same price range you may get better hotels than this. Rooms are clean. But we face water heater issue during our stay. Response to customer's call is very slow.

Post lockdown, the hotel not maintained properly. Stinking smell in the rooms. Not worth to stay. No exhaust fans in the toilets.

Visited after lockdown for a marriage. Good to see still keeping up with hospitality even being hit with the pandemic, Hope to see better services in coming days!

Affordable and at prime location in hubli, complete hygiene and well behaved staff, early check-in on request as per availability, very cooperative staff and delicious food in room dining

Rooms are not maintain properly.price for the non ac room is very high in same price we can get ac rooms.fan is not working rooms not so clean.mosquitoes in the room n cockroach r roaming like anything.

Very nice hotel with great service, especially for the business purpose and also to stay with family. Their restaurant is also very good. The food was actually pretty good.

The price is not worth. They don't provide you proper bill at the time of check-in and charge more during checkout. The staff over there is impolite too.

In one word, Bad. I had booked the room through Treebo, where they call it as Supersaver Hubli.

1. The bed linen was dirty with stains and was smelly. Kids refused to sleep, had to cajole them to just spend the night. The pillow cover cloth had worn and there was bobbling all over it. Had checked in late, at midnight and couldn’t do much.
2. Requested for a double bed, got a twin bed.
3. Room wasn’t well maintained.
4. AC was smelling bad.had to turn it off. Remote wouldn’t work. It’s either on at 22deg, or off. Pathetic.
5. The fan was make continuous squeaking/creaking noise!

Only saving grace was the courteous staff and the location itself.

Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend. You got better options.

Treebo/Metropolis, you are pathetic and I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone.

Very basic place, stayed in a non AC room. It wasn't great. Room was smelly. Taps were leaky. Breakfast was good though. Since this was just a stopover for the night it was manageable, have seen much worse places. Better places are available in Hubli for stopovers.

Towels and bedsheets were in bad condition. Service is not good. No 24*7 hot water facility.very costly compared to the facilities they are giving.

Charging More Than Committed. At the time of check in they said that i will b charged for 1 day but they charged for 2 days

Located just few minutes from the railway station and the passport office. Provides clean rooms and has a restaurant on the 4th floor with in room dining. Stayed for a day in the non AC room and the sheets and bathrooms were clean. Friendly staff and housekeeping.
Recommend if you are looking for a fairly decent hotel in the middle of the town.

Over rated, very worst service with a international Name, old styled average rooms, bad toilets, no hot waters on Saturday, after call ing house keeping and reception 2 buckets of luke warm delivered. TV not working even after calling for 1 hour, parking preferance was not given to the room occupant where as to others, went at 00: 30 night to park Car inside the premises.

A nice hotel. Good for family. Good food. Good staff. It is my second stay here within a year. Overall a very good experience.

Not value for money i have came to attend one marriage booked for non ac room it smells bad and if it was below 1000Rs i would have given 2 start atleast. My another friend stayed in Swathi restaurant less than 1000Rs it's better than this I felt, Please I won't recommend anyone this hotel for non AC rooms. AC rooms i am not having any info.

Room was big enough for two persons. Room was neat & clean. Bathroom was also neat but hot water mixer was not ok. Complimentary Breakfast was also Good, though not many items. Good place for overnight stay.

Comfortable rooms, i enjoyed my stay.
Parking is in Basement, it is located close to Hubli Junction Railway Station and Old Bus Stand. BRTS bus stop is available very close to this place. Located in a main road, easily visible from moving traffic and easily accessible too.

The ambience, rooms and hygiene were great, the hotel service was more than welcoming to treat guests even at a really late hour and assist with any help required. Will recommend it to anyone wanting to stay at Hubli Karnataka at a moderate price. The hotel's location is also well placed, 10mins drive to city's railway station and bus station and surrounded by market. The only problem I faced as a food enthusiast is that I never found any good restaurant in the vicinity of hotel. Disappointing dinner is the only regret I have from my visit to Hubli.
