Bad service.hotel has not updated with the Times. No wifi, no complimentary breakfast, but charges are high.

The hotel is good. And very close to the temple. The staff, especially at the reception acan be a bit more kind to the customers.
Charging customer for every possible way, is not always good.

Very bad food and they don't have a price board very next place we spend 600 rs for 10 person unless here we spend around 1000rs for 6 person not budget frontly hotel I won't recommend any one to go there

I booked two rooms one day before through Agoda. There was no WiFi, towels are having bad smell. I felt no hospitality.

Good rooms and location, very near to the temple. Maintenance can be better as the room walls were having dampness and bedsheet looked old. Good place for a family stay.

Hotel near to famed Kollur Mookambika Temple at a walkable distance. An average hotel. Rooms are quite dated. Staff are very helpful.
The restaurant on premise is quite okay as well.
Overall an acceptable experience.
Parking arranged at a nearby parking lot.

Recently we Booked 2 Rooms here, Staff were friendly. Rooms are clean and good. They have maintained Hygiene. Had a pleasant Stay and They even accepted for 1pm checkout. All my family members were happy. My next Kollur Temple Visit Stay will be here itself. Thank you Once again.

Hotel is fab and we are from shivmoga and we stayed for 2 days and there is restaurant tooo. Food is soo good and good parking facilities. Fab good. If u are visiting to koluru temple u can visit this hotel and stay in this lodge a best hotel and lodge.

Seeing the positive review when i went for a trip there this Xmas time, had my dinner from there. Ordered ghee roast and masala dosa. Both the dosas were half cooked and masala kept inside dosa was stale. Potatoes had a rotten smell and couldn't be even kept in mouth. Regarding staying i don't know but restaurant i won't suggest this place. Had a very pathetic experience as we were terribly hungry after the travel. I'm surprised at this pilgrim place they serve spoiled food.

We stayed in the hotel last Saturday and checked out Sunday morning.
Each time we go to Mookambika temple we stay in this hotel.
The location is very near to the Temple. Pretty clean the front office staff were very polite, patient, and approachable. 5 stars for them. The room service boys have to be highly appreciated, our stay was during the peak timings one thing we noticed is that as soon as the guest vacate the room they cleaned the room for the next guest within no time.
Earlier there was a restaurant if they can reopen it will be more helpful. Even though the restaurant was not there they we help us with the food order delivery from outside but it was adjustable not as good as earlier which was available in their restaurant.

With a kind note, the only thing that was a bit disappointing was the washroom. It was clean but the toilet seats were damaged but we have to adjust to that. Please take your toiletries, shampoo and soap were there, that was enough only for one person. Toothbrush and Toothpaste we must take along with other toiletries. We didn't have an issue with that as we were carrying all daily needed accessories.

Please don't forget to get mosquito repellent or you can buy it from nearby shops the one in our room was not working so we bought a new one there are many shops nearby like a restaurant medical store fruit shops ATM. (Canara Bank ATM was not working) SBI ATM was there but the Canara Bank card was not accepted. Don't worry the hotel will accept all types of credit or debit cards and even cards outside India will be accepted.
Ac and TV remotes were not there.

Once again thanking the front office staff for providing us with the room.

We tried to book the room online but it was showing fully booked, so we booked a room in another hotel inside the forest with scenic beauty we were very much disappointed as there was no mobile range only the JIO network was available. We came for a 3-day visit from UAE and without a mobile network to contact anyone was beyond our common sense.

Hopefully will be staying in the same place for our next visit.

Room is below average and all the bedsheets and pillow covers have dirt and blood stains which was awkward. Landline phone was not working, when asked in reception they gave their mobile number and told us to call. Bathroom door are tough to lock. Car parking is their within their property but guest are not allowed to park their for no reason. Overall Hotel Mookambika palace looks good from out side but not good inside.

The location is very good for those who are visiting Kollur Mookambika Temple. One can walk to the temple from the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The service is not up to the expectation. There is no restaurant in the hotel.

Nice stay in this hotel. The service is good and the price is Ok. Decent stay for the family people. Parking available. Restrooms are neat with hot water available, Walkable distance to Shri Mookambika temple.

Room was not cleaned perfectly, left out items by previous occupier found on chair & side seats. TV, intercom, or WiFi was not available but they have no regret about this from front desk, even a good quality bath towel / soap was not given. Poor in overall service,

Near to temple. Good hotel, big rooms, clean washrooms. Parking is two compounds away from the hotel. AC was bit noisy. No restaurant. But room service is there. Can opt for families.

Nice and big room with enough charging point. Clear and big toilet with a very good ac. Excellent service and very understanding staff. We never through we will get such good accomodation in kollur mookambika temple. Prices are cheap when you compare with others. I would recommend to others. Place was clean and good hygiene maintained. Their restaurant wasn't operating but room service was available. Will surely visit again for my next visit to Mookambika temple.

Very good service and location.
The hotel is 5mins walk from the temple.
The rooms are very spacious.
We had opted for a three-bed room, as we had our 11yr child travelling with us. The room has one big queen sized bed and a single bed. A coffee table with two sofa chairs and also a plank/ platform next to the window to sit and relax.
You get 24 hrs hot water shower that you need to unwind post temple visit and prayers.
Although the restaurant inside the hotel was not functional, still the room service makes available coffee and breakfast if you ask for it.
The staff- Mr. Sunil, Mr. Suresh and Ms Chaitra are very courteous and helpful. They did arrange for our early check-in and late checkout according to our travel schedule.
Pick up and drop taxi service is also available from airport or railway station.

Stayed for 2 days in this pleasant temple town. Booked our rooms online and must say we didn't expect such clean rooms in Kollur. Wifi connectivity was ok, but I think this issue of poor network is all over Kollur. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. Thanks to the staff who arranged for our trekking trip to kodachadri and visit to few other temples around. We had a great time.

I would say one of the best stays I had in mookambika was here. Nice service and cozy rooms, near to temple what more u need. Will surely come-back and would recommend a stay here.

Nice simple AC rooms with ample space and a very short walking distance to the temple. Clean boardings and very helpful staff. An economical option if that is what one is looking for - we stayed for one day halt and it was perfect for our trip. Our room on the 2nd floor didn't get wifi coverage but we hardly needed it so it wasn't an issue.

Hotel is good and clean rooms but there is no sanitisation process not only this hotels across Kollur hotels, this hotel doesn't have the restaurant I was told that they would open it shortly.

Due to covid very less crowd all basic facilities should be asked from the staff near to temple so I would recommend a stay here.

Poorly maintained hotel. Rent is not justifying the facilities they providing. Toilet is okay. I stayed here couple of years back and the service and quality was nice at that tine. With my previous experience I booked this time but was a wrong decision. Better to avoid this hotel.

I visited Mookambika temple during August 2019. Booked this hotel online looking at the pics shown. Very bad place to stay. This is nothing more than a cheap quality lodge. Dont go by the pictures given on the sites. You will find here dirty bed sheets and pillows (yellowish colour due to excessive usage, dirty walls, decades old curtains, cockroaches etc. The floors were dusty giving a feel that not cleaned for many days. They dont even give water bottle complimentary. But they keep the price high.approx Rs 1500-2000 in which there are really many good options available.
The experience was really bad starting from the check in where we were welcomed by a sleepy guy with half of his shirt buttons open, who was really not interested to serve. When checked in, the rooms were smelling bad. Found the bed sheets dirty and used with hairs, stains and bindi's on it. When requested to change, surprisingly the staffs did not find anything bad with the bed sheets and room. As the rooms were so unbearable, I was forced to change the room very next morning to Mahalakshmi Palace where things were so good and high standard like it felt heaven to me with almost same price range and much closer to temple.

Very bad hotel to stay, not worth for the money.
Stayed for one night by seeing the reviews and pics but it’s was a disaster. Staff and food was okay but very bad mattresses and blankets nothing much than a local hotel. Will never ever stay here again

Clean big rooms, fresh sheets staff is also cordial. Biggest drawback: you have to call n ask for everything from TV, ac remotes to drinking water.

I had a terrible experience with the hotel. Hotel guys booked a taxi for me upon request to pick me from Byndoor Railway Station. They have confirmed us that they will be sending Toyota Etios or Suzuki Swift dzire and they didn't confirm us which vehicle will be sent even though I asked them to confirm the vehicle no till the train arrives the station. At the station driver called us and given us a very old omini van and he said he don't have any other vehicle. I came with my family believing them they will give us good service. This hotel doesn't want to give service as they promised.

Hotel is around 50-100 metres away from Shri Mookambika Temple in Kollur. Amenities are good. Ample parking space is available next to the hotel. Clean rooms and toilets, Hot water, TV, AC etc. Room service is good. Hotel also has an attached vegetarian restaurant called 'Daivik' which serves good south indian meals and tiffins.

One of best hotel near to the Mookambika Temple. Rooms, Bathroom, elevator and everything else is clean & tidy. Staffs are humble to the customers. Food from the in hotel restaurant is also best of it's kind, Especially the south Indian dishes. Comparing the cost with others it's good for the kind of facilities provided. Parking lot is spacious and adjacent to hotel. This place is suitable for families to stay once they are at mookambika. Only thing I found little discomfort was the toilet, since it has less space and amenities compared to the hotels providing this type of stay.
