We had our Lunch at Native on our way back from Goa. They served a very good luch with a very welcoming service.
Thanks to Sofia and Gagan. They ensured we are served the best food on time.
We would like to revisit the restaurant in future.

MOST DISRESPECTFUL MOST SHAMELESS MOST DANGEROUS HOTEL WE EVER SAW. THEY CONFIRMED BOOKING IN WRITING AND THEN WHEN WE REACHED THERE THEY DENIED US STAY! DID NOT EVEB BOTHER TO HELP US FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!

Absolutely disgraceful. Booked for outstation guests, who had shown impeccable hospitality. The staff here, at the reception was a disgrace. I don’t remember his name, but despite booking 5 days in advance and verbally guaranteeing a room, I was offered a different room on a different floor and denied of any commitment. They are a disgrace to Belgaum. I only booked here because it was close to Tilakwadi and home. I had paid the full amount in advance, but still they asked my guest for the payment. When my guest questioned they gave in. As I was travelling I couldn’t intervene, else would have launched a police complaint. They are a disgrace to Belgaum.
Please book your esteemed guests with utmost care at this place. Highly unprofessional staff compared to even tier three cities.

Had visited Native Hotels By Heda Hospitality for my birthday celebration Mr Lawrence Lobo helped us to book the table for dinner and Bilal guided us to the restaurant Wasim was very helpul food taste is delicious Jhanvi from service was very polite kind will visit again and recommend others as well

We were here for a quick lunch, service is very good and Janvi is very helpful with choice of food and served us with a smile.

Hotel Native is located on prime location in Belgaum. I had stayed in this hotel with family for one night. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Hotel staff was polite and co-operative. Special thanks to Mr. Rohit. Food was also excellent. I would like to stay in this hotel in future.

This is a business hotel run by the popular Chancery Pavilion of Bangalore. Rooms are well appointed and the breakfast buffet is good. Cleanliness is top notch.

However, the hotel building doesn't have any frontages or garden areas. The building has busy roads at front and the back sides. Parking is in a basement. It's a bit steep, but not dangerous.

The rooms in central part of the building don't have large windows, but have a small horizontal high window - 8,12,13 and 16 series rooms.

Overall, a good place in Belgaum for business travellers and stop over stays.

Good environment to chill out with friends and family. Dishes ordered were delivered quickly. Staff santosh and his team were quick to address anything needed.

Horrible breakfast
Forgot my facewash and bodywash in the room came the very next day to pick it up and my body wash was empty and face wash about 25% used since i left it

I visited here for a birthday party, and the food they served and snacks and all, was very good. But I don't know that it was self service here, the servers were less. Overall it was good. Not like must visit, but a good lodging and restaurant.

Clean rooms. Toiletries are not complete. Flyover side rooms are noisy. Room Service is agonisingly slow and painful. Food is Good. COVID discipline is Poor.

Better place to hang in for private small scale parties like, birthday bash, engagements, get-togethers & family functions. Easily accessible location. Because of road works dust & dirt irks, but inside it is clean & neat. Food just ok, but service incredible.

Lunch Buffet is best value for money.
1 Soup, 1 Starter, salad, Assorted roti, 2 Sabzi, 2 Rice, Dal, 1 hot dessert, 1 rasna type cold drink all unlimited in ₹200/- pp.

Native is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. Great service and delicious food. Would definitely suggest to try out Chicken pepper fry, it is extremely tasty.

The veg buffet is affordable satisfying fresh piping hot and tasty.
It's worth the the price we pay
The staff is friendly fast to respond to your queries.
Buffet menu keeps changing everyday and is on weekdays only from 12 pm to 3.30 pm

I have stayed at the Hotel for four to five times and it is always a pleasant experience. The rooms are fancy, they are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel staff is always very friendly. The food was amazing

In reply to the post put up by the Hotel. BTW I did call the reception several times to have the matter attended and only after 45 minutes a person was sent to my room who said the Set up Box had to be changed due to insufficient balance.this was finally done after an hr.at 12 midnight with the assurance that the English news channel would start in 10 min. Unfortunately it had not started even when i checked out next day at 12.30 noon.

This is by far the best hotel and best Priced hotel I've been. Super amazing rooms. You can watch the video I've posted to see for yourself.loved it.

This is the convenient location. The staff at this property are good and reservation desk staff responds very quickly and behave responsibly.

We had lunch here. Rating is for their vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor. Food quality and service was very good.

Native by Chancery - Belgaum

The hotel is situated near to the highway. I appreciate the services they had. The hotel was well equipped with latest amenities. The rooms were very spacious enough with amazing decor. The food was more than what I expected. They had buffet breakfast with tons of varieties. Even the dinner we had was pretty good. They have a basement parking as well. If you want to do some shopping then you can find dmart just near to the hotel.

Great place for executive and buisness stays, special mention to the restaurant staff Sufia and her team very responsive and helpful.

The whole team of Native by chancery have done an amazing job from top to bottom. A beautiful hotel in the city centre location with an amazing, warm welcoming staff and wonderful service. Honestly speaking, from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special, Mr. Rahul, Mr. Wasim and Mr. Anilkumar did an outstanding job at the reception. Quick check in and very responsive throughout our 6 days stay.
The rooms are very comfortable, incredibly well designed and peaceful during the night.

They also have a restaurant with charming atmosphere. Warm and welcoming surrounding, providing authentic Indian food (that's what we tried). Staff in the kitchen and service do a great job. Special deserving thanks to Ms. Sufia and Mr. Choudhary who did a excellent service during our stay.

Overall, highly recommended hotel!

Excellent hotels with great hospitality. The hotel provides good rooms with clean and hygienic facilities. The sanitization happens almost every day. Kudos to the management. Will recommend and come once again

Have had lunch and dinner a couple of times now and can say the chef nails starters, be it any!
Main course is good too.
Rates are decent too. 300 to 400 per person.
Great ambiance too with retro looking yellow blubs.
There are 2 restaurants one pure veg and one serves both veg and non-veg.
The one with pure veg is named pepper.
Worth checking out!

I was there for the breakfast in native hotel. I specially thank you to Miss (SUFIYA MADAM).
Because I want to attend my fight for Mumbai. I'm getting late. I thought no one is there for help me out in this situation. But SUFIYA MADAM is very polite friendly and helpfull. I like to thank you for the best service break fast time she speaks very nicely with every guest I thank you to native hotel to select such a excellent girl staff in restaurant. All the best SUFIYA MADAM I never forgot your service and I recommend my friends and family to visit the native for the best service.

We paid 5k for 1 night and the room was very small so not worth as per they charged.but breakfast was good.overall okay.

It was a good experience and staff was good and we checked in late but still got good food as we liked.
