Supply is good rate of drinks are not much high but some custumers make uncontroled noise from there mobile phones

Not proper service but cost is very high and room, bathroom, toilet always uncleaned totally fully bad experience

Utterly disappointed with kind of toilets and hygiene. Everything seems worn out and old. Sink in bathroom was almost at the verge of getting broken into pieces.
And also the ambience of lodge is destroyed by the kind of customers they allow to stay.
It is used to be one of the best restaurants in town but now it's just disappointing.

Service is not up to the mark. Bathrooms r not cleans. Room doors r not getting locked from inside.

From out side the building
Looks like a 5start hotel and has oyo board. I din expect this frm oyo hotels as well. No proper door locks. I had to walk down 3floors every time to ask for some services like no hot water. I was with my family took 3 rooms with 9 members. When there was just warm water in one room the reception and service guy told to adjust as you atleast one room where you get water. To get there responses I had to walk 3 floors 10times. Pls have a look at the pic about cleanliness.

Worst experience. If you really won't belive after looking at the pictures and still want to stay you'll have the same feeling I had.

Room was clean, wahsroom was stinky, I checked in at midnight so support staff was unresponsive and unprofessional, there was no cable on TV, no remotes. Below average rating to this hotel

Very bad hotel. Not at all maintained well and would not recommend to anyone.all taps are leaking, unhygienic toilets and unfriendly staff to greet you.they have no idea of online booking done and said the tie up with OYO rooms is null and void.had to show them online voucher to checkin.

Worst management and not at all clean always you can smell alcohol as bar is there and washroom is the worst and ac is not working and they charge high tariffs

Room cleaning is average. Many places seen spider nets. Television & set top box remote was not available in room. Balcony was not accessible. Window was not able to open / close. Mosquitos were sharing my room for free. Toilet was average.

I was waiting for my realtives as they where in thier rooms so there was no service to the waiters so from my side it was poor qualatiy of service.and thet even carry room freshner in thier hotel

Worst experience here. I booked for ₹560 in OYO but they charged ₹800 in the hotel for single occupancy. The staff behavior is also not good. The room was not worth the money. Even there’s no lock in the bathroom. Don’t prefer for family and business kind of stay.

Our experience was really bad, during the summer to stay cool we booked this and to our shock, the AC stopped working after an hour and never turned, we just could not sleep. And while the breakfast was included was not available even at 8, so we decided to have outside. And the guy was not courteous to even listen to our complaints, overall a bad experience we would like to forget

Room was very good, but the bathroom was not maintained well. But considering the price it offers I give it 4 stars

Nice Restorant and bar, cost of drinks is not international level it's common but quality and is of international. Good environment, Ultimate food, customer friendly serves. Excellent rooms. Must visit at least once. All type of food rooms and drinks are available here

Okay for the price. But windows weren't opening. And no one attended us during stay, as we booked through Oyo.

No service boy and no phone connectivity over telephone. No TV service, very bad toilets. Bath room is in a very bad condition. And also no proper response from OYO service staff. Feeling very sad because I have booked room for 2 days. I have never expected this type of conditions through Oyo. Very bad rooms, lots of hairs and dust, absolutely an no hygene. Will never forget this experience due to oyo and I did honoured this place since there was an discount offer from Oyo. If no reciprocative response from either Oyo or the concerned hotel, I will take this in public and post all the info on other social medias.

Bad experience. Not suitable for couples and family. No hot water. TV is old with only Doordarshan. AC not working.

Customer is deprived of even the most basic amenity viz.water here. They don't provide filtered water but the tap water. For set top box recharge you have to wait for an eternity. Definitely not a value for money deal.

Old hotel.not maintained well.only plus point is that its in heart of town and has ample parking space.
