Overall good i suggest change bedsheets regularly rooms are very clean and well maintained

Not at all good for family's, Not clean and poor service.
Very poor room, We compelled them to change our room which was initially alloted, not all secure for family's.

Had visited with my family. The first thing to know about this hotel is IT IS SAFE. People are very warm. Staff was very courteous. The issue though is their service, the basic items like towels, soap were not provided.
But after bringing this to their notice they arranged the same. Overall a very positive experience.

The food was very tasty and quantity was also very good. Service was also very good all were cooperative.

Poor Management of beds
They don't know how how many beds are required to accommodate X number of people

Only one thing I liked is Non Ac room
With AC inside and remote outside

Lack of hygiene mats were not changed before check in bathrooms were not cleaned well it was smelling very bad very bad experience

Pretty bad hotel, rooms are too small and the location was bad as well. I am a pure vegetarian with a family and I don't recommend this for the people with the same condition. I booked this but then cancelled it after looking at the rooms. Not recommended

Good hotel with all required facilities but pricing is slightly high hence not considered as budget friendly

Extremely unprofessional behavior: we didn't stay in this hotel, as last minute they told us they can provide only non ac room as their earlier guest has not left the room.
We did prior booking but the way hotel staff was interacting over a call as if they are doing favour by making non ac room available.
No manners to treat customers and highly unprofessional approach as they change your room type as per their availability.

An amazing hotel to stay with your family in belgaum, provides room service, clean rooms and beds. The receptionists are quite friendly and responsive. Only issue is that whenever you order something you will have to pay at that time as the restaurant is a third party. Other than that, very accessible from railway station and about 150m walk to an auto stand.

The hotel is located near a crowded street. It is connected to railway station and the city. But the area is not so clean. The food served was ok, but not much variety is available.

The hotel is under renovation and they have still given the rooms out to customers.if you don't order from the in house restaurant and order from an app based food delivery thing the hotel staff doesn't give you plates and cutlery to eat.pathetic

A good hotel in Belagavi at affordable price. It is near to market (maruti galli, Khadebazar, shahapur). Railway station is just 500 meters away from it and Central bus stand is around 1 Km from this place.

Nice clean room.no break fast available you can order a tea and coffee service was good. Over all nice experience

The rooms are fairly good enough, the reason I gave 5/5 is because the prices are low for such good rooms. Room service good. Location is close to railway station, so I think the rooms are located in good area for people who would be staying for a couple of days.
