The ambiance was magnificent. We were completely satisfied and overjoyed with the service rendered by the hotel staff. The food served was delicious and savouring. We were totally comfortable. Our happiness was at the peak to witness the hotel and overall facilities provided. Most importantly a staff, named Sanath Chakraborty was very humble and kind in his service and was very sweet in his approach.

We conducted six days corporate program here. The stay was very comfortable and the food was also good. The conference hall arrangement was very professional.

A wonderful property ruined by bad management and terrible staff. I stayed for 1 night with 2 more couples on 13th July. The staff in the dining hall was non cooperative and ignored our request for water etc. We complained to the manager Sandeep Das, who didn't show any interest in us as we had already paid for dinner (included in our already paid package) The upkeep of the property is much below par, even the hedges were untrimmed. The property needs to change the staff.

Property location is awesome, lake view rooms with balcony are best rooms to stay in. But major problem here was service! Front desk staff not co-operative at all, room service also not that great. Property undoubtedly is amazing, but not maintained to that level!

Recently we had a small get together of 30 people here.

It is really a great place. It has a huge lawn and a scenic lake view. Really a great place to relax and hang out. Staff members are very cooperative. The banquet hall is decent and the ambience is good. It has a separate room to cater food and it seems better overall than its peers.

But if you are very specific with food same as me then you should rethink about this place. We had the buffet and it had all the varieties of food but one major thing was missing and it was "TASTE". Yes, the food was very pale. Only one item we found good and that was salad.haha

Overall it is a great place to hang out but do a rethink over the food.

Nice hotel in Hubbali. We stopped here for one night while driving from Mumbai to Bangalore. Bit inside the city but beautiful location by the lake. Good hotel, well kept large rooms, good service.

There is just one place to see in Hubli and that's the lake. Hotel naveen is situated on that lake itself and makes the view mesmerizing.
Lake facing rooms are to die for as the balcony opens up to the lake.

The prices are competitive. I highly recommend a stay at hotel naveen (Previously Gateway Hotel)

Hotel Naveen has one of the most beautiful views in all of Hubli. The customer service is good too. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The balcony was a bit dirty. If the management can take note of these little things, the hotel could be the best. Food was nice.

The rooms were decent, room service was okay, and the staff were courteous. They earlier gave me a room in the old building where rooms are not good at all. But the new building makes up for it.

Had a wedding function recently. Room doors were too tight, old key system. Rest Hotel is good and Mr Shafi and whole staff is very cooperative and hospitable. Had a nice time. Pl work on maintaince

When it comes to resturant ambience, it's really good to have food in the day, caz u can enjoy lake view (my personal opinion). And overall food was tastey with lot varities!

Really a great experience! Especially the Banquet hall and all the related staff Mr Manjunath and Mr Satish. You guys were awesome. Me being a north indian thought it will be difficult for me to communicate but this didn't happen!

Its beautiful pool side restaurant and lounge bar with big TV screen for entertainment is good experience to spend quality time relaxing and boozing on Sundays

Being a regular guest, this was the first time I have felt the double standards for rich looking people and mediocre people. Please don't judge people on their looks. We don't come here without homes. I was served Coffee in a disposable cup and another guest in cutlery, I asked for a Masal dosa at breakfast and it was not served and the next table who were again looking rich was served first, later after me asking for 3 times they served me a half rosted dosa.

Another problem here in Hubbali is cabs like OLA and Uber aren't allowed to operate effectively, but this is exploited by employees of Naveen Hotel to exploit both the guest and the cab/auto drivers. Management has nothing to say about it.

I will never return back, thank you.

Had very good experience in this hotel. Staff is very cooperative and responsive namely manager Shafi, Manjunath Nagannavar, Satish. They conducted our marriage ceremony very smoothly.

Staff is very courteous, warm and welcoming. The location of hotel is good, awesome food. Rooms are clean and well taken care of.

The stay here was really awesome. If you are travelling from Bangalore to Pune or Mumbai or anywhere in north then this beautiful property can really be visited. Food here is also good.

The staff was extremely helpful and the service was great. The room had a great view and was clean. Food was delicious and the head chef inquired after each guest and gave them personal attention. There was a choice to eat both indoor and outdoor too. Overall a pleasant stay
