Hotel Naveen Residency

Located in the main Darbhanga but very crowded. Rooms are ok but service is not up to the mark.

One of the worst hotel in Darbhanga. It wasn't clean at all. Everything was dirty and smelling very bad. Even received thick, torn and used blanket instead of good and clean comforter. Such a hotel in which there is no handwash, soap, comb or any other things.

The point you enter in the hotel, you will meet the most arrogant person chewing Gutkha to welcome you in the hotel.

The category staff is so nice and truthful that tells you clearly not to use lift as there are many power cuts.

Once you enter rooms you will find dirty bedsheets and towels. Used soap lying barely on the fish tray.

The room service guy comes with his red mouth full of tobacco and asks if you have checked the menu. If not it is lying on that table.

It is all like, I am facing lockdown.

The worst part, they do not refund your money. So beware of you dare to stay there even after reading my entire experience.

Never visit this hotel again please because room is not so clean for that amount of money which they are taking blanket not clean food is so spicy with very less amount of salt and tv is not running even after repairing it. Price is very bad for this type of experience and every single thing is too small. Tea was only good here and if bed is very small and you will request them to add a single person bed they will charge you 1000 rs extra for this. Very bad experience.

The bed was dirty, insisting us to use that dirty bed sheet and cover of blanket and pillow. Even in delux room there is lack of air ventilation.

Pathetic service with uncomfortable zones.not satisfied with the service of hotel.never visit in this residency hotel at any cost.itss too expensive but service is not satisfactory.lift is available but it's not working.they don't do what they show.very bad! Dissatisfied!

The Hotel Naveen Residency at place called Hassan Chawk or Tower Chawk
You can get here single room or also a general room for staying one or more.
For single room you could pay more money.but general room which means many persons can still stay here has not more fee.
Single room you have attached bathroom.
But general room you don't have.
Around this hotel you can buy food or many types of your needable things.

Stayed for a day. It was bad experience.intercom did not work. Kept on ringing. No hot water. Bathed with cold water in winter. Not recommended

Smelly rooms, pathetic condition of washrooms. They will just allot you rooms which were used by previous customers.
Washrooms had continuous water overflowing.

Very bad, pillow, bed, bathroom all are very bad condition, taken their suite room and that was having this condition you an amazing others rooms. Not recommended

They charge a lil more than any other just by seeing all thus planning to start my own OYo facility for couples let's see if i can provide them good facility at reasonable price which is not thede in any place in dbg

Very good location just at the darbhanga tower chowk.cooperative staff, good food and the best part is the parking facility which only few hotels have in darbhanga.
